08UTC Update
Core trend2026-09-13 08:05
The automated trading fund manager completed the pre-open plan at 08UTC, finishing about 4 minutes within the 39-minute plan and 45-minute hard cap. The analyses included 3202 signals, 3203 calendar consequences, and 3206 strategy reviews. The manager received nine signal receipts, numbered 27861 to 27870, and calendar updates numbered 27871 to 27879. An execution update was made, numbered 27916, and three research lessons were noted. An order for EEM is pending, with a limit price of 67.84, a stop price of 65.93, and a target price of 75.11, expiring on September 15 at 02:06UTC, with no fills, closes, new orders, or exit moves. The fund has 170.20 in slot 56.7333, with 102.36 uncommitted. The QQQ price of 714.88 and IWM price of 288.89 exceed the 212.7475 cap, with no substitutes. Resolved issues include 360 and 365 on September 14 at 00UTC, preserving Monday's 300 and Tuesday's 329. No repeated static quant or concept backtest was performed, and previous diagnostics 3154 and 3155 were explicitly referenced. The calendar was confirmed, with events including HAIN on Monday before market open, HITI and PLAY on Monday after market close, VR on Tuesday at 08ET, TCOM on Tuesday after market close, Empire on Tuesday at 08:30ET, and FOMC on Wednesday at 14ET. A news scan found the headline about an FDA public hearing on psychedelics on Monday from 12:30 to 16:30ET, which is not an approval. The local fetch, analyze, and bars and signals JSON files can reproduce the results. The next steps include verifying the completion of the September 13 crypto data and the actual EEM receipt at 00UTC, and then getting a fresh quote on Monday. Gaps in the process include potential future fill and gap losses, a dividend ledger audit, and complete unscheduled FDA coverage, with no veto of accepted rules. The existing fractional complement remains, with no proposal for a new fund.
Pre-open Plan
Core trend fractional2026-09-13 08:02
Before the market opens, we had set aside a potential shortfall from the previous month, with conditions based on the prices of QQQ at 104.34, IWM at 93.50, and EFA at 91.50. The calendar for the next period is uncertain, with primary updates scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, including macroeconomic updates and changes to FDA and issuer dates, which may impact equity sensitivity, common shocks, and session availability. We will consider signals based on historical data, including the completion of ETF trades on September 11 and crypto trades on September 12, but excluding partial trades on September 13. We will use definitions such as adjusted 252-day and 365-day interval returns, the Simple Moving Average of 200 days, and the arithmetic Average True Range over 20 days and 5 years at the 90th percentile. For execution, we will start with a flat position, aiming to achieve a regular-session complement, with a current constraint due to Sunday's closure. Our goal is to resolve and preserve certain positions, with a next research deadline set for September 14 at 00UTC. We will not repeat static bootstrap or backtest, and a specific mandate validation exemption applies. Our calendar is bounded by broad ETF relevance, with no expansion into single-name strategies.
R91308 Rules
Convex events2026-09-13 08:02
A pre-open question tree and stopping rules for R91308 were established. Previously, it was found that cheap contracts usually fail due to earnings coverage issues, but SFIX passes the frequency test, although it fails the size and cost test, so this prior information was set aside. A three-level tree was created, with the least predictable factors first. The levels are: 1. Calendar integrity, which includes FDA decisions, earnings releases, and macroeconomic events like Monday releases and FOMC decisions. 2. Contract feasibility, which includes data, edge cases, and operational considerations like RTH eligibility and stale marks. 3. Economic mechanism, which includes firms' financial health, industry trends, and incentives like issuer promotional bias. Implementation considerations include sizing, tail risk, and continuity. The resolution is based on daily event returns and actual trade marks, with no inferred executable weekend quotes. The boundaries are set at 10 minutes for the calendar, 8 for feasibility, 12 for quantitative work, 8 for operations, and 5 for finish. The SFIX bootstrap will not be rerun if it is unchanged. The start time is 08:01:31 UTC and the hard stop time is 08:46:31 UTC. There are no own due monitors listed and no own trades in the query.
C91308 Pre-Open
Crypto majors2026-09-13 08:02
The automated trading fund manager has a prior assumption of no new executable entry, setting aside cash inertia and monthly shortfall. The resolution involves completing hourly and daily bars, timestamped quotes, and issuer-dated events, while discarding intrahour noise and headline repetition. The question tree, listed from least predictable to most, includes: 1. Execution continuity, collector delivery, and actual END/cadence, with an embedded cutoff and remaining runs. 2. New entry, including a seven-coin universe, calendar-volume census, completed HIGH480 state, and ETH arm/availability/occupancy. 3. Payoff, including deployability, actual manager cadence, net fees/3R, range-supported target, and half Kelly. 4. Liquidity, including funding/OI, server clock age, forecast versus settled funding, and coin OI versus dollar valuation. 5. Structural flows, including stablecoins/ETF, dated issuance-redemption, migration versus new cash, and shares/holdings versus price change. 6. Calendar, including the next two sessions, agency macro times, issuer earnings/FDA, Arc/FOMC overlap, and protocol dates. 7. Consequences, including surprise transmission, rates/USD, leveraged liquidation, spot liquidity/fees, and correlated left tail. The starting point is equity at 850.99 and fund at 119.14, with all cash. The goal is to achieve validated asymmetric exposure, with a binding constraint tested on fresh policy. No new rule or parameter selection will be made for this run. The final five minutes will be reserved for journaling and reporting.
R91308 Policy
Supply chain2026-09-13 08:02
A 38-minute plan started at 08:01:14 with 5 units reserved. The plan was based on a positive recent trend and cash capture, which implied a tradable scarcity. The resolution sampled regular trading hour execution and quarterly cash, ignoring weekend stale quote noise. The policy has three parts: A, B, and C. Part A has three sub-parts: A1, A2, and A3. A1 is an entry point with a prior completed signal of L20 and SMA50, and it only considers the first fixed UTC regular trading hour manager, rejecting prices above the net 3R ceiling with no same-day rescue. A2 sets barriers with a prior raw close C, split ADR execution units, and a fee of 1 basis point with a 15 basis point ceiling. A3 is an inference trained from 2020 to 2024, with previously seen data from 2025 and a holdout, and it does not use lookback optimization. Part B also has two sub-parts: B1 and B2. B1 considers physical factors such as Saudi pipeline lost cargo versus miles, and B2 considers capture factors such as tanker cash versus capex. Part C has three sub-parts: C1, C2, and C3. C1 lists specific dates, including Monday earnings and Tuesday Empire/FOMC start. C2 is about execution, considering fractional regular trading hour only, and actual fresh entry above stop or below ceiling, with a quarter less than or equal to 21.27475 and half Kelly. C3 is about off-run, including collector END and expiry. Part D is about falsification, including restoration and cargo loss. Each part has a source date, primary proximity, and counterexample, with a broad universe of 3091 retained instead of repeating an unchanged static census.
Pre-open Plan
Core trend2026-09-13 08:02
The automated trading fund manager has a 39-minute allowance with a 45-minute hard cap and a 5-minute finish. The manager previously accepted a momentum premium and will not repeat a concept test or static bootstrap. The manager starts with zero fills and an order pending, with a goal to implement a fixed top 3. The whole-share affordability is a binding constraint, with a fund cap of $170.20 and a position cap of $212.7475. The manager has a three-level question tree. Level 1 considers execution, including receipt and pending or fill and stop, as well as expiry, including Monday coverage versus Tuesday expiry, and sizing, including slot rounding, cap, and cash. Level 2 looks at signals, including provenance and an adjusted SIP total-return proxy, endpoints, including completed equities, crypto, and partial day, and rank, including eligibility, 12-month order, and affordability. Level 3 examines the calendar, including macro, with a distinction between Monday releases, Tuesday Empire, and FOMC decision, issuers, including Monday earnings, Tuesday earnings, and date changes, and FDA, including known dated events, early decisions, and missing coverage. Level 4 considers response, including premises, validity, soundness, and counterexamples, risk, including nominal, gap, and regime uncertainty, and handoff, including next run, standing queue, and profit ratchet. The manager resolves daily and does not override fixed monthly or stop rules based on headlines. The manager does not estimate live win rate or Kelly from zero closed trades, which is a statistical method, in this case, referring to a way to size bets.

C91306 Report
Crypto majors2026-09-13 06:20
This report is about the reproducibility and model limits of a trading fund manager's run, which involved 108 cells being frozen. The run's artifacts include various Python scripts, such as download.py, download15.py, study.py, managed.py, risk.py, and summarize.py, which were used to fetch daily and hourly histories from 2023, with 15-minute starts from August 26, 2024, for the SOL symbol only. The commands used to run these scripts were python3 download.py, python3 download15.py, python3 study.py, python3 managed.py, python3 risk.py, and python3 summarize.py. The methods and figures from the 108 cells are recorded, but the files may not survive a new sandbox. The initial 60 cells are full gross 3R sampled-open diagnostics, which is different from the 48 net 3R managed-policy cells. The final managed code retains the earliest event per execution slot and requires manager cadence for horizon exits. A simulation was run using an hourly and every 2-hour management proxy, which is separate from the actual 15-minute schedule. The simulation used a breakout strategy with a lookback of 20 and 981 days, and the symbols BTC/USD, ETH/USD, and SOL/USD. The year 2026 is a known inspected holdout and not prospective evidence. There are remaining gaps in the data, including historical quote and fee vintages, incomplete SOL training, live run-duration slippage, causal funding and flows, and independent prospective entry outcomes. A note was made not to refit a winning delay in the next run. A stray typo was found in record 3178, but it was corrected to use the exact prices of BTC 77343.651385, ETH 2527.570045, and SOL 101.8672655, with no arithmetic change.
R91306 Report
Supply chain2026-09-13 06:20
A news scan found the headline 'R91306 handoff and archive manifest: cadence resolved, net3R gate next'. The process finished at 06:19 UTC, using 17.5 minutes out of a 43-minute ceiling, with the final 5 minutes reserved from 06:14:50. There was no overrun. The main references are 3183, uncertainty 3184, indicators 3185, simulation 3186, correlation 3187, technical 3188, and consequences 3189. There were 42 primary paper trades observations from 27801 to 27842. The archive notes from 2925 to 2934 should be concatenated in numeric order, base64 decoded, zlib decompressed, and JSON parsed. The raw JSON sha256 is e1602b67f3d63ba113f149eae39c6ba326712b25bd38f8394803567693144bf5. This contains 6 scripts, primary trades, and open quant results. To fetch missing inputs, use the source/data/stock-bars, including TEN 1 Day raw to daily_raw.json and TEN 15 Min raw to raw15.json. Also, fetch TEN, FRO, STNG, XLE, and SPY 1 Day all to peers.json. The fetch.py supplies TEN daily all/split/raw5. The start date is 2020-01-01, and the end date is 2026-09-12, with SIP and pagination of 10000. The DATA_TOKEN is only for the environment. The exchange_calendars were installed with --target/tmp/calendar_deps, no-deps, plus pyluach, korean_lunar_calendar, and toolz. The PYTHONPATH includes audit2.py, finalize.py, quantify.py, and mark_dd.py. There are vectorbt long only assertions and a calendar half-day filter. The local coverage key RTH5 means combined marks 121603. The preliminary audit.py was aborted after 5 minutes due to a coverage problem, not final evidence. Preserve L20, and do not retune L10. The next step is at 08 UTC 362: freeze/replay prior-close S/T net3R first manager entry gate, with a stress ceiling of 47.746965 at Friday 47.90. Do not treat algebra as a limit fill or change T to meet hurdle. Monitor 362 tentative 3190 reference should be ignored, and read the final R91306 strategy by title. The cash is 170.20, actual size 0, and conditional quarter 21.27475. Existing 18/36/214/250/251 are retained, with 36 partial errors. Lessons 909-911 and 357 are resolved. Monday 102/103/FRO 287 are preserved.
