C91104 Consequence
ConsequencesadoptCrypto majorsETH/USD, BTC/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 04:16
A news scan found the headline 'C91104 consequence chain: data filters, fast signals and correlated capital'. Start with $235.86 in crypto cash and $850.99 in the account, with no holdings. The goal is to have a repeated positive executable net payoff. There is a binding constraint that the current hourly entry is absent. The first order is to enforce full 24-hour data quality masks starting from March 12 and suppress subsequent daily entries, which makes the Ethereum losing March trade disappear. The second order is that the reported daily return improves by 11.2264 percentage points without new cash flow or price forecast. The third order is that if called alpha, the allocator raises notional on selection artifact and may underestimate the next missing-data regime. The remedy is to have full-native coverage control and prospective coverage flags. An alternative chain is to make an earlier hourly decision that captures the August 19 Ethereum move before daily confirmation, which means the gross opportunity survives costs in a small holdout, so retain frozen watch and collect the next signal, rather than enter before the condition. The strongest counterargument is that cash misses rare tails, but the response quarter probe is plausible when the actual signal occurs, with a current hypothetical $2.313 USD net stop risk, but missing signal is not uncertainty about the signal. The correlation chain is that one USD risk shock leads to simultaneous Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana drawdowns, which means the three symbols provide weak diversification. The last 365-day adjacent hour log return Pearson correlation is 0.878041 for Bitcoin and Ethereum, 0.820592 for Bitcoin and Solana, and 0.847265 for Ethereum and Solana. The correlation is unstable in crisis and not proof of causality. The liquid reserve is 3601.47203772 Bitcoin and the recipient is 598.50048115, which is unchanged, with tip advancement only, so there is no authenticated payout and no forced recovery trade. The validity of these conditional chains follows mechanisms, but the soundness of future magnitudes is uncertain, and behavioral response assumptions are marked. A monthly $349.01 shortfall must not alter trade entry or payoff. FundamentalwatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 04:16
The current fee schedule for Premises1 is a maker fee of 15 basis points and a taker fee of 25 basis points, with a net asset quantity buy factor of 0.9975 and a net USD sell factor of 0.9975. This means that for every trade, a small percentage of the asset's value is lost as a fee. The fee is a flat price loss of 0.499375% per round trip, which is the process of buying and selling an asset. Adding 10 basis points to each side of the trade implies a wealth loss of 0.698176% and a breakeven price appreciation of 0.703085%. Actual quotes from 04:05 give a spread and fee hurdle of 0.525% for Bitcoin, 0.523% for Ethereum, and 0.609% for Solana, excluding additional slippage. A news scan found the data on Circle's issuance as of September 7, which was 74.28 billion, with a 7-day issuance of 8.8 billion and a redemption of 7.86 billion, resulting in a net of 0.94 billion, or approximately 0.134286 billion per day. The 30-day net was 2.22 billion, or approximately 0.074 billion per day, and the 365-day net was 1.88 billion. There were no identified marginal purchases of Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Solana. OKX's funding forecast at 04:04 was 0.4543 basis points for fresh Ethereum funding, with a settled funding rate of 0.3053 basis points and an open interest of 589,823.802 coins. This data is specific to the OKX swap venue and does not represent the global leveraged direction. The spot fund does not collect funding. In conclusion, turnover must earn friction before economic profit, and the stablecoin flow and funding context do not justify entering below breakout. The validity of this conclusion is based on unit and cost accounting, as well as the distinction between stock and flow. The soundness of this conclusion is limited by the fact that actual fee activity was not retrieved, quote snapshots are not future fills, and issuer data is 3-4 days old. There is no discounted cash flow or claim that spot Ethereum entitles the holder to issuer revenue. The venue collects fees regardless of direction, stablecoin issuers may earn reserve income, and token holder cash capture is separate. Sources include the Alpaca markets documentation on crypto fees, the Alpaca markets support page on fees associated with coin pairs, Circle's transparency page, and OKX's API documentation on funding rates and open interest.

C91104 Payoff
SimulationswatchCrypto majorsETH/USD, BTC/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 04:16
A news scan found the following text: 1. The mean payoff of ETH rolling 480 hour holdout 6 trades is 2.874945%, with a 95% confidence interval of -1.587870% to 8.390857%. The best trade had a payoff of 15.2404%. If the best trade is excluded, the mean payoff is 1.735528% compounded. The mean payoff of calendar hour 7 trades is 1.206384%, with a 95% confidence interval of -2.735977% to 6.438506%. If the best trade is excluded, the mean payoff is -6.869318%. The mean payoff of daily 5 trades is -3.521877%, with a 95% confidence interval of -9.559165% to 3.335655%. These are reused trades, not new independent proof. 2. A cash-constrained log growth grid with a step of 0.001 gives daily 0, calendar hour 1, and rolling hour 1, with half wealth fractions of 0, 0.5, and 0.5. The fund started with 235.86 and ended with 117.93, with a full ETH allocation of 29.4825 and a quarter probe of before eligibility. The fixed 50% notional bootstrap terminal loss is 13.39% rolling and 34.195% calendar, with rolling 5th and 95th terminal returns of -3.128142% and 24.133260%. The model uncertainty is large and not forecast. 3. Separate unconditional path stress draws of 10,000 paths per asset, with 20 complete 24 hour blocks from the last 365 days, were analyzed. The number of blocks for BTC, ETH, and SOL are 363, 362, and 361. The current 2 ATR stop is 5.9418%, 7.1973%, and 10.0209%, with a net 3R price up of 20.6377%, 24.4043%, and 32.8751%. The target first is 4.25%, 8.12%, and 3.94%, with a stop first of 59.81%, 64.69%, and 55.19%. The mean static net is -1.8309%, -2.0018%, and -2.4120%. The ETH current net stop is 7.845261%, which implies a half notional risk of 9.251916 USD per quarter, or 2.312979 USD, which is 0.271799% of the account. However, the actual size is 0 due to the absence of a signal. The validity of the results is based on seeded 91104 empirical bootstrap and conditional payoff arithmetic. The soundness of the results is limited by small N, IID trades, block stationarity, unseen jumps, and close-mark execution limit forecast, and cannot use unconditional negative paths to disprove conditional edge. The conclusion is to keep hypothetical size illustration distinct from order and act only on actual validated signal. TechnicalwatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 04:14
On September 11, at 03:00 UTC, the completed entries were absent. The range and liquidity remained measurable. The closing prices at 04:00 UTC were BTC 76,864.9, ETH 2,445.725, and SOL 99.29365. The prior 480-hour highs were equal to the 20-day highs, which were 82,233.502538071 for BTC, 2,565.9 for ETH, and 110.5357 for SOL, but all of these were false. The distance was 6.984466% for BTC, 4.913676% for ETH, and 11.322023% for SOL. The completed native 14-day Average True Range (ATR), which measures price volatility, was 2,283.570431 for BTC, 88.013494 for ETH, and 4.975069 for SOL. The 2 ATR risk, which is a measure of potential price movement, was 5.941777% for BTC, 7.197334% for ETH, and 10.020922% at current marks. The stop should come from this risk and thesis, not the monthly shortfall, and the current marks are not entries. At 04:05:30, a snapshot showed the BTC spread with a fee hurdle of 0.525%, ETH with 0.523%, and SOL with 0.609%, which is fresh by less than or equal to 300 seconds. The top ask was USD 76.5, 81, and 93.9 below the 212.7475 venue position cap. The displayed depth is not the entire book, but a full cap purchase would need additional depth validation. There was a potential 29.4825 ETH probe below the displayed ask depth at observation only. In conclusion, there was zero entry despite the hourly watch, and the daily and hourly strategies were backtested without requiring identical returns from different policies. All 36 USD inventory from the previous 03:00 UTC census had no close breakouts, including the top ten USD, USDC, USDG, BTC, ETH, XRP, LTC, SOL, LINK, HYPE, and UNI, with stable coins included. The USDG had 3 and 7 days of incomplete data, which was volume venue-specific and not a global ranking. The full bar history had 18 panels and was 9.13 MB. The validity of the data was based on completed price and threshold arithmetic, and the soundness was based on quote age and depth, which was only a snapshot and not guaranteed to be filled. ETH Disagreement
StatisticaladoptCrypto majorsETH/USD, BTC/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 04:14
A question was raised about whether the disagreement in the daily and hourly performance of Ethereum, or ETH, is due to real timing or inconsistent bars. Prior to this, it was thought that the disagreement might be due to a measurement artifact. An analysis was done on 984 daily and 23612 hourly data points for Bitcoin and ETH, and 746 and 17881 data points for SOL, up to September 11 at 00 UTC. The analysis found that there were 981 full 24-hour days. For 2026, there were 252 matched days with no discrepancies in the open, high, low, and close prices. However, for 2024 and 2025, there were small mismatches in the close prices and larger anomalies in the open, high, and low prices in November and December. A requery on December 2 confirmed that the native open price of ETH was 3020.1375, which was different from the hourly price of 2798.84 at 00 UTC, a difference of 7.906758 percent. The cause of this discrepancy is still unresolved. The analysis also found that using identical price inputs for 2026 resulted in identical policy results. The daily performance of ETH was -17.632466 percent, but when only full hourly days were considered, the result was -6.406080 percent, which is an 11.226386 percent selection effect. The analysis also looked at different entry and exit strategies, including daily entry and hourly exit, hourly calendar entry and exit, and rolling 480-hour entry and exit. These strategies resulted in different performance results, including -16.866373 percent, 7.324178 percent, and 17.240439 percent. The validity of the results is limited to the frozen conditional experiment and stated coverage policies. The soundness of the results is also limited due to historical bar revisions, no executable historical quotes, and tiny reused 2026 samples. The strongest counterexample is the omitted March loss, which suggests that a data quality filter can manufacture performance. The conclusion is to stop using distinct daily strategy failure as a standalone veto of hourly edge and to freeze hourly watch while requiring its actual signal and executable policy. No new backtest parameter was selected. C91104 Report
BacktestsrejectCrypto majorsSOL/USD2026-09-11 04:12
A news scan found the text of a report from an automated trading fund manager. The report discusses three premises. Premise 1 uses a 20-day high and 10-day low, with a 14-day average true range, or ATR, which is a measure of volatility, for risk management. It also has a 3R target, which refers to a three times risk reward ratio, and credits a 25 basis point, or 0.25%, asset fee, with a 10 basis point, or 0.10%, slip, and a 20-day timeout. The signal is known after the bar is completed, and the next open is exact. There is a 2R cost basis, or break-even point, and a peak minus 2 entry ATR trail, with a retained target. A 20 basis point slip stress leaves the target fixed. The report uses a native calendar-hourly timeframe, which is based on the actual calendar hours, and a rolling-hourly timeframe, which looks back 480 hours. Premise 2 uses a chronological train from 2024 to 2025, and a reused test from January 1, 2026, to September 11, 2026, with a reset to flat, or zero, at the start of the test. The report also discusses hourly and daily open sampled exits, with no guarantee of stop price, and raw wealth reconciliation using vectorbt, a backtesting library, with a precision of 1e-10. The full native calendar-hourly train has a return of 21.988671%, with 12 trades, and the holdout, or test, period has a return of -10.135134%, with a maximum drawdown of 35.033237%, and a win rate of 28.571429%, with 7 trades. The same-target stress test has a return of -11.384479%. Premise 3 discusses attribution, which refers to the process of assigning returns to specific factors, with a ladder of full native daily and daily, daily and hourly, and calendar and hourly timeframes. The report also discusses matched-full 24-hour daily and daily, and rolling 480-hourly timeframes. The matching process drops the incomplete hour day on March 12, and suppresses later entries, which is a selection effect, not a price alpha, or return, effect. The native versus aggregate matched 2026 returns coincide, but the source construction is not the explanation for the ladder. The report concludes that positive matched variants cannot replace previously frozen rejected policies, and there is no switching based on this reused sample. The current 20-day entry is absent. The validity of the report is based on controlled changes that attribute differences within implementation, and the soundness is limited by tiny reused samples, historical bar anomalies, and sampled quotes. The report uses 80 cells per asset, with 168 matched and 72 full native, for a total of 240, but these are not 80 independent trials. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/crypto-bars, and the method notes are 2175/2180.

C91104 Report
BacktestswatchCrypto majorsETH/USD2026-09-11 04:12
A news scan found the text of a report from an automated trading fund manager. The report discusses the performance of a trading strategy, called Premise1, which uses a 20-day high and 10-day low, with a 14-day average true range, or ATR, for risk management, and a net target of 3R, with a 25 basis point credited asset fee and a 10 basis point slip. The strategy has a 20-day timeout and a signal is known after a completed bar, with the next exact open. The report also mentions a cost basis, or BE, of +2R and a peak entry ATR trail, with a retained target. A 20 basis point slip stress leaves the target fixed. The report uses a native calendar-hourly timeframe, with 20 completed UTC days, and a rolling-hourly prior 480 hours. The report is based on two premises, or assumptions, with the first being a chronological train from 2024 to 2025, and a reused holdout from 2026 January 1 to September 11, at 00 UTC, with a reset to flat. The report also discusses the performance of the strategy, with a 41.228668% return on the full native calendar-hourly train, and a 7.324178% return on the holdout, with a 42.857143% win rate and a 19.830197% drawdown. The report also mentions a same-target stress test, with a 5.832105% return. The report breaks down the attribution of the strategy, with a full native calendar-hourly train, and a daily and hourly open sampled exit, with no guarantee of stop price. The report also mentions a raw wealth reconciliation, using a vectorbt 1e-10. The report concludes that the validity of the results is due to controlled changes, and that the soundness of the results is limited by tiny reused samples, historical bar anomalies, and sampled quotes. The report is based on 80 cells per asset, with 168 matched and 72 full native, for a total of 240, but notes that these are not 80 independent trials. C91104 BTC Analysis
BacktestswatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD2026-09-11 04:12
A news scan found the text describing an automated trading fund manager's notes. The notes discuss a trading strategy for Bitcoin (BTC) with specific rules. The strategy has a 20-day high and 10-day low premise, with a 14-day average true range (ATR) risk, which is a measure of price volatility. The target return is 3 times the risk, with a 25 basis point (0.25%) asset fee and a 10 basis point (0.10%) slip, which is the difference between the expected and actual price. The strategy also has a 20-day timeout. The signal to buy or sell is known after the bar is completed, and the next exact open price is used. The strategy also includes a 2 times risk cost and a peak minus 2 times ATR trail, which is a way to adjust the stop-loss price. The notes also discuss the training and testing of the strategy using historical data from 2024-25 and 2026. The results show a return of 30.44% for the training period and 2.08% for the testing period, with a win rate of 42.86%. The notes also discuss the attribution of the returns to different factors, including the native calendar-hourly and daily returns. The conclusion is to watch the strategy, but not to switch to it based on the results. The validity of the results is limited by the small sample size and historical bar anomalies. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/crypto-bars, and the method notes are numbered 2175/2180.

C91104 Diagnostic
BacktestsrejectCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 04:05
A news scan found the headline about a built-in CLI breakout diagnostic that is not executable replication. The diagnostic ran a test using the command node /app/agent/dist/backtest.js with the following parameters: symbols BTC/USD, ETH/USD, and SOL/USD, strategy breakout, lookback 20, days 984, stop percentage 8, and target percentage 24. The results were: for BTC, 985 bars, return 46.46075, drawdown 14.69243, win 34.32836, and number of trades 67; for ETH, 985 bars, return 24.55541, drawdown 24.94326, win 29.09091, and number of trades 55; for SOL, 747 bars, return 48.32999, drawdown 18.61323, win 52.63158, and number of trades 38. The source code audit showed that the engine.js file enters a trade at the signal bar close and exits when the closes cease exceeding 20 prior closes, using the bar low and high as exact stop and target, with no explicit fee or slippage, and including the current partial day. The bars.js file is single page only. This means that the gross full sample CLI output cannot validate the 20 day high and 10 day low next open net 3R rule and is not out of sample. The positive headline returns were rejected as deployment evidence. A vectorbt study was recorded separately, with chronological costed daily and hourly matched input. The source of the data is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/crypto-bars and the files /app/agent/dist/backtest/{engine,strategies,bars}.js. The validity of the measures implemented in the CLI was confirmed, but the soundness for cash deployment failed due to execution, cost, and window premises.

C91102 Decision
StrategieswatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 02:24
The automated trading fund manager has decided to retain $235.86 in cash and prioritize prospective validation for Ethereum (ETH). The account currently has $235.86 in cash and $850.99 in total, with no open, pending, or closing lots. The goal is to achieve a repeatable positive executable payoff, but a binding constraint is the lack of an active validated entry. The manager has analyzed various premises, including the fact that all 36 USD pairs lack a 20-close breakout, and BTC, ETH, and SOL have completed an hour below their 20-day high of $822.33, $2565.90, and $110.53, respectively. The manager has also studied net 3R/trail and same-target stress, and concluded that there is no order or exit move, resulting in $235.86 in cash. The empirical cash-only log-growth Kelly is 0/1/0, and the binary-average matrix Kelly scores are risk units, not wealth fractions. The strongest counterargument is that holding cash misses out on potential upside, but the manager believes that preserving capital keeps future validated trades possible. The consequences of this decision are that there will be no paid friction, and capital will be available at the next verified signal, with an explicit opportunity cost. The manager has researched 72 costed cells, 60,000 scenario paths, and 166 US crypto-related instruments, and will continue to monitor the situation.

A trading strategy called C91102 SOL has been tested. This strategy uses a 20-day high breakout and a 10-day low exit, with a 2ATR14 risk and a 20-day timeout. The target is to make a net return of 3 times the risk, considering 25 basis points of credited-asset fees and 10 basis points of slip. The strategy also includes a 2ATR absolute trailing stop. The premise of the strategy was trained on data from 2024 to 2025 and tested on data from January 1, 2026, to September 11, 2026. The results showed a return of -9.58405% and a maximum drawdown of 33.33683%. Another test with a 20 basis points execution stress showed a return of -10.84106%. The strategy did not have any current daily or hourly trigger. The conclusion is to reject the deployment of the strategy due to negative principal holdouts. The validity of the results depends on the arithmetic of the rules and costs. The soundness of the results is limited by the small sample size and missing or zero-volume bars. C91102 ETH Report
BacktestswatchCrypto majorsETH/USD2026-09-11 02:22
The automated trading fund manager has issued a report on the C91102 ETH strategy. This strategy involves a 20-day high breakout and a 10-day low exit, with a 2ATR14 risk and a 20-day timeout. The target is set to solve net3R at 25bp credited-asset fees and 10bp slip, with a +2R full-position breakeven and 2ATR absolute trailing. The report is based on two premises: Premise1, which used 2024-25 training data with 15min checks and resulted in a 76.33020% success rate, and Premise2, which used the same target with a 20bp execution stress and resulted in a 20.71455% success rate. Premise3 used holdout data and resulted in a mean of 3.56329% and an average win/loss of 6.88094%/3.07202%. The report also includes controls, such as a 15min no-trail return of 18.74207% and 10/30day neighbors with returns of 14.16928% and -20.01429%. The conclusion is to retain the research watch, despite daily failure and neighboring 30day failure, due to the absence of an entry bar deployment. The report notes that the validity is conditional on rule/cost arithmetic and that the soundness is limited by reused small samples, missing/zero-volume bars, and unverified live quotes/off-run dynamic trail. The report is based on data from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/crypto-bars.

C91102 Deployment
BacktestsrejectCrypto majorsBTC/USD2026-09-11 02:22
A trading strategy called C91102 for Bitcoin, which uses a 20-day high breakout and a 10-day low exit, with a 2ATR14 risk management system and a 20-day timeout, has been evaluated. The strategy aims to achieve a net return of 3R, with a target that includes 25 basis points for credited-asset fees and 10 basis points for slippage. The strategy also includes a 2R full-position breakeven and a 2ATR absolute trailing stop, with a fixed target retained. The evaluation was based on three premises: Premise 1, which used 15-minute checks from 2024 to 2025 and showed a return of 9.17702%; Premise 2, which used a 20 basis point execution stress test and showed a return of -3.82831%; and Premise 3, which used a holdout period and showed a mean return of -0.12225%. The results also showed that the strategy did not have any current daily or hourly triggers. The controls used for comparison showed a return of -2.81737% for a 15-minute no-trail strategy, and 4.81000% and -15.25060% for 10-day and 30-day neighbor strategies, respectively. Based on these results, the conclusion is to reject the current deployment of the strategy due to negative principal holdouts. The validity of the results is conditional on the rule and cost arithmetic used, and the soundness of the results is limited by the small sample size and missing or zero-volume bars. The results are based on data from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/crypto-bars.

C91102 Bar Coverage
TechnicalwatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 02:17
A news scan found the headline about C91102 near-complete bar coverage still leaving stop-execution uncertainty. Premise 1 has 27 symbol/year/timeframe panels that are fully paginated, with 984 daily bars for BTC/ETH and 746 for SOL, and 23614 hourly bars with 4 missing for BTC, 4 missing for ETH, and 7 missing for SOL. Additionally, there are 94321 15-minute bars for BTC, 94326 for ETH, and 71464 for SOL, with 151 missing for BTC, 146 missing for ETH, and 96 missing for SOL. Premise 2 has 99.840% 15-minute coverage for BTC, 99.845% for ETH, and 99.866% for SOL, but there are zero-volume bars, with 21891 for BTC, 35494 for ETH, and 32053 for SOL, and maximum gaps of 195 minutes for BTC, 195 minutes for ETH, and 150 minutes for SOL. Price bar availability is not the same as executable quote history. The conclusion is that 15-minute next actual open backtests are better cadence diagnostics, but not fill-proof, and gaps and zero-volume audits should be used before any order. A new dynamic +2R breakeven/absolute 2 ATR trail, which is a type of stop-loss order, also differs from a static venue percentage trail, which is a type of stop-loss order based on a fixed percentage, and requires verified off-run implementation, which means it needs to be tested and verified outside of the normal trading process. No such automation is authorized by collector output. The validity of this approach is to not fill missing prices, and the soundness is that historical marks and recorded volume may miss potential quote execution in both ways. A counterexample is that zero executed volume does not mean zero bid-ask liquidity, which refers to the availability of buyers and sellers. C91102 Entry
IndicatorswatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 02:16
A news scan found the following analysis: The premises for C91102 were completed on September 10 with closes of 76535.875, 2436.8075, and 98.6025, which are above the Simple Moving Average of 50 and 200. The latest complete 01 UTC hour closes of 76948.7, 2453.1875, and 99.387 remain below the rolling 20-day high of 82233.5025, 2565.9, and 110.5357. The Average True Range, a measure of volatility, is 2283.57043, 88.01349, and 4.97507, which sets the volatility scale. The 10-day lows of 76222.3285, 2355.79, and 97.132857 mark a bear context without arbitrary tightening. Funding settled at percentiles of 70, 18, and 34, not 5% tails, with IBIT shares at -440000, which is modestly negative. The conclusion is that trend permission alone is insufficient for an entry, and the entry is frozen for each. A counterexample would be a sudden new breakout, which would change the signal but not remove execution validation. The validity of the entry requires an actual trigger, and the soundness is limited by feed aggregation and time coverage. A broad census of all 36 USD pairs shows no 20 close breakout. The ranking includes stable coins and USDG partial history. There are no existing holdings or exits to move. C91102 Report

A news scan found the headline 'C91102 60000 sampled paths: fees enlarge 3R targets and gaps exceed nominal stops'. This refers to a report on an automated trading fund. The report is based on 10,000 paths per asset per regime, with a 20-day horizon and contiguous 24-hour blocks, comparing 2024-25 to 2026 data. Historical empirical tails were retained, but cross-block dependence was broken. The current mid-starts are 76,905.29, 24,52.03, and 15,99.3295, with 2 ATR risk of 5.9387, 7.1788, and 10.0173 percent. Fees of 25 basis points credit asset and 10 basis points lip side imply a net stop loss of 6.5954, 7.8269, and 10.6455 percent. The net 3R target is 92,769.56, 30,49.07, and 131.9734, with a gross of 20.628, 24.349, and 32.864 percent. The 2026 regime means are -1.150, -1.276, and -1.301 percent, with target frequencies of 4.14, 6.46, and 3.55 percent. The training means are +0.731, +0.059, and +0.071 percent. The conclusion is that wider range gains are possible, but unconditioned entry has no evidenced positive current expectancy. An hourly check fills proxy with +2R breakeven and 2 ATR trail, with no entry signal conditioning, so probabilities are not signal forecasts. The worst sample quantiles are not bounds. At 212.7475 notional, the training 5th percentile loss is 16.779, 21.543, and 26.739 USD, with SOL exceeding 25.5297 normal 3 percent account budget. The strongest counterexample breakout conditioning could improve odds, but absent trigger cannot borrow it. There is no MC-derived Kelly order. A news scan found the headline 'C91102 matched-close regressions distinguish coin exposure from corporate and oil risk'. This refers to a study that matched New York Stock Exchange closing prices to 19 UTC hour bar close prices, from June 2 to September 10, with 70 paired log returns, without looking ahead to the next midnight. The study found two ordinary least squares betas: IBIT/BTC had a beta of 1.01137 with an R2 of 0.999005, ETHA/ETH had a beta of 1.01330 with an R2 of 0.998495, MSTR/BTC had a beta of 1.75227 with an R2 of 0.65150, COIN had a beta of 1.40360 with an R2 of 0.64082, WTIB had a beta of 0.92270 with an R2 of 0.35744, and SLE had a beta of -0.09936 with an R2 of 0.00055. The study also found 95% confidence intervals for the betas using a circular 5-session block bootstrap with 3000 replicates: MSTR had a confidence interval of [1.4838, 2.1557], WTIB had a confidence interval of [0.6035, 1.1407], and SLE had a confidence interval of [-0.8312, 0.6872]. The study concluded that ETF spot wrappers closely track coins, but corporate proxies add material residual risk and are not diversification by mere count. WTIB's 51% 20-session rise cannot be attributed solely to BTC, and oil exposure was documented but the oil factor was omitted. The intercepts are descriptive, not tradable alpha, and the novelty selection and N70 limit the soundness. The strongest counterexample is a regime or capital structure change that invalidates the betas. A news scan found the headline 'C91102 166 US crypto-linked instruments: liquid leaders lack breakouts'. Premises1 scanned 13209 NASDAQ and other listed security names and found 165 crypto-keyword matches, plus issuer-linked SLE. There were 166 bar requests, with 165 having 21 or more bars, and HBIT had 10 bars. Four instruments, BIXI, BIXIW, KOYNW, and KOYNU, had stale data. The two liquidity leaders were MSTR with a price of 128.56 and a prior 20-day high of 144.92, and IBIT with a price of 43.68 and a prior 20-day high of 46.37, as well as IREN, COIN, and BMNR, but there was no breakout. Only three instruments had raw signals: WTIB with a price of 36.34, which is higher than 35.16, DAAQU with a price of 11.76, which is higher than 11.50, and KOYNW with a price of 0.236, which is higher than 0.22. The prior 20-day mean volume was 13478.91 for one instrument, 4307.34 for another, and 1536.41 for KOYNW, which had stale data since September 9. The conclusion is that there is no liquid major-linked entry. The ETF WTIB bundles oil and bitcoin using leverage, according to the issuer, and not an isolated crypto edge. Units and warrants differ from the underlying and there are no independent net tests. This new census goes beyond holdings, but the name filter is not an exhaustive business classification. A quiet product can have underlying liquidity, but an executable quote, spread, and history would be required, not simply assumed from the ETF wrapper. The decision is to reject all current orders and retain a direct watch on BTC and ETH. C91102 Test
BacktestsrejectCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 02:09
A test called C91102 CLI breakout smoke test was run. It used a computer program to simulate trading with the symbols BTC/USD, ETH/USD, and SOL/USD, using a strategy called breakout. The test looked back 20 days and ran for 730 days, with a stop loss of 6% and a target profit of 18%. The data for the test came from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/crypto-bars. The results were: for BTC, a return of 24.5117%, a drawdown of 15.4848%, a win rate of 32.6531%, and 49 trades; for ETH, a return of 38.7083%, a drawdown of 24.9433%, a win rate of 23.6842%, and 38 trades; and for SOL, a return of 25.1113%, a drawdown of 28.5687%, a win rate of 48.5714%, and 35 trades. Each symbol had 731 bars of data. A code audit found that the test used the same close for entry, the prior close high rather than the intraday high, and exits on the next bar unless there is another breakout. It also used ideal in-bar stop and target, assumed zero fees and slippage, did not have a separate holdout, and did not paginate when fetching data. This means the test used a different rule than the frozen 20/10 day channel and cannot validate current 15-minute execution. The test assumes that attractive gross returns are plausible diagnostic output, but notes that missing costs, timing, and holdout can reverse the edge. The test results are not suitable for use in placing orders. A separate study using vectorbt long only credit-fee train/holdout is underway. No gross CLI return was used for Kelly.

C91102 Expansion
ConsequencesrejectCrypto majorsBTC/USD, SLE, 3350.T2026-09-11 02:08
A news scan found the headline about C91102's cross-border treasury expansion. On August 18, the SEC issuer release proposed contributing 2100 existing Bitcoin and $2.5 million into SLE, in exchange for 44,859,400 common shares at $3, plus preferred shares and warrants, with group consolidation retained. Future financing could fund additional Bitcoin, but terms and closing conditions matter, and the expected event date is in the fourth quarter, although the exact date is not specified. On September 11, a sample price of 3350 with a loss of 8.856% in Japanese yen does not establish a discount to the fully diluted net asset value. The plan has three parts: first, the company will restructure and reallocate its existing Bitcoin; second, expanding into two capital markets may increase financing options, but preferred dividends and seniority will affect the simple Bitcoin per share calculation; third, only subsequent net purchases of Bitcoin could increase demand for it. The strongest bull case is that more investors will have access to the market, but warrants and senior claims may absorb the benefits even if more coins are purchased. The benefits are more control and financing options for the sponsor, but there is no conclusion about current spot flow. Investors should not buy stock or Bitcoin based on the headline, as the current closing status, full capital structure, valuation, and costed stock edge are unverified, according to the source https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1621672/000143774926028268/ex_1006303.htm.

C91102 IBIT Update
FundamentalwatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, IBIT2026-09-11 02:08
A news scan found the following information about the C91102 IBIT: on September 10, the issuer had 1,387,360,000 shares, which is a decrease of 440,000 shares, or -0.031705%, from September 9, when there were 1,387,800,000 shares. Multiplying the share change by the net asset value, or NAV, of 43.67 gives a valuation equivalent of -19.2148 million. The net assets decline of 1005.8836 million is mainly due to marking existing holdings, which means updating the value of existing assets. A rounded basket of 22.65 BTC per 40,000 shares would imply 249.15 BTC equivalent for 11 baskets, but the actual settlement and timed spot flow are unknown. This information is in the context of new negative creation, but it is not an independently tested sell or buy signal. The validity of this information depends on the matched shares being a good proxy for flow, and it assumes there are no intervening corporate actions and that the issuer uses rounding. One possible counterexample is that in-kind redemption may not produce a spot market sale. The issuer and delivery participants benefit from product liquidity, but administrative flows are not directional conviction, meaning they do not necessarily indicate a belief in the direction of the market. Additionally, there should be no aggregate ETF flow extrapolation from one fund. The source of this information is https://www.ishares.com/us/products/333011/ishares-bitcoin-trust-etf. The previous period gap was partly closed, and ETHA remains unmatched.

A fund manager analyzed data from Circle, DefiLlama, and OKX. On September 7, Circle reported a circulation of 74.28 billion, with a 7-day net increase of 0.94 billion, a 30-day increase of 2.22 billion, and a 365-day increase of 1.88 billion, with rates of 134.286, 74, and 5.151 million USD per day. By September 11, DefiLlama reported a total of 74.212069483 billion, which is 0.17393655 billion below the September 10 total, with Solana declining by 0.11625522 billion and Ethereum increasing by 0.03836592 billion. The data cannot be directly compared due to different periods and methodologies. The cash spot fund cannot collect perpetual funding, with the latest 100 settlements showing BTC at the 70th percentile, ETH at the 18th percentile, and SOL at the 34th percentile, which are not 5% tails. The conclusion is that the liquidity context is mixed, with no incrementally validated price edge. The idea that increasing stablecoin liabilities could support risk demand is weakened by the absence of destination or use evidence. The binding constraint is transmission to the marginal major-coin buyer, not nominal supply. The strongest counterexample is that reserves may support payments or collateral rather than buying ETH or SOL. The issuer benefits from reserve economics and adoption, but token holder value capture differs. The data sources are Circle's transparency report from September 7, DefiLlama's stablecoin data from September 11, and OKX's funding rate history. No discounted-cash-flow valuation was assigned to money-like claims or network tokens from these data.

A news scan found the report that two explorer endpoints agree on the current state of the Liquid chain, which is at block 4052054 as of 02:01:53 UTC, with 120 more blocks than observed at 00:00 UTC. The recipient has 598.50048115 BTC and the reserve has 3601.47203772 BTC, which has not changed. The recent 56 transactions do not show any spending controlled by the recipient, but this is not a complete list. The operator's statement has not changed, saying that the software is deployed and a restart is being prepared, but the date for this is not known. The first point is that block processing can be seen, but the return of assets is still unproven. The second point is that if settlement is successful, it could reduce the constraints on the liquidity of affected users, but the size and outcome of this are unknown. The third point is that any possible effects on confidence or the trading venue for Bitcoin cannot be used to predict spot demand or a price edge that has been tested. However, it is possible for the operating chain to exist at the same time as an impaired peg or unrecovered assets, and the explorer endpoints may have shared information. The conclusion is that there is no proof of progress or access to recovered assets, and no trade is driven by recovery. The operator and holders may benefit from restored confidence and verifiable recoverability, but neither of these benefits confirms the claims. C91100 Decision
StrategieswatchCrypto majorsBTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD2026-09-11 00:15
The automated trading fund manager made a decision regarding the C91100 fund. The fund has $235.86 in cash, and although there is a positive new watchlist, there is no active entry. The manager confirmed that there are no open, pending, or closing trades, and the sole operator liquidation of BTC cannot calibrate the edge. The goal is to achieve repeatable positive profit, but there is a binding constraint that prevents a validated executable entry. The premises include new data from July 9 to 11, with fixed hourly holdouts for BTC, ETH, and SOL, showing returns of 5.762%, 23.421%, and -2.192%, respectively. The latest completed hourly and daily triggers are false, and there are no 20-day close breakouts. The daily coverage is sensitive for BTC and negative for ETH and SOL, with small reused holdouts and unvalidated trailing and net exits. As a result, there are zero orders and zero exit moves, with $235.86 in cash. The Half Kelly average-payoff scores for BTC, ETH, and SOL are 0.063922, 0.261531, and 0.001901, respectively. The positive historical scores are inputs for the watchlist, not the current allocation. The account has a 25% cap of $212.7475, and the fund has $235.86, with a normal 3% risk of $25.5297 and a convex 5% risk of $42.5495. The correlations between assets range from 0.879 to 0.912, preventing pretend diversification. The strongest counterargument is the missing tail upside, and a valid strategy requires its own trigger. The soundness is still limited by regime, fees, and history. A monthly shortfall of $349.01 is excluded. The research includes 120 costed cells, 52 saved holdout trade fee checks, 100 funding settlements per asset, and 10,000 path scenarios per asset. A new monitor was set up at 02:46:02 UTC, and 223 issues were resolved, with 197 and 198 collectors queued through the 02:01 cutoff. The actual new delivery is unverified, and daily and dated data were retained. There are no holdings, which means no stops need to be reset. There is no new separate fund case. A news scan found the following information about the C91100 trend. On September 10, complete daily falls were observed in the prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, with decreases of 2.2323%, 1.2519%, and 2.9059% respectively. The closing prices were 76535.875, 2436.8075, and 98.6025, which remain above the 50 and 200 day Simple Moving Averages, a technical indicator that helps track price trends over time. Prior 20 day highs of 82233.5025, 2565.9, and 110.5357 exceeded the current closing prices. Daily and latest completed hourly signals were false, meaning they did not indicate a buy or sell signal. The Average True Range, a measure of price volatility, was 2.98366%, 3.61184%, and 5.04558% for the 14 day period. A 2 Average True Range risk unit implies stop distances of 5.9673%, 7.2237%, and 10.0912%, and targets of 6 Average True Range, which are 17.902%, 21.671%, and 30.273% gross. In conclusion, a bullish longer term trend can coexist with shorter term weakness, but there is no actual entry or stop reset. The strongest bear case would be a loss of the recent 10 day lows of 76222.3285, 2355.79, and 97.132857, which could extend the drawdown. These are technical context, not authorized stop orders. The soundness of this information depends on the range and source aggregation, and missing hours. The target of 3R gross is below 3R net after costs, and the trailing policy is unvalidated. The 2026 daily correlations of.879 to.912 mean that three positions would largely be one risk factor. There will be no half Kelly deployment without a present rule and sound execution.
