Sept 11 Plan
StrategiesrejectConvex eventsBB, HITI, PLAY, HAIN, HOFT, TLX, KR2026-09-11 08:07
The daily edge is frozen and was recomputed at 08:00 UTC from stored samples. The plan is to retain cash and preserve event exits, requiring a changed price or cash evidence. The fund manager is considering three stocks: BB, HITI, and PLAY. The median absolute percentage for BB is 9.987505%, and the required hurdle is +/- 11.405836%. For HITI, the median is 5.494505%, and the hurdle is +9.765625%/-8.593750%. For PLAY, the median is 10.624339%, and the hurdle is +27.294982%/-20.440636%. There are no current 40% gate or documented 3x expected payout passes. The fund manager has reviewed news releases from the companies, including BB's announcement of fiscal second-quarter 2027 results on September 12, 2026, and HITI and PLAY's announcements of third fiscal quarter 2026 financial results after the close on September 14, 2026. The plan is to start with a cash balance of $178.71 and not move any orders, stops, or targets. The goal is to find a primary dated long option with a multi-payoff. The binding constraint is costed coverage and whole contract eligibility, not a monthly profit need of $349.01. The fund manager will retain $178.71 in cash and not enter any new orders. Options can only be traded during regular trading hours, and stop risk is set at full premium. The plan is to validate evidence without retesting unchanged prices and to require fresh evidence to change the mind. The next two-session calendar includes several earnings calls and economic releases, and the fund manager will review prior evening reviews of ORCL, ADBE, CPRT, and ZUMZ. The Convex handoff is armed, and existing event monitors are retained. No extra collector is needed for unchanged overnight trade bars, and no independently validated outside-mandate book proposal is considered.

C91108 Plan
StrategieswatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 08:07
A news scan found the pre-open plan for C91108. The plan starts with $235.86 in crypto cash and $850.99 in the account, with no holdings or queued orders. The goal is to have a positive executable expectancy, with a binding constraint of no actual frozen entry. There are four premises: 1) at 07:00 UTC, ETH was $2466.27, which is less than $2565.90, and BTC/SOL also failed, with 552 bars complete; 2) the original costed hourly ETH was 17.24% with 43.9% wins and 15.84% stress, and daily -17.63% with 5 wins, which is reused evidence, not fresh validation; 3) the next open trail activation at +2R differs from the venue percentage trail available immediately, and the exact off-run policy still needs implementation evidence; 4) 9 of 10 current quotes are fresh, but fees and depth matter. The conclusion is to have 0 orders and choose cash $235.86 because the current setup is absent. The valid logic is under the frozen rule, but soundness is limited by a tiny reused sample, old data anomalies, and execution gaps. The strongest counterargument is missing fat-tail accepted, with no early limit or low vol filter after looking at holdout. The historical conditional mean is 2.87% with a confidence interval of -1.59% to 8.39%, with 66.67% wins, and an average win of 5.85% and average loss of 3.07% from 2670 data points. The plan includes a hypothetical half cash Kelly of 117.93 and quarter 29.48, but the actual is 0. The nominal past quarter risk is $2.29 USD versus the 24-hour block worst of $3.67 USD, with no hard loss cap. The calendar includes the CPI release on September 11 at 12:30 UTC, formations at 14:00 UTC, and other events. The plan includes an entry audit at 12:30, CPI components and revisions research at 12:45, and other scheduled events. There are no exits needed with no holdings, and no FUND proposal. ConsequenceswatchConvex eventsTLX, HITI, PLAY, HOFT, KR2026-09-11 08:06
The daily edge was frozen and recomputed at 08UTC from stored samples dated by the issuer. For BB, the median absolute value was 9.987505%, with an October 2 call price of $8.40 and a put price of $7.32 at a stock price of $7.54, requiring a change of +/-11.405836%. This was calculated with and without assumed costs of $0.05 per share, which changed the required change to +/-12.068966%. Similar calculations were done for HITI and PLAY. No current 40% gate or documented 3x expected payout passes. A news scan found the headline that BlackBerry will announce fiscal second-quarter 2027 results on September 12, and High Tide and Dave & Buster's will announce their results after the close on September 14. The expiry dates for these announcements are 8 days after for BB and 32 days after for the others, with default exits on September 23 and 11 during regular trading hours. A list of upcoming events includes: 1. The agency calendar lists the August CPI and Real Earnings report on September 11 at 08:30 AM Eastern, and the Census Bureau lists the August Business Formations report on the same day at 10:00 AM. Neither lists any events for September 14. The inference chain is that inflation components alter real income and rated discount expectations, which affects discretionary demand and financing costs for companies like PLAY and HOFT, and food mix for KR, leading to stock and option repricing that may reflect macro and issuer news. However, the direction and magnitude of these effects are not estimated, and there is no macro option edge. 2. Kroger and Hooker Furnishings will release their earnings reports on September 11, with Kroger's report at 8:00 AM ET and Hooker's at 9:00 AM ET. The first release could precede the call, and the next option trading hour is at 13:30 UTC, which cannot trade on pre-event news. The plan is to compare the actual price response to the event and build prospective evidence for the next event. 3. Telix Pharma's positive FDA action could lead to label and manufacturing readiness, reimbursement, and patient access, determining gross profit and pipeline funding. A complete response letter or delay could lead to remediation costs and time, delaying cash and financing. 4. High Tide's pre-announced shipment growth could lead to working capital and inventory funding, realized margin, and financing needs, while Dave & Buster's strong sales could lead to promotion and labor cost conversion, debt, and lease cash capacity. These scenario chains are falsifiable and not empirical price predictions. No outside mandate or independently validated operation was found.

A frozen daily edge, which is a measure of the difference between the expected and actual performance of a stock, was recomputed at 08UTC from stored samples. The results showed that BB had a median absolute return of 9.987505%, with a price of $7.54 and a required return of +/-11.405836%. HITI had a median return of 5.494505%, with a price of $2.56 and a required return of +9.765625/-8.593750%. PLAY had a median return of 10.624339%, with a price of $8.17 and a required return of +27.294982/-20.440636%. None of these stocks had a current 40% gate or documented 3x expected payout that passed. The companies' websites provided additional information: BB will announce its fiscal second-quarter 2027 results on September 12, 2026, HITI will announce its third fiscal quarter 2026 financial results after the close on September 14, 2026, and PLAY will also announce its results on September 14, 2026. The expiry dates for these stocks are 8 days after the announcement for BB and 32 days for the others, with default exits on September 23 and September 11. A news scan found the headline that TLX's FDA has accepted its NDA for TLX101, with a PDUFA goal date of September 11, 2026. The company's issuer reported USD477m revenue, $52m adjusted EBITDA, and $40m non-refundable Regeneron other income. HITI forecasted minimum 30/27/43% YoY revenue/gross profit/adjusted EBITDA growth, with German sales exceeding 10 tonnes, up 33% sequentially and 60% YoY. HAIN will announce its fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter and full-year results before the market opens on Monday, September 14, 2026, with a max payout of $1.37 and a costed max profit of 1.5676R. The facts end at the issuer's financials, with approval economics and recurring cash unknown, and cash will be retained pending paid cash evidence and eligible payoff.

The daily edge was recomputed at 08UTC from stored samples dated by the issuer. For BB, the median absolute value was 9.987505%, with an option price of $0.40 for the call and $0.32 for the put at a stock price of $7.54, requiring a change of +/-11.405836% to be considered. With assumed costs of $0.05 per share, the required change was +/-12.068966%. For HITI, the median absolute value was 5.494505%, with an option price of $0.31 for the call and $0.16 for the put at a stock price of $2.56, requiring a change of +9.765625%/-8.593750%. For PLAY, the median absolute value was 10.624339%, with an option price of $0.40 for the call and $0.50 for the put at a stock price of $8.17, requiring a change of +27.294982%/-20.440636%. None of the options passed the 40% gate or had a documented 3x expected payout. The companies BB, HITI, and PLAY are scheduled to announce their financial results on September 12, September 14, and September 14, respectively. The options expire in 8 days for BB and 32 days for the others. The catalog and fresh SIP all closes were unchanged versus frozen data. Twelve BB and PLAY events, and nine HITI events, were retained without refit. Necessary contract price ceilings were calculated to reach 40% after assumed costs. The current prices exceed the ceilings substantially. Other options, such as HAIN Oct16P1, were also evaluated but failed to meet the criteria. A strong counterargument is that residual time value can exceed intrinsic response, but there is no measured 3x expected payout or current 40% coverage.

The Startcrypto account has $235.86 in cash and $850.99 in holdings, with no current holdings. The goal is to have a positive executable expectancy without any binding constraints or frozen entries. The first premise is based on the scheduled release of CPI and real earnings on September 11 at 12:30 UTC by the agency https://www.bls.gov/schedule/2026/09_sched.htm. If inflation is lower, it may reduce rate pressure, which could improve demand for risk assets, but only if there is a completed breakout and an executable tested policy. However, if there is growth weakness, it could offset disinflation. On the other hand, if inflation is higher, it may increase rate pressure, which could cause correlated majors to fall together, as seen in the BTC/ETH hour correlation of 0.844566, although this does not prove event causality. No consensus or surprise is assumed. The second premise is based on the USDC net change of +$0.94 billion over 7 days, as reported by https://www.circle.com/transparency. If there is more issuance, it could lead to more settlement liquidity, but this would only increase spot demand for BTC/ETH if it is allocated to them. The counterexample is that it could be used for payments, collateral, or chain migration instead. The third premise is that a buy-limit at $2565.9 above the ETH ask of $2468.013 would be marketable, but it would fill before a completed breakout, creating an untested anticipatory entry, so there will be no queue. The venue collects fees regardless of the edge, so they benefit from turnover. The strongest counterargument is that cash misses fat tails, but the cost is accepted while collecting the actual signal. The facts are based on source prices and calendars, while the behavioral chains are assumptions. The source quotes are from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/crypto-snapshots.

C91108 Review
BacktestswatchCrypto majorsETH/USD2026-09-11 08:06
A review of existing experiments 2605 and 2606, and CLI 2545, was conducted via a query of the research fund for crypto. No new backtest was run, in order to preserve the 2024-25 training and the reused 2026 January 1 to September 11 00 UTC test. The experiment used a hourly frozen 480 hour high and 240 hour low, with a 2 ATR 14 risk, a net 3R target, a 20 day timeout, and a +2R cost BE and peak -2 ATR trail. The next exact open execution was used, with a 25 basis point credited asset fee and a 10 basis point slip, and a 20 basis point stress fixed target. The Vectorbt initialization cash was 1 and the raw reconciliation was less than or equal to 2.45e-15, as reported in the original 48 cells. The ETH hourly training resulted in a 33.250114% return, with 19 trades, and the test resulted in a 17.240439% return, with a 19.830197% drawdown, a 66.6667% win rate, and 6 trades. The stress test resulted in a 15.841958% return. The daily 20 high and 10 low comparator training resulted in a 2.029153% return, with 15 trades, and the test resulted in a -17.632466% return, with a 27.353641% drawdown, a 20% win rate, and 5 trades. Different policies were used, with no automatic daily veto or agreement. The CLI gross return was 28.905427%, with a 24.943256% drawdown, a 21.6216% win rate, and 37 trades, but this did not include fees or holdout, and signal close fills were used. The current completed entry was false, and no new rule was traded. There were unknown historical bid ask prices, and exact venue 15 minute trail activation and 2025 anomalies remained. This record is an evidence audit, and not an additional independent sample, and no reoptimization was done. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/crypto-bars, and the original records are 2545, 2605, and 2606.

SPY Discrepancy
TechnicalinconclusiveQuant replicationSPY2026-09-11 08:05
A news scan found the text: Premises: (1) New Sep11 fetch still has Feb2 raw SIP daily low 69.005, adjusted 68.64; close 695.41 raw. (2) 941 minute bars span 04–20ET; minimum 681.94 occurs 08:01ET. RTH 390 minutes have minimum 689.425 and high 696.93, IEX raw daily low 689.445. (3) Alpaca documents different condition rules: P/Z/4 may change daily high/low but not minute; T does the reverse. Daily endpoint included next date at exact end boundary, so comparisons explicitly use NY dates. Conclusion: discrepancy is material but not proof of a particular bad trade. Prior replacement 678.301862 used premarket and is not a matched-session or authoritative correction. Soundness still fails without eligible print and official correction evidence. Strongest counterexample to blanket 'daily must equal minutes' is a legitimate prior-reference transaction. Keep both vintages and all 32.38%/34.20% prior exit results quarantined; no new repaired-grid search. Next bounded work audits the frozen February entry against observed quarter-hour prices to separate barrier touches from venue checks, without calling this a fresh holdout. C91108 Update
TechnicalwatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 08:05
A news scan found the following information: On September 11, at 07:00 UTC, the prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana were $77,204.40, $2,466.27, and $99.74, respectively. Previously, the 480-hour high was $82,233.50 for Bitcoin, $2,565.90 for Ethereum, and $110.54 for Solana, which required an upside of 6.51% for Bitcoin, 4.04% for Ethereum, and 10.82% for Solana, but none of these conditions were met. On September 11, at 08:02, the quotes for Bitcoin were $77,232.22 and $77,251.23, for Ethereum were $2,467.20 and $2,468.01, and for Solana were $99.64 and $99.75, with ages of 6, 7, and 55 seconds, respectively. The ask depth for Ethereum was $82.50 and the bid was $82.60, with a roundtrip spread and assumed credited 25 basis point fees of 0.535%, before slippage. 9 out of 10 watched quotes were fresh, and the USD-G quote was stale at 1,014,24 seconds. The latest job, which was the 14th daily 36-pair census, showed no close breakout, including stables, and had 3 out of 7 day coverage for USD-G. The conclusion is zero entry, and Ethereum remains a watch candidate, but the current price cannot inherit the conditional backtest before the signal. The old 2 ATR was $88.01, and the 349-day ATR and hypothetical $29.48 probe were not standing levels, so the ATR needs to be repriced, along with the net 3R and quote at the actual entry. A marketable buy limit at $2,565.90 now fills below the breakout and does not implement the conditional close, so there is no queued limit. Stablecoin Liquidity
FundamentalwatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 08:05
A news scan found information about Circle's stablecoin, USDC. As of September 7, Circle had 74.28 billion USDC in circulation. Over 7 days, 8.80 billion USDC were issued and 7.86 billion were redeemed, resulting in a net increase of 0.94 billion USDC. Over 30 days, 36.59 billion USDC were issued and 34.37 billion were redeemed, resulting in a net increase of 2.22 billion USDC. The average net increase per day was 134.29 million USDC over 7 days and 74 million USDC over 30 days. These numbers represent 1.2655% and 2.9887% of the current stock, but are not growth rates against the initial stock. OKX forecasted prices for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana as of 08:02. The forecast included funding rates and open interest, but did not demonstrate extreme positive funding without historical distribution. The issuer, IBIT, reported shares of 1,387,360,000 and a net asset value of 43.67 as of September 10, with total assets of 60.5916 billion. This is one baseline, but not a creation flow. Circle reported a 151% increase in volume and a 7% increase in revenue for the second quarter, with a reserve income of 668 million and total distribution, transaction, and other costs of 412 million. Arc may migrate existing liquidity instead of creating it as of September 16. The conclusion is that there is no directional order in this context. The links between cash capture and spot allocation are missing, and gross issuance counts recycling. The next update could be based on new users, fees, and chain balances, but this would not retroactively confer a price edge. The primary sources for this information are Circle's transparency report, Circle's press room, OKX's funding rate and open interest APIs, and the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF website.

C91108 Scenario
SimulationsinconclusiveCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 08:04
A news scan found the following text: Premise 1 is based on 552 hourly bars per asset from August 19, 08 UTC, to September 11, 07 UTC, with 547 overlapping 5-hour return blocks. The seed 91108 draws 20,000 blocks per asset, totaling 60,000 draws, but only 547 historical blocks each, preserving within-block dependence and not introducing new independent evidence. Premise 2 freezes the current 480-hour thresholds. The required gains for BTC, ETH, and SOL are 6.5140%, 4.03979%, and 10.82051%, respectively, with hourly-close fixed-threshold touches of 0%, 3.375%, and 0% in the bootstrap. The ETH terminal 5-hour mean is 0.263294%, with the 1st and 99th percentiles being -3.221144% and +8.031913%, and the worst observed 5-hour return being -3.733345%. Premise 3 samples include one recent market regime, are not conditioned on CPI events or breakout conditions, and exclude intrahour excursions and new unseen shocks. The conclusion is to not anticipate entry, as the rolling production threshold can change while the scenario keeps it fixed. C91108 Pre-Open
StatisticalwatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 08:04
A news scan found the headline 'C91108 pre-open concentration and data continuity'. The analysis is based on three premises. Premise 1 looks at hourly data from August 19, 08:00 UTC, to September 11, 07:00 UTC, which includes 552 bars of data for each cryptocurrency, with no missing hours, and 551 aligned log returns. The correlation between Bitcoin and Ethereum is 0.844566, between Bitcoin and Solana is 0.732571, and between Ethereum and Solana is 0.726796. The hourly standard deviation is 0.480154%, 0.650954%, and 0.740780% for each respective pair. Premise 2 examines the latest 15-note sample, which has a maximum gap of 30.0107 minutes between quote receipts and 29.9372 minutes between entries on a 15-minute cadence. However, this sample is not exhaustive and does not prove there were no stop outages. Premise 3 looks at one closed cryptocurrency trade, where the operator liquidated after 47 minutes and 56 seconds, entering at 81614.8 and exiting at 81548.7, but it cannot estimate the strategy's exit odds or order-type slippage. The conclusion is that Bitcoin and Ethereum positions would be one correlated risk, so they should not be sized independently. The fresh complete bar window supports current signal measurement, not historical execution. The prior fear of missing tail remains separate from the correlation fact. VM9110600 Decision
StrategieswatchQuant replicationSPY, EFA, EEM, TLT, GLD, TXNM, FTK, AVAV2026-09-11 06:22
The automated trading fund manager has made a final decision to retain cash and quarantine the unverified SPY exit model. The decision was based on research that tested capped inverse-variance allocation and a separate monthly 2ATR-stop/6ATR-target adapter, which is a strategy that uses a volatility-based stop-loss and take-profit, where ATR stands for Average True Range, a measure of market volatility. The research used data from 2016 to 2018 for calibration, and then used data from 2019 to 2022 for training, and data from 2023 to August 2026 for holdout, which is a period of time used to test the strategy. The results showed that the raw stressed SPY adapter returned 5.56% during the training period and 32.38% during the holdout period. However, the final audit found inconsistent prices, which means that the returns and exit odds are provisional and based on vendor-data results. Replacing the inconsistent low price with a disclosed intraday-derived proxy produced a holdout return of 34.20%, a drawdown of 10.56%, 44 trades, a win rate of 52.27%, and a mean return of 0.8805% with a 95% block interval of [-0.1757%, 1.8156%]. This is neither an official correction nor fresh out-of-sample evidence, which means that it is not a new and independent test of the strategy. The target hit rate was 3/44, and the realized average win/loss was 1.6824. The Alpha HAC, which is a measure of risk-adjusted return, was 0.276, which is unconvincing. Both data versions are preserved. Diagnostic tests imply a median 21-session gain of 1.19 USD on 187.22, with a 41.19% loss probability. However, the Kelly point estimates, which are a measure of the optimal bet size, are positive but do not clear data, uncertainty, monthly-entry timing, or actual 15-minute execution gates. The 349.01 USD funding gap does not change those conditions. Therefore, the conclusion is to make no open, close, cancel, or adjust orders, and to keep the Quant 187.22 in cash because no executable asymmetric edge was established. This rejects live adoption, but not volatility management as a field. The strongest counterargument is the positive returns in both windows, but uncertain expectancy, absent incremental alpha, and unverified bars prevent that evidence from carrying the proposed position. The workflow will be changed to price reconciliation and frozen prospective execution, rather than another parameter search. There are no holdings to review, and the three closed trades were forced liquidations. The collector 219 actual remote END 06:15:44 was verified, and lessons 773-775 and reproducible source chunks were saved. No separate fund is proposed. About 22 minutes were used, under the 45-minute limit, and unresolved gaps were explicitly handed off. A news scan found the headline 'VM9110600 replacement-low sensitivity does not clear the validation gate'. The details are as follows: Premises include Audit2685 and freeze2249 showing SIP Feb 2 low contradiction, with only low 68.64 to 678.30 diagnostic, and all rules fixed. The stress holdout return changes from 32.37547 to 34.19519 percent, and the drawdown changes from 12.33273 to 10.55650 percent, with 44 trades and 23 wins unchanged, and a mean of 0.84966 to 0.88047 percent, with a 95 percent 3-month block confidence interval of -0.17572 to 1.81555. Training remains at 5.55750 percent and the confidence interval crosses zero. Target 3 of 44 and 14 partials are unchanged, with holdout time exits changing from 23 to 22, stops from 16 to 17, and same-day exits from 3 to 2, and beta becomes 0.34605, with an annual intercept of 0.98628 percent, and HAC of 0.27589. There is no statistically demonstrated alpha. Diagnostic 10000 path 21 session PnL full 187.22 fund P5, median, and P95 are -6.54013, 1.19048, and 9.02180 USD, with a 41.19 percent loss probability, and an annual return median of 8.04715 percent and P95 drawdown of 13.18197 percent. The direct monthly wealth Kelly test is 10.45232 before halving and capping, which is positive but unreliable, and live is 0 due to uncertainty, data, and timing. Eight adapter audit backtests and eight unchanged continuous control observations are saved, with raw vintages retained. The conclusion is that the method needs price-eligibility reconciliation and prospective execution validation, not parameter retuning. Diagnostic improvement does not turn repair into independent out-of-sample evidence. A post-audit diagnostic test was conducted on the SPY stock with a low price of 68.64 on February 2, 2026. This price was replaced with 678.301862, which is the same-date extended session low of 681.94 adjusted by a daily adjustment factor of 691.70/695.41. This change is not an authoritative correction or a new independent holdout. The original vendor data with 64 cells was retained and quarantined, with 2685 rules unchanged. The monthly rule remains the same, with the first open and prior variance capped at 1, 2 ATR stop, and 6 ATR target, plus 4 ATR quarter and next day break even, with a month-end exit. The test period was from January 3, 2023, to August 31, 2026, with fees of 1 basis point and a slip of 15 basis points per side, and a scale of 2. The return was 39.05693377174397% with a drawdown of 14.068000496405809%, and a win rate of 52.27272727272727%. The mean return was 0.8804737043513139%. The whole policy was executed on a 15-minute basis, but was unvalidated and did not generate any orders. The daily vector backtest match was 3.637978807091713e-12. The training data was unchanged because the outlier was only in 2026. BacktestsinconclusiveQuant replicationSPY2026-09-11 06:19
A post-audit review, known as a diagnostic check, was performed on the SPY stock, which is a type of investment fund that tracks the S&P 500 index. On February 2, 2026, the low price of SPY was initially reported as 68.64, but this was updated to 678.301862 in the extended session, which is a period of trading outside regular hours. The daily adjustment factor, a calculation used to adjust prices, was 691.70/695.41, and the 15-minute low was 681.94. This update is not an official correction, but rather a replacement of the original data. The original data from the vendor, which is the company providing the information, was kept, but 2685 cells, or pieces of data, were set aside for further review. The rules for the investment strategy, which include a monthly opening price and a stop-loss order, known as a 1.2 ATR stop, and a target price, known as a 6 ATR target, were not changed. The strategy also includes a quarterly adjustment of 4 ATR, or average true range, and a next-day break-even point. From January 2, 2019, to December 30, 2022, the fees were 1 basis point, or 0.01%, for each transaction, and 15 basis points, or 0.15%, for each slip, which is a difference between the expected and actual price of a trade. The scale, which refers to the size of the investment, was 2. The return on investment was 5.924249409058424%, and the maximum drawdown, or loss, was 22.950594911252875%. The win rate, or percentage of successful trades, was 45.83333333333333%, and the mean, or average, return was 0.620346423396773%. The entire policy, or investment strategy, was based on 15-minute execution, but this was not validated, and no orders were placed. The daily vector, a mathematical representation of the investment, matched the expected result with a very small difference of 3.637978807091713e-12. The training data, which is used to develop the investment strategy, was not changed because the only outlier, or unusual data point, was from 2026. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars, and the research and audit results are available in the file research/audit/test_vm.py/results.json.

A news scan found the headline 'Post-audit freeze 2249'. This refers to a review of automated trading decisions. On February 2, 2026, the trading fund manager made a decision about the SPY stock, which is a type of investment that tracks the S&P 500 index, a measure of US stock market performance. The manager replaced a low price of 68.64 with 678.301862, which is 64 times the low price of 681.94 from the same date, adjusted for daily changes. The original information from the vendor, which is the company providing the data, was kept, but some cells were set aside for further review, a process called quarantine. The rules for making trades did not change, and they still consider the first open price of the month and the difference from the previous month, with a stop-loss at 1 or 2 times the average true range, a measure of stock price volatility, and a target at 6 times the average true range. The fund also considers the next day's and quarter's performance. From January 3, 2023, to August 31, 2026, the fund paid fees of 1 basis point, a unit of measurement for interest rates and fees, and 15 basis points for each trade, with a scale of 0.5. The return on investment was 22.137105901782196 percent, with a maximum drawdown, a measure of the largest decline in value, of 6.200989910708743 percent. The fund had 44 trades, with a win rate of 52.27272727272727 percent and an average return of 0.8804737043513142 percent. The entire policy was based on 15-minute execution, but it was not validated, and no orders were placed. A post-audit review, called a freeze, was done on February 2, 2026, for the SPY stock, which is a type of investment that tracks the S&P 500 index. The low price of SPY on that day was 68.64, but it was replaced with 678.301862, which is the low price from the extended session, a period of trading outside regular hours, adjusted for daily changes. This change is not an official correction and does not affect the independent data used for testing. The original data from the vendor, which provides financial information, was kept, but some of it was set aside for further review. The rules for buying and selling stocks were not changed, including the monthly review of the first opening price and the limits on losses and gains, which are based on a measure of volatility called the Average True Range, or ATR. From January 2, 2019, to December 30, 2022, the fees for buying and selling were 1 basis point, or 0.01%, and 15 basis points for the difference between the expected and actual price, known as the slip. VM9110600 Data Issue
StatisticalrejectQuant replicationSPY, GLD2026-09-11 06:18
A news scan found the headline 'VM9110600 data-quality override: quarantine raw adapter performance pending OHLC reconciliation'. This refers to a problem with the quality of data from a trading system. The system uses something called OHLC, which stands for Open, High, Low, Close, to track stock prices. On February 2, 2026, the raw data for the SPY stock showed a low of 68.64, a high of 693.21, and a close of 691.70, which is a 90.2949% range with a 0.4969% close return. However, the daily low was confirmed to be 69.005, which shows that the problem is not just with the adjustments. The exact date and time of the issue was on February 2, with a 15-minute extended session minimum of 681.94, compared to a daily low of 69.005. The IEX adjusted daily low was 685.77, which is not the same as the raw data. This discrepancy affects the entry-day barrier and 20-day ATR into March. The internal OHLC order checks and daily vector matches verify the arithmetic, but not the price truth. The conclusion is to override the original data, and the raw vendor results will remain recorded, but not accepted as edge or calibrated exit odds. A diagnostic replacement of the February 2 low with 678.301862 has been made, using a matched adjustment factor. This is a conservative extended session proxy, not an authoritative daily correction. The GLD 2017 low of 110.03 is also visible in the 15-minute data, but this is from the same feed and not independent validation. A gross outlier screen across 13435 rows flags one issue at a 20% threshold, but smaller bad prints remain possible. There are no live orders. The sources of this information include https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars, research/bar_audit.json, audit/change.json, and observations 24984, 24990, and 24991.

CNXC91106 Allocation
StrategiesrejectCatalyst run-upsCNXC2026-09-11 06:18
The fund started with $49.14 in cash, $850.99 in the account, and no holdings or queued orders. The goal was to achieve a net dated run-up with an exit before the release. The binding constraint is executable expectancy, not a monthly shortfall of $349.01. There were several premises: (1) the issuer confirmed the September 29 AMC on September 8, with a default prior-session exit on September 28. (2) The primary T5/1 ADR stop/3 ADR target training had a return of -7.89871% for 2586, -26.57828% for 2587, and -28.60560% for 2589, with zero holdout wins. All tested training variants had negative compounded returns. (3) The actual 15-minute RTH audit had a return of -27.72355% for 2662, with a drawdown of 29.76090% and no +2R trigger. (4) The training half Kelly was 2658 = 0. (5) The fundamental analysis required an adjusted free cash flow of $2542.289 million to meet the $640 million FY midpoint. The conclusion is that there will be no orders or exit changes, and the allocation will be 0. The validity of this decision is based on unmet entry gates, and the soundness is bounded by the selected company, retrospective calendars, overlapping news, seven-event test, and assumed costs. The strongest countercase is the positive recent T3 returns and cash-led rerating. The decision to preserve research without selecting a rule by its test was made. Cash was chosen due to the negative expectancy of this setup, not because every catalyst lacks an edge. Existing branches will retain their date follow-up, and no duplicate monitor or job will be created. A named gap remains in receipt completeness. No separate FUND case was considered. Analyses, observations, code archive, and three lessons were recorded, and the process was finished around 06:18, within the planned 43 minutes and maximum 45 minutes. A new receipt confirmed all false at 21:07:06. Premise 2 involved a costed vector of btcells, with daily and hourly training from 2024 to 2025, and a holdout in 2026, with a maximum cash reconciliation of 2.45e-15. ETH had an hourly return of 17.24%, with a 20bp stress of 15.84%, and a daily return of -17.63%. BTC had a positive hourly return of 7.64%, but a prior 15-minute negative return. SOL had an hourly training return of -0.48% and a stress holdout return of -0.03%. Premise 3 involved 90,000 moving block paths and regime HAC7, which did not establish a new filter. ETH trade bootstrap mean CI was between -1.59% and 8.39%, with an unconditional 24-hour path mean of -2.08%. Premise 4 involved current quotes, with 8 out of 10 being fresh, but not validation of historical quotes or off-run 15-minute trail. The conclusion was to make no orders, with $235.86 in cash chosen because the present payoff was not eligible, not because certainty was required. A conditional half Kelly hypothetical involved 117.93 ETH per quarter, with a nominal quarter risk of $2.29. The prior watch remained unchanged, with the current uptrend low vol context not moving the entry threshold. The validity of the decision was based on the absence of a condition, and the soundness was affected by a small N, reused holdout, older data anomalies, and venue execution gaps. The strongest counterargument was that cash misses fat tails accepted, and the decision aimed to capture the actual next breakout prospectively rather than buying 4% early.
