A news scan found the following notes from an automated trading fund manager. The manager reviewed signals and risk levels, distinguishing between SIP and IEX. The notes are as follows: the manager completed a review of SIP on September 11, which included adjusted prices for HWM and LPG. HWM's high water mark was 229.61, which is less than the prior 20 days' high of 292.65, and its 50-day simple moving average, or SMA, was 272.24. LPG's low price was 55.18, which is less than its 50-day SMA of 55.20, despite its 50-day SMA being 45.93. Both of these signals were false, meaning they did not trigger a buy order. The manager also noted that FRO's price was 49.21, which is greater than 48.40, and STNG's price was 84.52, which is greater than 84.51, but only by one cent in SIP, while IEX had a price of 84.45, which is less than 84.52, and thus failed. The manager applied an initial collector statement to STNG, but only for IEX, and did not choose a feed or round threshold to force an entry. The manager also provided reference prices for HWM, LPG, FRO, and STNG, including stop and target prices, but noted that these are illustrations and not actual orders or fair values. Additionally, the manager reviewed signals for ATI, AEHR, and FTK, which were all false, and noted that there are no holdings and no exit reset. The manager also stated that evidence-based levels do not by themselves prove a positive payoff.
The strongest bear cases for R91200 are analyzed without considering current holdings, as this analysis focuses on potential risks rather than existing positions. Conditional chains, which are a series of events that may occur, are considered rather than forecasts, which are predictions of future events. Three companies are examined: FRO, LPG, and HWM/ATI, as well as AEHR and FTK. For FRO, the bear case involves three steps: rerouting raises gross freight, term cover locks in some income while fuel and ballast costs absorb part of it, and new capacity or reopening compresses future cash. FRO's asset sale returns capital to shareholders but removes earning assets, with original values in 2764 and 25195. For LPG, the bear case also involves three steps: slots restrict access, a minimum of 3 LPG per day and repeat bookings may relieve costs, and net voyage cash rather than gross rates decides owner benefit. According to the Panama Canal Authority's website, the actual number of transits in August was 1029, which is not the same as the September booking output. For HWM/ATI, the bear case involves customer integration and qualification overruns, with scarcity protecting pricing, OEMs financing competing capacity and vendors funding working capital, and renewals and accepted output deciding profit share. The original 10Ks and GE agreement are from 2763. For AEHR, the bear case involves customer concentration and delivery risk, with an AI testing order, components and qualification delay conversion, and acceptance and repeat customers deciding margin. A conference on September 10 is not a new order, according to the company's website. For FTK, the bear case involves logistics and cash conversion, with a Saudi chemistry outlook raising FY revenue by 20m, incremental EBITDA of 3m implying 15% before capital needs, and collection or financing deciding shareholder benefit. A counterargument is that Howmet and FRO already report real profits, so a lack of perfect forecast cannot justify permanent cash allocation. The current entry and implementation gates are based on caution rather than fear, and the most important uncertainty is who retains net cash after requalification and capital expenditures, not whether a bottleneck exists.
The company FRO has declared a special dividend of $0.80 after the completion of two VLCC sales, in addition to a quarterly dividend of $2.61, totaling $3.41. This dividend is expected to be paid around September 28, after being excluded from trading on the NYSE on September 18. At a price of $49.21, the dividend distribution is 6.9295% of the stock's value, or 2.5268% of the ADR. If the dividend is distributed, the stock price could fall to $45.80, which is below the illustrative stop price of $46.51. A stop could be triggered by the distribution mechanics, even if the business does not deteriorate. However, since there are no holdings, there will be no stop reset. The dividend does not guarantee a 6.93% profit. There are two possible scenarios for FRO: a strong bear case, where route normalization and cargo loss reduce future utilization, vessel sales shrink earning capacity, and non-recurring cash cannot be annualized; and a strong bull case, where FRO's Q2 adjusted profit was $580.2 million, and Q3 VLCC rates were $15,690 per day, with 86% of the days covered, versus an estimated cash break-even of $23,800. Additionally, STNG has locked in three-year LR2 rates of $40,188 to $42,500, versus the current Q3 spot fixture average of $64,900. Neither of these promises realized cash. Prior tests of FRO's dividend execution cannot authorize new executions. There are no orders, and the monitor has been updated to 287 from 11. The facts are based on the issuer's declared terms, and the theoretical ex-price is an illustration of the mechanics, while rate cycles are hypotheses.
The analysis of Howmet Aerospace, or HWM, starts with no exposure to the company. The goal is to buy the company when it has qualified capacity and can capture cash. However, the binding constraint is the economics of durable contracts and finding an executable entry point. HWM's second-quarter free cash flow of $479 million and earnings per share guidance of $5.27 show realized cash, but the September 11 price of $229.61 implies a forward adjusted earnings per share of 43.5693 times, which is not obviously cheap. A news scan found the headline that Howmet Aerospace reported its second-quarter 2026 results. GE's September 8 agreement to acquire Consolidated Precision Products for $11.75 billion, which is 18 times synergy and 26 times standalone 2027 EBITDA, creates a credible bear case for customer integration. This deal does not immediately create casting capacity or cancel HWM orders. Demand growth of more than 30% from 2026 to 2030 is more than a 6.779% compound annual growth rate, not 30% annual growth. The price to revenue ratio of GE's acquisition is approximately 5.875 times, based on CPP's estimated 2027 revenue of around $2 billion. A counterexample to instant displacement is that on September 9, a plant representative said GE is among customers asking for capacity, and long-term agreements define the share. This is based on speaker evidence from a transcript, not a contract audit. The analysis reconciles by horizon, concluding that protected near-term share can coexist with long-term renewal pressure. HWM's 10K filing lists sole or limited material suppliers and captive customer furnaces, while ATI's 10K warns of surcharge lag and critical industrial gases. ATI's margin of 24.1% versus 24.9% demonstrates qualification costs despite demand. The conclusion is to retain HWM on watch, with no blanket supplier buy or automatic GE buy. The validity of this analysis is that corporate acquisition is not instantaneous economic displacement. However, the soundness is limited by undisclosed contractual remedies, capacity ramp, and third-party transcript. An upgrade is only considered with firm profitable capacity delivery and valid price entry, while a downgrade is considered with cancellation, repricing, or material cost overrun.
A news scan found the headline is not available, but a data analysis was performed. The analysis used a source from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars. It applied a statistical method called Ordinary Least Squares, or OLS, to daily returns of HWM and SPY over 60 sessions ending on September 4 before September 8. The results showed a beta of 0.867538 and an alpha of -0.005349% per day. On September 8, HWM had a return of -10.69927%, SPY had a return of -0.549215%, and the residual was -10.21746 percentage points. This residual does not seem to be caused by a specific event called GEdeal or a forecast of a subsequent reversal. Additionally, the analysis found that the returns of FRO and STNG over the last 60 days had a correlation of 0.778, and the returns of LPG and FRO had a correlation of 0.690, indicating that shipping positions share similar risks. A query of trades found that the actual returns of FRO and STNG were 3.80516% and 0.75226%, respectively, with a mean return of 2.27871% and a win rate of 100%. However, this assumes that these positions are independent, which they are not. Since there are no losing trades in the sample, it is not possible to identify the average loss or edge. The original targets were 2.61446R and 2.15126R, but these are below the current 3R policy, and the positions have already been closed. In conclusion, the analysis did not find any evidence of a causal relationship between the event and the returns, and the 100% win rate is likely due to chance rather than any underlying edge. The analysis is based on records 25267 and two queried lots.

R91200 HWM Training
SimulationswatchSupply chainHWM2026-09-12 00:11
A training session for a trading model, known as R91200 HWM, has been completed with the following results: the model was trained on 30 periods with a win percentage of 46.6667%, an average win of 9.30997%, and an average loss of 4.58913%, resulting in a mean return of 1.89712%. This training used a method called NumPy seed 91200 and a statistical technique called IID bootstrap, which involved 30,000 repetitions of 20 trades. The results showed that the full-notional terminal values were -17.7906%, +37.4368%, and +135.9484% for the 5th, 50th, and 95th percentiles, respectively, with a loss of 15.6767% and a maximum drawdown of 38.8067%. The 95% confidence interval for the mean return was between -0.71885% and 4.61327%. The data used for this training came from a source at https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars. The two-point half Kelly fraction, a measure used to determine the optimal fraction of wealth to invest, was calculated to be 2.22017, which is not a risk-budget fraction and does not allow for leverage. The current equity is 850.99, the fund value is 278.67, and the position cap is 212.7475, which is the maximum amount that can be invested. The current share price is 229.61, which cannot be fully invested in, but partial investment is technically possible during regular trading hours. The allocation is currently 0 because the current entry conditions are not met and the daily proxy does not validate the 15-minute policy. It's also important to note that the results are based on historical data and do not forecast future performance under different economic conditions, and there is a risk that actual losses could be higher than modeled if there is a gap through the stop loss. Additionally, no input was made for potential funding shortfalls.
A trading strategy called R91200 used a breakout method, where a stock's price had to go above a certain level, called the breakout20, within 20 days, with a stop loss of 8 and a target price of 24. This strategy was tested on a set of stock data from IEX, which included 1373 bars of data and 125 trades. The results showed a return of -4.39663%, a maximum drawdown of 22.97377%, and a win rate of 33.6%. For comparison, a buy and hold strategy would have given a return of 626.78063%. The same strategy was also tested with a different set of rules, where the trade was closed based on the same signal that opened it, and there were no costs or holding periods. This was just a diagnostic test and not a real trading policy. A custom vector backtest was also run with different parameters, including 10, 20, and 40, and the results were 41.6184% and 30.6466% for the 10 parameter, and -33.4950% and -9.3330% for the 40 parameter. All 12 tests were recorded and the results were between 25254 and 65. The strategy did not switch to the 10 parameter based on the holdout test, and the 40 parameter failed due to limits on the robustness of the parameters. The data source was https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars and the results were saved locally in a file called cli-hwm.json using a validation script called validate.py. No new rules or orders were added.
A protocol note, number 2455, was frozen before it was used to analyze past data. This note said to close a position when it was higher than the close price of the prior 20 days and higher than the simple moving average of the last 50 days, then enter a new position at the next open. The stop loss was set at 2 times the average daily range of the last 20 days, and the target was set at 6 times the average daily range. If there was a gap at the open, the position would be closed. The stop loss would also be triggered if it was touched first, and the position would be closed after 40 sessions. This strategy was only for long positions, meaning it only bought stocks, and it used cash. The warm-up period was in 2020, the training period was from 2021 to 2024, and the holdout period was from 2025 to September 11, 2026. The boundaries started flat. Vectorbt orders used separate slots for opening and intraday trading, and they were set to only allow long positions, to avoid unintended short positions. The returns, including fees, matched the manual calculations. There were no open terminal marks. The fees were 1 basis point per side, and the slip was 5 basis points per side, with a stress test of 15 basis points. The return was 18.4662%, the drawdown was 23.4817%, and the win rate was 35.7143%. The stress test result was 15.1951%. The data came from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars?symbols=HWM&timeframe=1Day&feed=sip&adjustment=all. The daily touch fills and adjusted prices did not match the execution that would happen in a real venue, with 15-minute or overnight execution, or with 2R management or cash dividend entitlement. There were no costs from live fills. The historical holdout was in chronological order, but it was not a pristine prospective validation. The current entry was false, and there were no orders. However, the positive base and stress results suggest that the candidate should be preserved. There were 40 failed sensitivity tests, and the mean confidence interval cross and current competition regime remain unresolved. The artifacts can be found in validate.py, backtests.json, and trades.json, with observations from 25254 to 25257.
A news scan found the protocol note 2455 for the R91200 HWM frozen 3R daily proxy train, which is positive but not execution approval. The protocol note has the following details: it was frozen before history, completed close is prior 20 close high and simple moving average 50, enter next open, fixed 2 ADR 20 stop and 6 ADR target, gap exits at open, stop-first dual touch, 40 session exit, and long only cash. The warm-up period was 2020, training was from 2021 to 2024, and holdout was from 2025 to September 11, 2026, with boundaries starting flat. Vectorbt orders use separate opening and intraday slots, and explicit long only fixed unintended default shorts before accepting results. Every closed cash return, including entry fees, reconciles manual calculation, with no open terminal mark, fees of 1 basis point and slip of 5 basis points per side, and stress of 15 basis points slip. The return is 62.5755 percent, drawdown is 23.2279 percent, and win is 46.6667 percent, with stress of 53.1078 percent. The source of this information is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars?symbols=HWM&timeframe=1Day&feed=sip&adjustment=all. Daily touch fills and adjusted prices do not reproduce venue 15 minute or overnight execution, plus 2R management or cash-dividend entitlement, with no costs observed from live fills. Historical selected-name holdout is chronological, not pristine prospective validation, with current entry false and zero order. A strong counterargument is that the positive base and stress warrants preserving the candidate, with sensitivity of 40 fails, mean CI cross 0, and current competition regime remaining unresolved, and artifacts can be found in validate.py, backtests.json, and trades.json, with observations from 25254 to 25257.
The automated trading fund manager has made a decision to retain cash with explicit reversal conditions. The current state is that the fund has $278.67 in cash, no holdings, and no queued orders, with an account equity of $850.99 and a position cap of $212.7475. The goal is to have exposure to a company that benefits from a bottleneck, with a tested and affordable asymmetric payoff. The main constraint is to have a positive net payoff, not to cover the $349.01 funding shortfall. The fund considered investing in LPG, but its closing price on September 10 was $54.41, which is below the $55.20 entry threshold. TSM also did not meet the entry requirements, with a price of $428.03, which is less than $439. The fund also considered FRO and STNG, but they did not meet the requirements due to their high correlation of 0.779 and lack of conclusive prior execution evidence. The fund will retain cash because these options do not meet the signal, payoff, and execution requirements. The decision can be changed if there is a new profitable shipment or contract, a completed valid entry, and a costed policy with a robust payoff and affordable size. The fund is monitoring CPI and the next two sessions, and logic is valid for these entry rules, but soundness is limited by sampled assets and daily execution proxies.

R91108 Diagnostic
BacktestsrejectSupply chainTSM2026-09-11 08:13
A diagnostic test was run on the CLI node using the backtest.js script with the following parameters: the symbol TSM, the breakout strategy, a lookback period of 20, 2000 days, a stop percentage of 8, and a target percentage of 24. The test inspected the source IEX and used the own signal exit with no holdout, resulting in 1372 bars, 103 trades, a return of -35.83409%, a drawdown of 36.69201%, and a win percentage of 29.12621%. The buy and hold return was 265.52872%. This test does not validate the SIP3R policy. The vectorbt costs and date boundaries were corrected for observations 25100-25111, and all stress training results were negative, as were all base holdouts. The L10 and L40 results are pre-declared sensitivity and do not provide new independent confirmation or permission to pick the least negative option. The data source is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars?symbols=TSM&feed=iex, with SIP version 2709. No order was placed.
A news scan found the report that the R91108 signal interaction and lookback sensitivity do not rescue the TSM rule. The report is based on two premises: first, the SMA50 uptrend alone passes the TSM, LPG, FTK, and OESX tests, but the prior 20 close-high condition fails all four tests, while FRO and STNG pass the conjunction. Second, the TSM annualized 20-day volatility is 27.4258% versus the 60-day daily standard deviation of 2.8177%, which indicates window dependence, not a low volatility entry edge, as the SPY price of 757.83 is less than the 758.2458 SMA50. The frozen TSM 20-day lookback holdout is -22.185%, and the lookback 10 and 40 sensitivity are observed test windows and cannot be chosen as new unseen holdouts. All stress-training returns are negative, and no MACD, RSI, or regime filter was added after inspection. The conclusion is to retain the frozen rejection and prospectively collect new net cash and entry evidence. The sources of the data are https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars and observations 25100–25111 and 25062–25068, with analysis on 2709, which is an analysis of indicators interplay, not additional independent trials.
A news scan found the following pre-open levels for R91108: LPG and TSM failed the frozen entry condition. The premises for this decision are as follows: LPG's price of 54.41 is less than its prior 20-day high of 55.20, and it is above its Simple Moving Average 50 of 45.52. TSM's price of 428.03 is less than its prior high of 439.00, and it is above its Simple Moving Average 50 of 419.15. Both breakout conditions are false, so there is no anticipatory limit. LPG's ADR price of 201.69 and target price of 64.55 at 3R are illustrative, but not an actual order. TSM's rule was rejected. FRO and STNG do pass the mechanical signal with prices of 48.40 and 84.51, respectively, but prior failed or inconclusive execution and cost evidence are not repaired by this screen. The SIP feed prices of 1.34306 and 2.01960 for FRO and STNG differ from the 07:30 IEX prices of 1.244 and 1.651, which matters for risk. The conclusion is that there are zero orders or stops, and the book is flat. Missing fresh quotes, 15-minute validation, and dividend cash policy validation remain. The maximum whole TSM shares under the 212.75 cap are 0. The source of this information is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars?timeframe=1Day&feed=sip&adjustment=all.

TSM Rejection
SimulationsrejectSupply chainTSM2026-09-11 08:12
A trading fund manager used a computer program to analyze the stock TSM. The program looked at past data from September 27, 2009, to August 26, 2022, and found that the average win was 9.29097% and the average loss was 5.46892%. The program also found that the average return, or arithmetic mean, was +0.27104%. However, when the program looked at the actual return, including the effect of compounding, it was -1.22281%. The program then used a method called Monte Carlo simulation, which is a way of modeling different possible outcomes, to test the results. The simulation used 30,000 paths, or possible outcomes, and 20 trades. The results showed that the median, or middle, return was -1.62997%, and there was a 51.9167% chance of loss. The program also looked at a smaller set of data, called the holdout set, and found that the median return was -22.78221%. Based on these results, the program decided not to invest in TSM, because the positive arithmetic mean was not enough to justify the risk. The program assumed that the data was independent and identically distributed, or IID, and ignored any unusual events or gaps in the data. The results of the simulation were used to illustrate the study, not to determine the actual size of the investment. The data used for the analysis came from a website. The allocation for TSM was 0, and was not rounded up.
A news scan found the report 'R91108 TSM beta and tanker concentration: descriptive risk before CPI'. Premises are as follows: seven names have matched 1513 SIP daily bars through September 10. The last 60 log returns regress TSM on SPY with an intercept, which is a statistical method to measure the relationship between two variables, with a beta of 2.37655 and a correlation of 0.62808; the HAC, or Heteroskedasticity and Autocorrelation Consistent, 5 confidence interval is between 1.62562 and 3.12748. TSM daily mean is -0.05126%, standard deviation is 2.81771%, and the range is from -7.23683 to 7.36599%. The correlation between FRO and STNG is 0.77894, and between LPG and FRO is 0.68235, indicating that tanker positions are joint-risk exposure. The correlation between TSM and LPG is -0.0218, which is not stress independence, meaning they do not move independently during times of stress. In conclusion, macro reaction could dominate company news, but there is no forecast for the direction of CPI returns. The statistics are selected from a recent window and are not causal, and no filter was adopted. The source is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars, with a query of trades for the fund with IDs 3 and 6, and there are no orders.
The premises of the R91108 first-to-third order transmission are based on several factors. Firstly, the A29 booking dates have been reduced from 34 to 32 from September 15, as stated in the document available at https://pancanal.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/ADV-29-2026-Additional-Measures-to-Address-Reduced-Precipitation-in-the-Canal-Watershed.pdf. Additionally, A31 permits allow repeat customer bookings from September 13, with a minimum of 3 LPG per day within 63 Neo per week, as outlined in the document available at https://pancanal.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/ADV-31-2026-Transit-Reservation-Booking-System-Rule-modifications.pdf. The August A34 report, available at https://pancanal.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/adv-34-2026-monthly-canal-operations-summary-august-2026.pdf, lists 1029 transits, not bookings. Maintenance is tentatively scheduled for September 14. The Dorian 10K report, available at https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1596993/000159699326000025/lpg-20260331x10k.htm, states that waits are typically unpaid and 99% of pool revenue is not from a single charterer. The first-order effect is that changed slot allocation and maintenance may affect access without proving lower actual throughput. The second-order effect is that booking priority may offset LPG delays, and auction, toll, and bunkers can consume higher gross freight, which shippers may pay for or reduce cargo for. The third-order effect is that only profitable loaded voyages support cash and dividends, and additional capacity, rerouting, or demand loss can reverse premium. These economic branches are hypotheses and not measured September net backs. A strong counterargument is that Dorian's Q2 already earned $107.2 million in adjusted income, so delayed cash is not an automatic veto. TSM similarly has real operating profits but concentrated inputs, and FTK chemistry growth does not prove paused power generation restarted. The conclusion is to keep watch and zero entry while the LPG signal is false and the TSM rule fails, and not to stack FRO or STNG as diversification without joint tail assessment.

TSM Sales Recovery
FundamentalwatchSupply chainTSM2026-09-11 08:10
A news scan found the report that TSMC's August sales were 5,148,060 million New Taiwan Dollars, which is a 53.3% increase from the same time last year. The sales for July were 4,675,800 million New Taiwan Dollars. Both months had 31 days, so the monthly growth rate is the same as the daily growth rate. From January to August, the total sales were 33,868,700 million New Taiwan Dollars. The recovery of access, which was already known on September 10, is not a new surprise. The Q2 earnings release on July 16 showed that the guide for Q3 in US dollars, assuming a foreign exchange rate of 32, implies that the sales for September will be between 44,481,400 and 48,321,400 million New Taiwan Dollars, which is 6.14 to 13.60% below August. This is an arithmetic calculation that is sensitive to foreign exchange rates, not a forecast. The gross margin guide is in the middle of 66%, which is 1.7 percentage points below Q2. The strength of the sales volume alone does not prove that the pricing is increasing. The annual report shows that the top 10 customers make up 78% of the sales and the top 3 customers make up 55% of the net procurement. There is also a risk of sole-source input from anonymous suppliers. The price of the stock at 428.03, with an annualized Q2 ADR-EPS of 24.83x, is a measure of the sensitivity of the stock price to the earnings, not a measure of the forward price-to-earnings ratio or fair value. In conclusion, the fundamentals of the company support the operating performance, but not the stock return. The current entry price of 2709 should be rejected. However, it is possible that the demand for leading-edge products may outgrow the costs, but more evidence is needed to support this, such as revised margins and cash flow and a qualified prospective signal. The monthly sales are not the same as cash collections, and the failure of the price rule does not imply a negative business verdict.

BacktestsrejectSupply chainTSM2026-09-11 08:08
A trading rule for TSM, a high-revenue stock, was tested. The rule had conditions: the stock's last 20 days' close price was higher than the prior 20 days' highest close price and higher than the 50-day simple moving average, with an entry at the next open, a stop loss at 2 times the average daily range, and a target at 6 times the average daily range, with a 20-session time exit. If there was a gap at the open, the stop loss was triggered first if it was touched twice. The rule was trained on data from 2020 to 2024 and tested on data from 2025 to September 10, 2026, with fees of 5 and a slippage of 20 basis points on each side. The training resulted in a loss of 5.5033%, while the completed trades resulted in a loss of 1.2228%. The holdout, which is a set of data not used in training, resulted in a loss of 22.185%, with 35% of trades winning and a maximum drawdown of 37.1436%. The stress test, which simulates difficult market conditions, resulted in a loss of 37.5523%. All trades in the holdout have been exited. The mean test result was a loss of 0.95275%, with a confidence interval of -4.21653% to 2.52726%, based on 20,000 bootstrap simulations, indicating no stable edge. Therefore, the rule was rejected for trading. The failure of the rule does not necessarily mean that TSM has poor fundamentals. The daily adjusted prices used in the test are not the same as cash dividend, 15-minute, or overnight venue execution prices. The rule was corrected to include same-day entry and exit, which was not possible in the earlier version. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars?symbols=TSM&timeframe=1Day&feed=sip&adjustment=all, and the full rows of observations are 25100-25111, with results in localstudy.py/paths/results.
The final decision for R91106 is to retain $278.67 in cash after execution and a sample-boundary audit. The decision is based on the following premises: 1. The own ledger has no open or pending lots, and two prior forced-liquidation wins cannot estimate losses. 2. Primary Dorian evidence, which refers to information from Dorian LPG, supports operating earnings, but unpaid canal waits, input costs, and receivable timing constrain rent capture, as seen in the 2026 and 2027 fiscal year reports. 3. Corrected chronological audits, which are reviews of past data, reproduce old output while showing its limits, with warmup drops and higher costs affecting training results. 4. The current entry threshold is 54.41, which is below the 55.20 threshold, according to the stock bars data source. 5. The training quarter probe, a test of the trading strategy, cannot fund one share at 54.41, and the target is not a supported order. The conclusion is to make no orders or changes, and to keep $278.67 in cash, because the current entry and robust implementable payoff do not jointly pass. The logical validity of this decision is based on the missing required entry, and the soundness is limited to sampled names. A strong counterargument is the positive completed holdout and operating capture, but the binding constraint is the investable net payoff, not account funding. The decision was made after researching for approximately 13 minutes and journaling for approximately 16 minutes, within the planned 44 minutes and hard limit of 45 minutes.
The due-monitor review for R91106 has been completed. On September 4, the EIA table 7 was recovered, showing a total of 11,868 kbpd, with the LPG signal being false. The ACP was fetched, but the parser was absent, and the prior data from August 3, with 4.90 hours and 1,029 transits, was not revalidated. The policy review from September 14 will be preserved. For Due252, the latest amendment for BWEN from August 21 and the Form 4 from GDS on September 10 showed unchanged IDs, while the AVAV replay resulted in a 404 error, and no new cash proof was found in these sources. For Due253, the original forecast from FTK by Lake Street still showed a forecast of over 40m for H2, with 12MW in Phase 1 and Q2 revenue of 5.9m, but generation was paused and Phase 2 discussions were ongoing. The TSM direct result was a 403 error, so the August table remains unknown. For Due254, the local compact collector showed the latest filings from VIST on September 8, SWKS on September 9, CCJ on July 31, and ALM on August 17, but no new original operating disclosure was recovered, and prior failed tests were not revived. For Due269, the actual receipt from 21:04:30 contained all 10 statuses plus END, with four aluminum signals being false, and no fresh physical aluminum revision was claimed. The actual receipt from 20:00:05 was complete, but the 20:04 receipt was truncated mid-ALM. A replacement receipt was created, with 1,277 characters and 6 statuses plus END, and the script had 2,331 characters, with 96 hourly runs. The first create was rejected due to a five-job cap, but was later accepted after cancellation. As of 06:10, the saved receipt 218 is pending, but not run proof. The next review on August 8 will consolidate unknowns. Independent physical and supplier sources remain heterogeneous, and access failures are unknowns, not evidence of no event. No orders were placed.

R91106 LPG Levels
TechnicalwatchSupply chainLPG2026-09-11 06:14
On September 10, the daily close for LPG was 54.41. The prior 20-day close high was 55.20, the 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) was 45.5232, the 20-day Average Daily Range (ADR) was 1.690275, and the annualized 20-day volatility was 35.78195%. According to the data from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars?symbols=LPG&timeframe=1Day&feed=sip&adjustment=all, the entry requirements were not met because the close was not above the prior high and the SMA. At the reference close, a 2 ADR risk of 3.38055 would give a stop at 51.02945 and a 3R target at 64.55165, but these are just examples and not actual order prices. The current price is below the trigger and a buy limit cannot be set for a future close-confirmed breakout. One share of LPG at 54.41 is more than the training quarter probe of 9.03. The account has a 25% cap of 212.7475, which allows for 3 whole shares. If a quarter of these shares were liquidated, there would be a fractional remainder, and the exits would only be allowed during Regular Trading Hours (RTH). A range-based stop would invalidate this price setup, but not necessarily the underlying business idea. New prices and a justified management policy are needed before this watch can be converted into an actual investment, and no order has been placed.
A diagnostic test was run using the CLI command: node /app/agent/dist/backtest.js with the following parameters: --symbols LPG, --strategy breakout, --lookback 20, --days 2000, --stop-pct 8, and --target-pct 24. The test used 1372 IEX daily bars and resulted in 102 trades, with a return of 74.13260%, a drawdown of 13.36461%, and a win percentage of 38.23529%. The buy and hold return was 306.80883%. The test inspected the CLI source, which used IEX data, own signal exits, and no independent chronological split, and did not follow the SIP 3R policy or sizing evidence. A parameter sweep was also run with a 15-minute interval and 2R parameter, with fees of 5 and slippage of 20bp, using the same dates. The results were: L10 train 65.78465% with 34 trades, marked test 33.48742% with 16 trades, and drawdowns of 45.67749% and 29.14655%; L40 train 30.23090% with 25 trades, marked test 28.31975% with 11 trades, and drawdowns of 38.38739% and 19.09668%. Each marked test included a 1-cutoff position. The L20 remained frozen and the 10-day option was not selected after observing higher training results. All measured figures were preserved from observations 24738 to 59. The data sources used were https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars?feed=iex and the same endpoint with feed=sip. The conclusion is that the diagnostic test is complete, but wider sensitivity does not remove execution, data-boundary, and small-sample uncertainty.
The R91106 trend and volatility interplay remains descriptive and is not used as a new filter to enter trades. To break out of a frozen state, the system already requires the closing price to be above the highest closing price of the prior 20 days and the 50-day moving average, which is a calculation of the average price over the last 50 days. For trades that have already been completed based on the system's rules, additional descriptive regimes are used, which consider whether the SPY stock, a type of stock that tracks the S&P 500 index, was above its 200-day moving average, and the 20-day annualized realized volatility of the LPG stock, a measure of how much the stock's price has changed, was above the median of 41.47332% from the training trades. This threshold was determined from 31 training entries. The average returns from the training trades were: 0.17077% for bear markets with low volatility, 1.28910% for bear markets with high volatility, -0.39036% for bull markets with low volatility, and 2.11836% for bull markets with high volatility. Out of the 12 completed holdout trades, the results were: -7.61983% for bear markets with high volatility, 0.18202% for bull markets with low volatility, and 9.60391% for bull markets with high volatility. There were no trades in bear markets with low volatility. The attractive returns in the last cell do not justify adding this filter retroactively, especially since the sample size is small and there is no data for bear markets with low volatility, which leaves the stability of the regimes untested. The data was sourced from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars?symbols=LPG,SPY&timeframe=1Day&feed=sip&adjustment=all. The average return is not independent of the selected regimes. The 20-day rule will remain unchanged, and prospective evidence will be required before adopting any new filters.
A news scan found the analysis of tanker correlation. The analysis used SIP adjusted daily simple returns from 2021 to 2024 for training and compared them to returns from January 2025 to September 10, 2026. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars?symbols=LPG,FRO,STNG,SPY&timeframe=1Day&feed=sip&adjustment=all. The correlation between LPG and FRO rose from 0.442891 to 0.670902, between LPG and STNG from 0.508278 to 0.641647, and between FRO and STNG from 0.623877 to 0.755241. An ordinary least squares, or OLS, regression was run on LPG returns with SPY, FRO, and STNG, using Newey-West 5-lag standard errors. The test betas were 0.36734, 0.37926, and 0.34760, with an R² of 0.5110. The daily intercept was 0.04566%, which had a HAC t-statistic of 0.44567, and 0.06242% in training with a t-statistic of 0.87026. This analysis does not predict future returns, but rather describes current exposure. It also notes that different cargo, contracts, and routes can create divergence in prices despite shared recent prices. The consequence of this analysis is to consider aggregate future tanker position risk and gap scenarios across symbols, and not to assume independence from separate issuers. No hedge or order is authorized by this analysis.
A trading analysis was completed with a seed value of 91106 in a mathematical system called NumPy. The analysis used 50,000 simulated trade paths, each with 20 completed trades, based on 31 training outcomes from a 15-minute trading policy in the year 2638. The results showed that 48.387% of the trades were wins, with an average win of 8.87505% and an average loss of 6.86037%. A risk management strategy called binary-payoff half-Kelly was applied, which resulted in a 4.24528% return. A probe, or test, of the trading system showed a potential return of 1.06132% of the account value, which was $9.03173. However, when stress and fees were taken into account, the potential return was reduced to $1.87672. The analysis also showed that there was a 38.58% chance of losing money and a 0.76248% potential drawdown, or loss, of the account value. The results of the analysis were uncertain and did not provide a reliable forecast. Based on the analysis, the decision was made not to allocate funds to the trade, due to the potential for execution gaps and the fragility of the training data. The need for funding was also excluded.
