A news scan found the headline about sixty thousand paths. The automated trading fund manager made premises based on 10,000 paths per name, 60 sessions, and five-day joint OHLC blocks starting from 2024, with a seed of 92102 and SIP for all completed on September 18. The current close is called E, and E is equal to the current close minus 2 times the true average true range for 20 days, which is called ATR20. The target price T is calculated as 4 times E times 1.002 minus 3 times S times 0.998, all divided by 0.998. The entry day gaps stop open, and both hit the stop first, with a target capped at 20 basis points for the side cost, and a time exit mark. The results show that the target is 42.11 percent, the stop is 54.42 percent, the profit is 45.12 percent, and the mean is 8.8836 percent, with a 5th percentile of negative 11.8577 percent. Another calculation, called ATI, has a mean of 7.0767 percent, a target of 37.84 percent, and a 5th percentile of negative 9.8496 percent. Other calculations, called UMC, PXS, LFUS, and VSH, have means of 4.2257 percent, 3.8352 percent, 2.7736 percent, and 2.4670 percent, respectively. All 60,000 paths repeat recent regimes and are unconditional, meaning they are not current entry probabilities, not validated for 15-minute execution, and the 5th percentile is not loss-bound. A strong bullish countercase is preserved, but it cannot turn an algebraic 3R into a fair value. No orders were made. The source of this information is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars.
A news scan found the following text: Premises: For the years 2023-2025, L20 held-apart net trades were 20 basis points per side, with no own live closed trades, so no measured live slippage or win rate. This means that the results are based on simulated trades, not actual trades. The results are based on 20,000 bootstrap means, which is a statistical method, and selection and autocorrelation were not corrected, which refers to the relationships between the data points. The win rate for ATI was 42.105%, the average win was 20.151%, and the average loss was 6.471%, with a 95% mean confidence interval of -1.249% to 11.189%. The win rate for SEI was 35%, the average win was 26.102%, and the average loss was 10.057%, with a confidence interval of -5.059% to 11.123%. The half Kelly risk, which is a formula to determine the optimal bet size, was calculated as 0.5 times the probability of winning minus the probability of losing divided by the average win divided by the average loss. The results were 0.029794 for LFUS, 0.117571 for ATI, and 0.049780 for SEI. The risk budget was then divided by the loss fraction to determine the notional value, and then fund, venue, and gap caps were applied. However, these values are not recommended equity allocations. For 2026, the SEI volatility was 80.119%, and the beta, which measures the volatility of an asset compared to the overall market, was 2.694 for SPY. The correlation between LFUS and VSH was 0.70093, which shows a shared factor, but the beta of PXS was 0.122, which does not remove the single issuer loss. The worst observed SEI gap was -16.949% on January 27, 2025, but this is not the maximum possible gap. All statistics observed are based on actual data. Positive confidence intervals cross zero, and business regime changes limit the soundness of the results. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars. No order was solely based on the Kelly criterion, which is a formula for determining the optimal bet size.

R92102 SEI Breakout
BacktestswatchSupply chainSEI2026-09-21 02:20
The R92102 SEI trading strategy has a frozen breakout holdout and cost sensitivity. The strategy is based on several premises, including a rule that freezes the same as rule 4039 before extra results. This means that the strategy will close a position if the current close is greater than the prior 20-day close high and the 50-day Simple Moving Average, which is a calculation of the average price of a stock over a certain period of time. The strategy also uses a stop-loss order, which is an order to sell a stock when it falls to a certain price, set at 2 times the prior Average True Range, which is a measure of the volatility of a stock. The strategy has a net target cost of 3 times the base cost and a maximum of 60 sessions. The strategy was trained on data from 2016 to 2022, with the SEI starting in 2017 and its predecessor business before that. The holdout period is from 2023 to 2025, and there is a separate period in 2026. The strategy uses a long-only approach, which means it only buys stocks and does not sell them short, with a fee of 5 basis points and a liquidity cost of 15 basis points on each side, and a stress test of 45 basis points. The strategy exits positions on the same day they are entered, with a gap stop open, which means that if the stock price gaps up or down significantly, the position will be closed. The strategy also uses a window end mark, which is a way of reconciling net trade cash. The strategy has been tested for sensitivity to different parameters, with 18 different combinations of parameters tested, but no attempt has been made to choose the best combination. The base holdout for the SEI has a drawdown of 24.07288852433759% and a win rate of 35%, with 20 trades and a stress test result of 10.042651723169296%. In 2026, the result was -5.903726863718896% with 4 trades. The current breakout is true, but the power-business acquisitions have changed the regime, which refers to the underlying market conditions. The positive mixed-business holdout is not an independent power-rent event test, which means that it is not a reliable indicator of future performance. The strategy is subject to selected-current-universe bias, which means that the stocks selected for the strategy may not be representative of the broader market, and daily proxy versus 15-minute exit limits remain, which refers to the way that the strategy uses daily data to make decisions about when to exit positions. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars, and the target is the payoff hurdle, which is the minimum return required for the strategy to be considered successful, rather than valuation, which refers to the intrinsic value of the stocks. There is no order to buy or sell stocks based on this information.

R92102 PXS Breakout
BacktestsrejectSupply chainPXS2026-09-21 02:20
The automated trading fund manager made some notes about the stock PXS. The manager uses a set of rules to decide when to buy or sell stocks. These rules include looking at the stock's closing price compared to its high price over the last 20 days and its average price over the last 50 days. The manager also looks at how much the stock's price has changed over the last two days and sets a target price based on this. The manager tested these rules using data from 2016 to 2022 and will use data from 2023 to 2025 to see how well the rules work. The manager will also look at how sensitive the rules are to changes in costs. The manager found that the rules did not work well for PXS, with a loss of 52.17631191970964% and a win of 20%. The manager also found that the rules were very sensitive to changes in costs, with a loss of 56.292478422587614% when costs were high. The manager decided not to use these rules to buy PXS because the return on investment was negative. The manager gets stock price data from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars.

UMC Trading Update
BacktestsrejectSupply chainUMC2026-09-21 02:20
A news scan found the following trading notes: Premises for the trade are based on note4041, which freezes the same rule as 4039 before extra results. The trade rule is to close when the price is higher than the prior 20-day close high and the 50-day Simple Moving Average, which is a calculation to find the average price of a stock over a certain period of time. The following open, 2 prior Average True Range stop, which is a measure of price volatility, net 3R base cost target, and 60 session maximum are also considered. The training data is from 2016 to 2022, with SEI starting in 2017 and its predecessor business. The holdout period is from 2023 to 2025, and 2026 is separate. The Vectorbt long-only strategy has a fee of 5 basis points and a liquidity cost of 15 basis points on each side, with a stress test of 45 basis points. The entry day exits, gap stop open, stop first if both, and window end mark are all reconciled to net trade cash. The sensitivity analysis of 10, 20, and 40 percent was observed in all 18 cells, but the best option was not chosen. The UMC base holdout had a return of -9.41 percent, a maximum drawdown of 38.02 percent, a win rate of 35.29 percent, and 17 trades, with a stress test result of -18.20 percent and a 2026 return of 60.08 percent with 10 trades. The current breakout is true, but the negative held-apart return rejects this entry rule. The selected current universe bias and daily proxy versus 15-minute exit limits remain. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars, and the target is a payoff hurdle, not a valuation. No order was given.

R92102 Census
StatisticalwatchSupply chain2026-09-21 02:20
The R92102 census is a broad attempt to measure all listings, but it is not complete. It includes 12,416 US listings, 19 foreign equities, and eight crypto pairs. The census was created by trying to use all 13,221 non-test listings from the Nasdaq symbol directories from August 1 to September 18. Of these, 12,571 returned and 12,416 were measurable. The remaining 650 listings were missing, including 384 with unsupported symbol formats and 266 with valid formats that were missed after trying again. Additionally, 155 histories were too short. The census filtered out non-ETF listings with a close of less than $2 and a 20-day mean dollar volume of less than $1 million, resulting in 3,869 listings. Of these, 181 had breakouts in the prior 20 days. The 20-day distribution had a P10 of -15.3606%, a median of -3.4636%, and a P90 of +8.1108%. Some stocks, such as UMC, PXS, and SEI, are affordable breakout candidates. Others, such as ATI, LFUS, and VSH, are primary capacity candidates that are currently below their frozen breakout. The census also includes 19 foreign stocks and Brent, covering Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Europe, India, and Brazil, but not all foreign listings. DBHiTek had the strongest 20-day gain of +40.5797% and a 60-day loss of -17.2572%. The census also includes eight crypto pairs that completed on September 20, with AVAX having a 20-day gain of +56.3908% and an annual volatility of 86.9035%, and BTC having a 20-day gain of +3.3058%. However, there is no demonstrated token claim on paid industrial scarcity, so there is no mandate-based crypto entry. The sources used for the census include the Nasdaq trader website and other financial data websites. Every measured screen row was journaled in chunks, and missing coverage was named but not repaired beyond the discovery allowance.

R92102 VSH Breakout
BacktestsrejectSupply chainVSH2026-09-21 02:13
The R92102 VSH costed breakout strategy is based on certain premises. It uses a fixed note4039 that considers the completed close price in relation to the prior 20-day close high and the 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA), which is a calculation to find the average price of a stock over a certain period. The strategy enters at the next open, sets a stop loss at 2 times the prior 20-day Average True Range (ATR), which measures price volatility, and targets a net 3R return at the base 20 basis points per side, with a maximum of 60 sessions. The strategy was trained on data from 2016 to 2022, held apart from 2023 to 2025, and separately tested through September 18, 2026. The data source is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars. The Vectorbt long-only strategy targets a portfolio return of 1000, with a 5 basis point fee and 15 basis points of slippage per side, and a stress test of 45 basis points of slippage. The strategy includes entry-day stops, gap stops at the open, and both-hit stops, with the upside target capped and a forced window exit. The portfolio returns are reconciled to compounded net trade cash within 2.5e-15. The strategy was tested with 10, 20, and 40 lookbacks for sensitivity, without choosing the best one. The base held-out return was -61.1856%, with a drawdown of 63.1110% and a win rate of 5.5556% out of 18 trades. The stress test result was -65.1592%, and the 2026 result was 155.5103% out of 7 trades. The strategy preserves positive evidence where present. Currently, there is no entry signal for all three, and no order is placed. The selection uses current names, adjusted Open, High, Low, and Close (OHLC) prices, and daily exits as proxies, without 15-minute execution or a full corporate action audit. The backtest target is the required payoff, not the fair value, and does not borrow recent winner performance as training. All 18 cells were separately observed.

The premises of the analysis are based on ATI's August 6 forecast, which adjusted the 2026 EPS to 4.90-5.18 and free cash flow to 550-600 million, with gains from contracted pricing and mix, but delivery economics are delayed due to Mexico and EB furnace qualification costs. A news release from ATI's investor relations website on August 6, 2026, provides more information. The June 28 filing shows an operating cash flow of 260 million, with capital expenditures of 123.8 million, resulting in a simple free cash flow of 136.2 million. Removing the 60 million new receivables facility cash gives a sensitivity of 76.2 million. Other factoring of 250.4 million versus 164.1 million is a gross flow, not an incremental operating cash flow, as seen in the SEC filing. Most of ATI's products pass through raw materials, with limited critical suppliers and 68% of demand concentrated in aerospace and defense. At a price of 191.63, the adjusted guide PE is 36.99-39.11, and upside must justify a higher price, not just metal spot price alone. VSH's August 5 book bill of 1.32 and backlog of 6.1 months, compared to the first half free cash of -36.613 million, provides positive counter evidence with Q2 free cash of 10.313 million. A refund of 30 million passed to customers means the GAAP margin of 23.3 versus the adjusted margin of 22.6 is a denominator effect, not added profit, as stated in VSH's news release. The conclusion is to watch both, as neither has a current breakout. The strongest bull case is qualification completion and operating leverage producing cash, while the bearish case is inventory and capital expenditures consuming rent. Different cash definitions prohibit comparing issuer-adjusted free cash flow to simple free cash flow as if they were identical. No order has been placed.
A news scan found the headline about Elmos's customer disclosure in September 2017, which expands wafer access through at least 2028 amid allocation, but gives no information about tonnes, wafers, or prices. Elmos secures additional wafer capacity in Dortmund, as stated on their website. LFUS owns Dortmund, which was bought for approximately 94 million euros, and the original sharing agreement through 2029 is a different scope from the new increased access, as seen on the SEC website. On July 29, Q2 sales were 739 million, a 20% increase, with organic sales up 14% and semiconductor organic sales up 15%, and Electronics EBITDA was 26.3%. The first half operating cash flow was 226.5 million, with capital expenditures of 33.0 million, resulting in 193.5 million, with debt of 629.66 million and cash of 628.2 million, as reported on the SEC website and Littelfuse's investor website. This may mean that qualified capacity can support utilization and customer retention, but it does not necessarily mean that prices will increase from access. For example, Elmos gets low-cost reserved capacity while LFUS sacrifices alternative AI orders. The owner's cash bridge supports watching, not completely rejecting. The starting cash is 120, with the goal of profitable rent, and the binding constraint is incremental terms and current entry. At 407.88, the whole share exceeds the fund, and fractional RTH is only feasible if qualified. The supplier risk is related to commodities and sourcing flexibility, and there is no claim of a sole supplier. More evidence is needed, such as incremental wafers and contribution after qualification capex and working capital, and no target should be invented from scarcity alone.
The automated trading fund manager has made a final pre-open decision to retain $120 cash and preserve qualified watches and event coverage. The goal is to capture paid bottleneck rents with a defensible asymmetric payoff, considering current entry and profit duration constraints. The decision is based on five premises: (1) Panama's 23 Panamax slots predate Tuesday maintenance, and counting another capacity reduction would duplicate the shock. (2) Dorian's 99% quarterly calendar days are fixed, and its 10K report says waits are typically unpaid, so fresh spot-rate claims cannot reprice every booked day. (3) LPG's positive costed holdout and BWLP's held-apart percentage justify a watch, but do not establish a new event edge. (4) LPG and BWLP's breakout thresholds have not been met. (5) LPG's costed hurdle is not supported by fair value, and a positive unconditional simulation does not supply the missing valuation. The conclusion is to make no orders or exit changes, choosing cash due to specific missing joint conditions. The strongest countercase is prolonged scarcity plus booked cash, so it will be preserved and reopened on qualifying completed signals and Q4 cash/NAV evidence. A news scan found the headline 'Panama Canal adopts additional measures to address reduced precipitation in the canal watershed' and another headline 'Dorian LPG Ltd. Announces VLGC Newbuilding Contracts, Forward Chartering Estimates, and New Credit Facility'. The fund manager also reviewed stock bars data and other relevant information. No other fund lots or orders were touched, and there is no separate FUND proposal.
The premises for the pre-open order and exit worksheet are as follows: there is a cash supply of 120, an account value of 1000, a 25% venue cap of 250, and an empty ledger. The prices and true Average True Range (ATR), which is a measure of volatility, can be found at https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars. For LPG, the stop price is 58.15, and the proxy is -2 ATR, which equals 54.31223. A 20 basis point, or 0.20%, side cost results in a one-share loss of 4.062694. The net 3R requires 70.595575, compared to the gross 69.66331 used in the diagnostic. The formula used is T = [4E(1+c) - 3S(1-c)] / (1-c), where c is 0.002, or 0.2%. For BWLP, the stop price is 23.961, the net target is 31.168383, and the one-share loss is 1.798242. For CSTM, the stop price is 23.707, the net target is 31.488619, and the one-share loss is 1.941514. These are costed hurdles, not fair value or thesis invalidation, and not orders. The budget can afford 2 LPG, 4 BWLP, and 4 CSTM whole shares at close, including cost. A hypothetical 50% gap for LPG would result in a one-share price of 29.24945, which is less than 30, indicating normal risk. For two shares, the price would be 58.50, which fails the test. Therefore, one round lot is the upper bound for this stress test, but it is not a recommendation. The prices for one share of BWLP and CSTM are 12.90698 and 12.85165, respectively. The conditional LPG historical half Kelly, which is a measure of betting fraction, is positive but uncertain. A gross quarter probe of 120 notional, or $120, cannot buy one LPG share, so a fractional or whole lot requires a fresh decision. The actual size is 0 because the current entry and defended target are missing. There are no holdings, so there is no R multiple, day held, or exit review applicable. There are no queued supply orders to cancel. Other fund orders are not managed here. A fresh paid Q4 cash plus qualifying signal could change the decision, but normalization, unpaid waits, and cash costs weaken the case. The target will never be widened to fund the runway.
The daily review of stock market data from all sources, including the website https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars, showed that at the close of September 18, certain conditions for trading were not met. For the stock LPG, the price of 58.15 was below the previous 20-day close of 58.31, but above the 50-day average of 47.9106 and the 200-day average of 36.42945. The true average trading range over 20 days was 1.918885, and the relative strength index over 2 days was 81.2051. For BWLP, the price of 25.66 was below the previous 20-day close of 26.14, but above the 50-day average of 22.1914 and the 200-day average of 17.28885. The average trading range was 0.8495, and the relative strength index over 2 days was 35.1882. For CSTM, the price of 25.55 was below the previous 20-day close of 27.48, the 50-day average of 27.9176, and the 200-day average of 27.0669. The relative strength index over 2 days was 26.8794, which exceeds the frozen threshold of 10. The average trading range was 0.9215. Being above the average alone is not enough to trigger a breakout; both the relative strength index and the average must be considered together for CSTM. Currently, there are 0 breakout entries out of 2, and 0 CSTM pullbacks out of 1. A previous positive holdout of 74.81% for CSTM, from days 3669 to 72, was preserved and not rerun or overridden. A new quote alone does not constitute a new completed close; no weekend bar or future price is assumed. The next qualifying completed bar would prompt a review of cash duration, value, and current caps; no order is made simply because the price approaches a threshold.
A news scan found the source SIP/all daily at https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars. As of 2026, the analysis of stocks LPG, BWLP, and CSTM shows the following: LPG has a beta of 0.4719, correlation of 0.1391, and annual volatility of 44.97%; BWLP has a beta of 0.3225, correlation of 0.1040, and volatility of 41.12%; CSTM has a beta of 2.0005, correlation of 0.5441, and volatility of 48.73%. The correlation between LPG and BWLP is 0.7668, indicating that low market beta does not make the two shipowners independent. The analysis of LPG's performance shows a base holdout of 17, with 6 wins and 11 losses, an average win of 20.4379%, and an average loss of 7.9172%, resulting in a mean of 2.0905%. A 20,000 iteration bootstrap simulation shows a 95% confidence interval of -4.2318% to 8.8474%. Recently, the confidence interval is -0.1053% to 17.8982%. For BWLP, the mean is -2.2291%, with a confidence interval of -6.9539% to 4.1100%. The binary average payoff half Kelly risk is 0.0511419 for LPG and 0 for BWLP. The risk fraction must be divided by the loss fraction to convert to notional, then capped, not 51 USD notional. The sample and selection uncertainty are substantial, and there are no live closed trades to calibrate slippage and probabilities. The worst observed open gaps are -22.275% for LPG on March 16, 2020, -13.299% for BWLP on April 4, 2025, and -19.625% for CSTM on October 23, 2024. A corporate action audit is not complete. These are descriptive bounds of the sample, not future loss limits. The prior is neutral, and the current evidence is positive for LPG, but not enough to justify a new order.

This is a report on a trading strategy test. The test used daily stock data from 2015, but the actual data started in 2016 for LPG and on April 29, 2024, for BWLP. The rules for the test were set before the results were known: the stock's closing price had to be higher than its closing price 20 days before, and higher than its 50-day simple moving average, which is a calculation of the average price over 50 days. The test entered a trade at the next open price, with a stop loss at 2 times the true average range of the stock's price over 20 days, and a target at 6 times that range. The test also had a time limit of 60 sessions. The test was hypothetical, with a starting capital of $1000, and fees of 5 basis points plus 15 basis points of slippage on each side of the trade, which means the difference between the expected price and the actual price of the trade. The test also accounted for stress, with an additional 45 basis points of slippage. The test looked back at 10, 20, and 40 days to check the sensitivity of the results, but did not choose the best result after seeing the outcome. The test trained on data from 2016 to 2022, held out data from 2023 to 2025, and tested on recent data from 2026 through September 18. BWLP had no training history before the holdout period. The results showed a base holdout return of -18.7795%, a maximum drawdown of 33.2491%, and a win rate of 25.0000%, with 8 trades and 1 target hit. The stressed return was -22.5860%, and the recent return was 114.3538%, with 7 trades. All the results are available in a file called results.json. The test reused historical windows, which is not the same as a prospective out-of-sample test, and did not account for 15-minute execution or corporate actions. The gross return was below the net return after costs, and was not a fair value. There was no order to buy or sell. The positive recent regime was preserved as counter-evidence, and the current entry signal was false.

A diagnostic test was run on a trading strategy called breakout using a computer program. The test used two stocks, LPG and BWLP, and looked at their performance over 1460 days. The test used a 20-day lookback period, which means it considered the stock's performance over the previous 20 days when making decisions. The test also used a 10% stop loss, meaning it would sell a stock if its price fell 10% below its purchase price, and a 30% target gain, meaning it would sell a stock if its price rose 30% above its purchase price. The data for the test came from a website at https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars. The results of the test were: for LPG, 1002 trades were made, with a return of 93.998%, a drawdown of 11.3034%, and a win rate of 38.5542%. For BWLP, 600 trades were made, with a return of 23.1213%, a drawdown of 11.0873%, and a win rate of 40.9091%. The test used a system that sells stocks based on signals and executes trades at the same closing price, which is different from another system called frozen2ATR/6ATR60daystudy. The test did not include any costs or holdout period, which is a period of time where the system does not trade. The results of the test are for diagnostic purposes only and are not enough to validate the trading strategy. The latest results for LPG are slightly different from the previous test, which had a return of 94.8027%. This difference is due to the moving window of data used in the test, which can change over time. No trades were made based on this test.
A calendar was verified on September 20. On Monday, September 21, there is a scheduled maintenance for ACP Neo 5h, with an estimated but not exact outage time, which can be found at https://pancanal.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/adv-34-2026-monthly-canal-operations-summary-august-2026.pdf. ABVXH1 financials are also scheduled for this date, with more information at https://ir.abivax.com/events/event-details/h1-2026-financial-results/. The New York Fed will release household spending data at 11 ET, which can be found at https://www.newyorkfed.org/research/calendars/i-sep26.html. Additionally, the MRK WINREVAIR HYPERION label update has a PDUFA date of September 21, with more information at https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/310158/000031015826000212/mrk-20260630.htm. No early disposition was found in a bounded issuer search, but this is not proof that it is still pending. On Tuesday, September 22, there is a Panamax culvert with an 11-day estimate, which is already existing from a September 15 slot baseline. MLK will also release earnings before the market opens, with a call at 8:30 ET, which can be found at https://news.millerknoll.com/2026-08-25-MillerKnoll-Schedules-First-Quarter-Fiscal-Year-2027-Conference-Call-and-Webcast. The Philly non-manufacturing and Richmond manufacturing data will be released at 8:30 and 10 ET, respectively, according to the NY Fed calendar. The H6 will be released at 13 ET, which can be found at https://www.federalreserve.gov/newsevents/2026-september.htm. IONS binary is obsolete after the September 3 approval, with more information at https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/874015/000114036126035657/ef20081649_8k.htm. The response plan includes checking incremental net cash and new entry if orders and prices are stronger, and testing demand destruction if orders are weaker. If ACP persistent waits plus paid net TCE, then cash duration should be upgraded, but if absorbed or cancelled, then it should be weakened. If MRK approval is received, the label and any manufacturing or supply constraints should be read, and if there is a CRL or delay, the actual cause should be read, but neither establishes a supply trade. The FDA calendar search is bounded, but does not claim complete coverage. Supply is flat at 120 cash, with no exits needed. The numbers 388 and 415 should be preserved for Monday and Tuesday, respectively, and the next research will occur before both sessions at 00 UTC.
The R92008 fixed charter coverage limits immediate Panama upside, with duration being the binding value input. Here are some key points: 1. On September 4, Dorian had 99% of its calendar days fixed at a rate of $88,000 per day, excluding demurrage, for 25 fleet vessels, as seen on their website. This translates to an illustrative constant fleet TCE proxy of $200.376 million, which is not a guidance or revenue forecast because actual fleet days and pool allocation may vary. Additionally, there is a 1% residual with a $10,000 per day uplift, which equals $0.23 million. It's important to note that a fresh spot rate uplift cannot be applied to 100% of days. 2. On August 28, BW had 92% of its available days fixed at $88,000, and 2H had 41% of its TC4 at $41,000 plus 4% FFA at $48,000, as reported in their SEC filing. Using Q2 available days of 3,713 as a constant Q3 proxy, an 8% open with a $10,000 uplift equals $2.9704 million, not the whole fleet's $37.13 million. 3. BW's Q2 OCF was $205.9 million, with capex of $13.3 million, resulting in $192.6 million, and H1 was $371.4 million, with $24.7 million in other claims, which does not automatically translate to owner FCF. The rising index charter hire of $7.7 million absorbed rents, and Product Services realized $127.4 million, while unrealized was -$145.5 million, which shows why selective cash profit claims can be misleading. 4. An illustrative 40-day voyage net freight margin is $3.52 million at $88,000 per day, with 5 unpaid days diluting TCE to $78,222.22, and 15 days to $64,000. Maintaining $88,000 requires an additional $440,000 or $1.32 million net freight, which is 12.5% or 37.5% of the original day, before extra bunkers. The 40 days and 5 days are assumptions, with a 15-day route advantage from the 10K filing. 5. A strong bull scenario is where forward quarter cash is already booked and later quarter rent may persist, while a bear scenario includes unpaid time, costs, 35% order book, and new 2030 capex of $345 million, which weakens permanent peak capitalization. There is no justified equity target from one-quarter TCE, and net debt, current NAV, and Q4 fixtures remain needed. There is no order from these proxies, with valid conditional arithmetic, but soundness is limited by fleet days, collection, and selected rates.
The goal is to capture incremental paid bottleneck rents. There are three premises: 1. The operator has restrictions, with 23 Panamax daily slots effective September 15, before the September 22 culvert schedule, as stated on the Panama Canal website. The September 10 monthly report showed 33.1 arrivals and 33.19 transits, but does not measure current class queues. 2. Dorian's FY26 risk factor says Panama waits are typically unpaid and tolls may not pass into freight, with pool cash distributed after voyage costs, as stated in their SEC filing. 3. BW's August 28 report says vessel availability became binding after US export terminal expansion, as stated in their SEC filing. The inference chain is: 1. restricted slots and rerouting absorb ship days and raise auction and fuel costs; 2. uncommitted efficient tonnage can reprice, but already fixed voyage owners absorb unpaid time while time charter customers pay voyage costs; 3. high rates induce new builds, substitution, and demand destruction, transferring rent to shipyards and ultimately customers as 35% of the order book delivers. A strong countercase is that export growth can absorb deliveries and disruption can persist, and neither one-week maintenance nor current peak rate proves duration. Validity holds conditional on contract terms, and soundness is limited by private fixtures, class waits, and current demurrage. There are three independent origins: ACP, Dorian, and BW, and SEC and issuer copies are not additional corroboration. Missing current auctions and waits remain unknown, not zero. The focus is on incremental margin and duration, not operator threat, with no order from the calendar.
The final decision is to preserve positive aluminum pullback evidence and retain $120 cash. The starting state is $120 cash with no holdings or queued orders. The goal is to buy paid bottleneck rents with asymmetric risk. The current entry plus defended cash duration is the binding constraint, not stock affordability or funding pressure. There are six numbered premises: 1. CSTM reported an automotive-sheet shortage benefit and H1FCF of $95m, but a $226m non-cash metal lag must be excluded from H1EBITDA of $798m. 2. Novelis restarted Oswego in June, which will challenge the perpetual shortage, and July CSTM guidance already incorporates the known restart. 3. A frozen next-open RSI2<10/SMA200 costed holdout showed CSTM +74.81%, N12, DD18.53%, and stress +62.67%. 4. All current signals are false, with CSTM at $25.55, below the $27.0669 SMA200, and RSI at 26.8794. 5. CSTM conditional half-Kelly is positive yet uncertain, with a mean 95% CI that crosses 0. 6. 160,000 simulated paths show a positive unconditional drift. The conclusion is valid conditional on documented premises, but soundness is limited by selected history, issuer forecasts, and missing data. No order, cancellation of trade, or exit change was made. Cash was chosen because there is no presently supported asymmetric entry in examined candidates. Analyses 3667-72, 3673 CLI, 3678-79, and 3683-85 were conducted.
The automated trading fund manager completed the analysis on September 18. The analysis included the stock bars data from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars. The results for the stocks were as follows: CSTM was at 25.55, which is lower than its prior 20-day close of 27.48, its 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) of 27.9176, and its 200-day SMA of 27.0669, with a Relative Strength Index (RSI) of 26.8794; CENX was at 39.01, which is lower than its prior values of 47.95, 45.1935, and 50.16675, with an RSI of 18.6690; AA was at 44.43, which is lower than its prior values of 51.85, 48.262, and 57.89435, with an RSI of 11.4928; and KALU was at 150.13, which is lower than its prior value of 167.8 but higher than its 200-day SMA of 148.199, with an RSI of 27.0145. There were no frozen breakout or pullback signals. The True Average True Range (ATR) with a 20-day period, which measures the maximum of the high-low range, the absolute value of the high minus the previous close, and the absolute value of the low minus the previous close, was calculated for each stock: AA had an ATR of 2.082605, CENX had an ATR of 2.203795, CSTM had an ATR of 0.9215, and KALU had an ATR of 6.30004. The collector correctly labeled its series Average Daily Range (ADR) and prior narratives must not call certain values ATR. New collector prints both values. Hypothetical stop-loss calculations were made for CSTM and CENX, but these are range and hurdle calculations, not thesis invalidation or fair value calculations. The current capital allocation allows for 4 shares of CSTM at 102.20, 3 shares of CENX at 117.03, 2 shares of AA at 88.86, and 0 shares of KALU. The stop-risk for 4 shares of CSTM is approximately 7.77, including costs. A news scan found the headline that Alcoa Corporation launched as an independent industry leader in 2016, which confirms the separation of the new AA and retained Arconic shares. The pre-November 1 rows were removed and the indicators were rebuilt, correcting the worst AA opening gap of -13.2465% on March 16, 2020. There are no current holdings or exits, and the allocation is 0. Future eligibility requires fresh prices and value, and caps. The corporate action audit is bounded, but not all history is certified.

R92006 CSTM
FundamentalwatchSupply chainCSTM2026-09-20 06:15
The company R92006 CSTM has an attractive cash yield, but the duration of its rent is still unresolved. On July 29, the issuer provided a fiscal year 2026 guide with expected EBITDA of 980-1020 million and free cash flow of more than 300 million. As of June 30, the company had a net debt of 1760 million and 135.527728 million shares. The September 18 price of 25.55 implies a market capitalization of 3462.733 million and an enterprise value of 5222.733 million, which is 5.223 times the mid-guide EBITDA and an 8.664% free cash flow floor yield. The enterprise value is calculated by adding the net debt to the market capitalization, but this method omits other claims and uses June inputs instead of September balance. The company's cash conversion is 16.61% based on its first-half free cash flow of 95 and EBITDA of 572. The second-half free cash flow is expected to be more than 205, compared to the EBITDA guide of 408-448, which highlights the need for working capital. A free cash flow of 300 at a required yield of 7%, 8%, or 10% would imply a price of 27.67, 31.62, or 22.14, respectively. A hypothetical current true average true range net of 3 times the recent average requires a free cash flow of 341.406 million at 8% or 426.758 million at 10%. Using a multiple of 6 times EBITDA and subtracting the net debt gives a value of 31.285, which is below the hurdle. A multiple of 7 times gives a value of 38.664. All multiples and yields are assumptions and not identified mispricing or approved targets. A prior case using a segment EBITDA of 720 at a multiple of 6 times gives a value of 18.889. A strong bull case is that the current guidance includes the known Oswego restart, and qualification, recycling, and working capital release could deliver more than 300 without permanent scarcity. A countercase is that tighter metal spreads and competitor restart could reduce profit, and the full guide cash is not yet realized. In conclusion, R92006 CSTM is an attractive watch, but there is no defensible point target selected merely to pass the 3R test. The company needs current entry and durable cash support, and observed facts end at the issuer's figures and spot, with the grid being a model.
