The automated trading fund manager has reported that the post-open entitlement has failed due to a retirement condition being met. The manager had four premises for this decision: the buy-side mispricing must clear certain conditions, the whole-contract full premium cannot exceed $8.5099 USD, prior models do not establish actual option win probability, and the own ledger is empty. At 13:51:46 UTC, the QQQ OPRA 403 said the agreement was not signed, and the provider documentation stated that indicative quotes are derived, not actual OPRA. This means the manager recommends considering retirement in the report, but not changing the fund allocation. Nine frozen legs were observed, with six being premium-affordable before fees and five having a positive bid, but zero executable validations. The manager also noted that the indicative freshness improved, but permission did not. The underlying prices for PATH, RIOT, ETHA, and TLT were observed around 13:51:46 UTC. No new pricing, backtest, or Monte Carlo simulation was claimed due to the lack of freshly executable candidates. The manager preserved a previously rejected model and noted that prior diagnostics were not current fair values. The conclusion is that the necessary gate failed, implying no proposal, and the validity and soundness of the decision are supported by direct permission response and documented feed definition. The manager will start with all cash, aiming for small repeatable gains, and binding executable data plus net edge. Dealers receive spreads, and no short expensive leg is allowed to lock parity. The research will be stopped due to the lack of allowance, and certain studies and jobs will be retained or collected.

Trading Update
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingQQQ, TLT, ETHA, PATH, RIOT, CHWY2026-09-08 12:32
A news scan found the headline about a 12:30 trading gate where OPRA is still denied and cash is going through a manual review at 13:50. The premises for trading are: first, the fund must have executable and verified fees before proposing any buy-side mispricing; second, the fund must have its own value and actual option data, which cannot be substituted with backtests and simulations; third, the full premium must be less than or equal to 1% of the equity, which is $8.5099 for the fund and $42.55 for the position, totaling $212.7475; and fourth, no existing position or order requires action. A primary venue probe at 12:31:33 found that OPRA 403 is explicitly unsigned, and two indicative quotes from September 4 are unchanged for TLT at $0.05/$0.06 and ETHA at $0.07/$0.08. The provider confirms that this is a derived feed, not actual OPRA data. The prior model from November 19 will be retained without rerunning stale inputs, using the American CRR formula with an assumed risk-free rate of 0.04 and a stress volatility of the square root of 0.5 times the 20-day realized volatility squared plus 0.5 times the 60-day realized volatility squared. The fair value of TLT is $0.05932765 and the fair value of ETHA is $0.06080348. The fair-minus-ask is less than the assumed $0.20 per contract, yielding a loss of $0.267235 and $2.119652 USD, with 0 robust passes. These results are from the prior model and not current valuations. The prior model from November 18 found 25 trade bars with 22.115% and 5.769% regular bin coverage, but no valid bid-ask holdout. No new backtest or simulation is warranted due to the unchanged gate. The Quarter Kelly formula is undefined empirically, and the allocation is 0, not invented win probability. The validity of the model is failed due to the necessary gate, implying no proposal, not universal option fairness. The soundness of the model is supported by direct permission response and stale timestamps. The countercase entitlement may change, and future shocks may justify higher volatility, so the 13:50 monitor will be preserved. The first-order new event moves the underlying, the second-order IV/spread repricing changes long option marks, and the third-order theta/normalization and session-only exits can erase small gains. Dealers benefit from spreads, and funding shortfall is not an edge. The goal is to start all cash and repeat base hits, with binding data and execution proof. There are no own due monitors, and the own ledger is empty. Job 74 is nominal at 13:15 and skips pre-open, with the first usable time at 15:15 subject to drift. The next job is at 14:30, but manual review at 13:50 occurs first. CHWY 56 at 19:40 and 51 on September 9 remain armed. No new jobs or orders are needed before the next run. The process will stop early due to unresolved executable access, exact fees, and deliverables, as well as actual option holdout, which cannot be repaired by repeated stale scans.

Trading Plan
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingQQQ, PATH, RIOT, ETHA, TLT, CHWY2026-09-08 08:07
The final pre-open plan as of 08UTC is to not place any orders and to preserve the live feed and CHWY event checkpoints. The plan is based on the following premises: 1. The buy-side value must clear fresh ask, spread/fees, exercise/dividend/deliverable checks, and forecast stress. 2. Independent actual option entry/exit holdout must provide profit, win, and loss before positive quarter Kelly. 3. Full premium plus costs must be less than or equal to 8.5099, every position must be less than or equal to 212.7475, and the fund must be less than or equal to 42.55. 4. No option orders can be placed when closed, and the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) executes proposals. All gates not met include OPRA 403, Friday quotes, 2-leg American stress 0 robust passes, and option holdout 0. The quarter Kelly, which is 0.25 times the maximum of 0 and profit minus 1 minus profit divided by win/loss, cannot be evaluated empirically here, so 0 is allocated. Since there are no holdings, there are no targets or exits to review. Before 12:30 UTC, no order, stop, or target is required. The monitors are not owned due to foreign fund 6/75 not being resolved. At 12:30 UTC, new primary event updates and job cadence will be verified, and the existing 30/71 Sep 8 13:50 manual check will be preserved because job 22 nominal 14:15 and 74 nominal 14:45 are subject to drift. If OPRA is accessible, records of synchronous prices, sizes, timestamps, and IV field consistency will be checked, and an independent net option holdout will be run before a proposal. If blocked or a gap fails, the failure will be recorded, and cash will be stayed; the CIO retirement decision remains for post-open check and will not be preemptively implemented. The CHWY monitor will be checked at 56 Sep 8 19:40 pre-close and 51 Sep 9 13:50 post-event, and the actual Sep 8 closing baseline will be saved. The first release early/date change will be rejected if the event window is contaminated; otherwise, the frozen 16 event RMS 10.3956% will be compared. The PATH 73 frozen variance outcome remains unchanged. All monitors are for research only. The source/calendar 1120 records Sep 8/9 earnings/clinical/macro, but there is no confirmed Sep 8/9 FDA deadline inbounded search. No new job is needed before the next pre-open run, and existing collectors will retain coverage. The stale pricing thread will be stopped early because new information is required, and there is no allowance overrun; the finish reserve will remain intact. The automated trading fund manager made a decision at 06UTC to have zero allocation. This decision was based on several premises: 1. The manager required fresh and accessible executable option quotes and verified deliverables and fees. 2. The manager's own American value had to clear the ask and costs across defensible volatility and cash assumptions. 3. Realistic exit probabilities, wins, and losses had to be independently estimated, with a quarter Kelly and 8.5099 full premium risk, 42.55 fund cap, and 212.7475 position cap all binding. 4. Stock holdout and conditional Monte Carlo could not be relabeled as empirical option edge. The manager checked the validity of these premises and found that any gate failure would entail no proposal, not universal market fairness. The manager also checked the soundness of the new OPRA 403 unsigned agreement, which included 10 chain 9574 contracts, 784 positive bid risk-affordable, and 0 baseline passes even with zero fee, and 0 robust 6 scenario passes. A forecast from 1040 train 825 and holdout 160 lowered the QLIKE but monthly 95% CI spans 0, and group-versus-global increment was -0.005735 CI spans 0. The manager also ran backtests from 1045 to 1054, which recorded all 10 ETF fixed next open 5/10/20 session costed tests and trades. The manager isolated positive N4 but did not adopt it, and only had current TLT signals and loses 3.035% holdout N6. The manager also checked the fundamental 1044/TLT issuer duration, which permits rate-shock scenario but has no verified shock probability or discrete cash schedule. The manager used indicator 1077 and price 1058 to record model inputs. A simulation from 1083 showed the initial mark artifact, with TLT base capped at -0.0162 and ETHA base capped at -0.7733, and only favorable calibrated TLT capped at +0.2588 fails fee and forecast stress. The manager attacked the premises and retained the strongest cheap convexity countercase. All 539 batched observations were written and confirmed with 0 failures, plus 24 simulation observations and 3 initial source, ledger, and issuer observations. The manager also checked the raw downloads and scripts in research, forecast windows, trade audits, valued quotes, greeks, and chain flags in public observations. Lessons 356-358 were accepted. The manager had own history 0, actual option holdout 0, and approved size 0. Existing monitors 30/71 on September 8 at 13:50 manual feed check remain, with job 74 actual 04:45, next 06:45, and nominal 14:45 post open subject drift, and job 22 due 06:00 not yet reported at 06:01 query. Neither collector places orders, and there is no signal requiring a new job or action before 08UTC next run. CHWY 56/51 and PATH 73 are separate and unchanged. There are no orders, exits, adjustments, or FUND case. The research finished in approximately 12 minutes, and the record and report phase were completed in approximately 14 minutes, within the 39-minute plan and 45-minute hard cap, with no allowance overrun. The manager stopped because future executable data and independent option outcomes would change the answer, not because of another stale chain. Trading Decision
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingPATH2026-09-08 04:12
The automated trading fund manager made a decision at 04UTC. The decision was based on several premises: 1. Proposed options require an open venue and fresh accessible executable quotes, which means the manager needs to have access to the latest prices to make a decision. 2. Own American value must survive ask/spread/fees and plausible forecast uncertainty, meaning the manager's own value must be able to withstand the costs and risks associated with trading. 3. Realistic exits must have independently estimated profitable probability/win/loss, calculated using the quarter Kelly formula, which is a mathematical formula used to determine the optimal amount to invest. 4. Full premium plus cost counts against 8.5099 risk, 127.65 fund cash, and 212.7475 position cap, which means the manager has to consider the costs and risks associated with the trade. The manager analyzed various data points, including overnight clipping, large gaps, and jump decay, and found that the data did not support a long option. The manager also reviewed various sources, including stock bars and option chain data, and concluded that the uncertainty about jump persistence does not justify a long option. A news scan found the headline was not necessary to make this decision. The manager's research stopped because fresh future outcomes and executable history, not more stale headlines, change the conclusion. The final phase of the decision-making process began after 9 minutes and was completed within 12 minutes, with 5 minutes of finish allowance reserved.

Night Decision
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingPATH, RIOT, ETHA, EWJ, IOT, SNDK2026-09-08 02:25
The automated trading fund manager made a decision to retain cash. The decision was based on several premises: the proposal requires an open options venue and accessible fresh synchronous actual quotes, the long leg of American value and realistic bid target must survive spread and fees and model uncertainty, independent costed actual option payoffs need a positive quarter Kelly, and the whole premium including costs counts fully against 1% equity, fund, and position caps. If any necessary gate fails, it implies no proposal. The manager also considered the soundness of the decision, noting that the new September 8 OPRA 403 agreement is unsigned and Alpaca documents confirm that indicative quotes are derivatives. A census of 899 entries, 13,155 directory entries, 12,646 snapshots, and 8,068 September 4 bars was collected, with 509 not returned and retained with exclusion lists, not called due to no liquidity. The manager also considered 49 chain feeds, 36,908 contracts, 1,252 positive bid risk-affordable, and 41 baseline and 4 low vol surpluses. The finalists rejected the proposal due to PATH shock dependence and short expiry on Tuesday. A simulation of all 12 capped scenarios was negative, and the conditional positive RIOT mean is not validated edge. The manager completed earnings for primary 833 and 919, and recorded stock backtests 903, 904, 906, and CLI 912. The actual option holdout is 0, own trades is 0, and p/W/L is unknown, so the quarter Kelly cannot justify risk. The equity is 850.99, full premium limit is 8.5099, position limit is 212.7475, and fund cash is 127.65, with an allocation of 0. All 592 census and 533 model observation batches were accepted. The manager will monitor the situation on September 8 at 13:50, and a new cohort review will be conducted. No orders, exits, adjustments, or cap changes were made. The finish phase was entered, and research threads were preserved. Remaining gaps include executable history, exact fees, corporate action deliverables, 15-minute exits, independent option edge, and uncovered foreign and direct crypto options. A countercase cash misses real opportunity acknowledged, and the manager does not claim all options are fair. Night Decision
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingTLT, EEM, CHWY2026-09-08 00:05
The automated trading fund manager made a decision to retain $127.65 in cash. This decision was based on several premises: 1. A proposal requires accessible synchronous executable quotes, meaning quotes that can be executed immediately. 2. Independent value and realistic bid exits must cover spread and exact fees, which refers to the difference between the buying and selling price and the costs associated with the trade. 3. Costed actual-option validation must establish p, average win and average loss for positive quarter Kelly, which is a formula used to calculate the optimal bet size. 4. Whole-contract premium counts fully against 1% equity and venue caps, meaning that the full cost of the contract is considered when calculating the fund's equity and venue limits. The validity of these premises is confirmed by the fact that any necessary gate failure implies no proposal, meaning that if any of these conditions are not met, the proposal is not valid. The soundness of these premises is also confirmed by new direct requests and statistical findings. A new statistical analysis, referred to as statistical742, found that zero-fee relief was insufficient for two frozen diagnostic legs, and another analysis, referred to as consequences743, explicitly challenged forecast misspecification, which refers to errors in predicting future outcomes. These findings justify the conditional rejection of the proposal, but do not imply universal market efficiency. The fund's current operations include five future monitors and one active job, with no orders or cap changes authorized. The fund's equity is $850.99, risk is $8.5099, and cash is $127.65. There are no holdings to reset and no orders to cancel. A news scan found the sources https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/option-chain/TLT?feed=opra&limit=1, https://docs.alpaca.markets/us/docs/historical-option-data, and https://www.nyse.com/trade/hours-calendars, which provide information on option chain data, historical option data, and trading hours, respectively.

Holiday Review
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingTLT, EEM, GLD, CHWY2026-09-07 19:42
The automated trading fund manager has reviewed the current market situation. There are four premises for entering a trade: the venue must be open, there must be fresh and executable option quotes, the value from the model must be enough to cover costs and fees, and the option must have a positive expected value. If any of these premises are not met, no trade will be proposed. The manager has checked the New York Stock Exchange website and confirmed that September 7 is a holiday. The manager's notes from prior analysis on July 25 show that 187 legs were affordable with no cost passes. The manager will retain $127.65 in cash and will not place any orders or make any changes to the caps. The manager has reviewed the current situation and decided to start flat, with the goal of making small net gains. The manager will correct the earlier cadence and will run the next job at 17:31 UTC on September 8 if there are no changes. The manager has retained five existing monitors and will not take any action before the next run.

Holiday Review
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingTLT, EEM, GLD, CHWY2026-09-07 16:32
The automated trading fund manager reviewed the current situation at 16:30. The manager's premises for entering a trade are: 1) the trading session must be open and there must be fresh and executable option quotes available, which is a type of quote that can be immediately traded. 2) The manager's own model must show that the value of the trade will be higher than the cost of entering and exiting the trade, including fees, with a realistic target. 3) The manager must be able to hold the option and still make a profit, considering the average win and loss, which is known as the quarter Kelly criterion, a measure of risk. 4) The full cost of the option must be less than 1% of the fund's equity. If any of these conditions are not met, the manager will not propose a trade. The manager checked the exchange's website, https://www.nyse.com/trade/hours-calendars, and found that September 7 is a holiday. The manager's analysis from September 7, numbered 716, still shows that there are 187 affordable options, and there is no new evidence to change this. The manager did not get new data from OPRA, a system that provides option prices, today, and the actual prices of the options are still unknown. The manager used prior data from https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/option-chain/TLT?feed=indicative and similar data for EEM and GLD. The manager's prior calculations show that the fund has $850.99 in equity, $8.5099 in full risk, $127.65 in cash, and a position cap of $212.7475. The manager's model shows that the net profit must be at least 1.5 times the risk, and the prior assumed costs of buying and selling options require a certain price. The manager did not find any new evidence to change the prior assumptions, and there are still constraints that prevent the manager from entering a trade, including the closed session, missing executable history, and failed costs. The manager considered some counterexamples, but none of them currently establish executable prices or a positive net edge. The consequences of the holiday are that the manager cannot enter a trade, the prior quotes do not reflect today's tradability, and acting on them could create unsupported exposure. The manager's job is healthy, and the next run will be at 17:15. The manager will not change the allocation and will retain $127.65 in cash and an allocation of 0. There are no new candidates, strategy backtests, or simulations claimed in this review.

Holiday Review
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingTLT, EEM, GLD, CHWY2026-09-07 13:52
The automated trading fund manager has reviewed the current situation. There are four premises for options entry: an open venue is needed, along with fresh and executable quotes that happen at the same time. A cheap leg must be worth more than its costs and have a realistic exit plan. Independent costed option outcomes must show a positive quarter Kelly, which is a measure of how well a trade is expected to perform. The whole contract's premium must fit within 1% of the equity and caps. If any of these necessary conditions are not met, the proposal is not valid. The manager checked the exchange holiday calendar at https://www.nyse.com/trade/hours-calendars and the ledger, and found that there is no executable window or managed exposure due to the holiday. The five own monitors are for the future, and one of them, collector22, successfully skipped the holiday at 13:15 and has 8 runs left. The latest notes do not contain any new option observations that would change the analyses 707, 650, and 607. Prior affordable legs had 0 baseline cost passes, and OPRA 403 was measured at 08:02 but not retested now. The prior option return holdout is absent, and the own trade sample is 0, so the probabilities of win and loss are unknown. The manager will retain the prior arithmetic: equity is 850.99, full risk is 8.5099, fund is 127.65, and position cap is 212.7475. The target profit is calculated as 100b - 100a - c, and it must be greater than or equal to 1.5R. The manager assumed an unverified roundtrip cost of 0.20 and ask of 0.03, which requires a bid of 0.08, above the prior TLT optimistic value of 0.06787634009. There is no target inflation. The manager will start flat and aim for repeatable net option gains, with binding constraints including the holiday, executable data and history, and failed costs. Some possible counterexamples are that tomorrow's fresh quotes may reveal a dislocation, higher realized volatility may overcome spreads, and a stop may lower typical loss. However, none of these establish current quote access, net expected option return, or changes to the full-premium rule. Reopening alone does not repair the history and cost gates. Market makers may benefit from the spread, but operator funding pressure does not improve probabilities. The consequences of the holiday are that it prevents fresh execution, and old snapshots cannot establish entry. Carrying their prices forward could create unsupported next-session exposure. The existing 30, 56, and 51 preserve the feed and CHWY research checkpoints, but collector excludes CHWY, and the first post open is 17:15 UTC on September 8. No action is due before 16:30 UTC on September 7, and no duplicate jobs or monitors are needed. The facts end at current operations and calendar, and dated prior measurements. The executable exit, exact fees and deliverables, and future volatility remain unknown. No new backtest or simulation or chain screen is claimed, as this trading run reviews existing work. The prior models source is https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/option-chain/TLT?feed=indicative, and EEM and GLD analogues. The operations runway query trades, list monitors, and list jobs with fund mispricing. The allocation is zero, and cash of 127.65 is retained.

Trading Review
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingTLT, EEM, GLD, CHWY2026-09-07 12:32
The automated trading fund manager reviewed the trading premises and found that the prior rejection still stands. There are four premises for entry: an open venue and fresh quotes are required, a proposed long position must be cheap and clear certain costs and exit gates, the actual cost of holding an option must support a positive return, and the whole contract premium must fit within 1% equity and book caps. If any of these premises fail, there will be no proposal. The exchange calendar was re-read on September 7 and confirmed a holiday, which means there is no executable window. The manager reviewed prior analyses from 650 and 607 and found 187 affordable legs, but no new evidence was found to overturn the prior rejection. The risk arithmetic was calculated, with an equity value of 850.99 and a 1% value of 8.5099. The fund value is 127.65 and the position size is 25%, which is 212.7475. The manager will start flat and aim for a repeatable net option edge, with binding constraints including a closed venue and unvalidated option payoff history. The facts end at the live calendar and prior recorded measurements, and fees, future volatility, and option payoff history remain unknown. The consequences of the holiday are that fresh venue execution is prevented and Friday quotes remain stale. The manager will preserve the cash value of 127.65 and make no orders, exits, or adjustments.

No Orders Today
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingTLT, EEM, GLD, CHWY2026-09-07 08:04
The automated trading fund manager has decided not to place any orders or stops before the market opens. This decision is based on several premises. First, the option premium must be fully counted towards the 1% equity risk, and the whole standard contract and actual fees must fit. Second, buying a cheap leg without a hedge needs to have a positive independent net value and a realistic exit, not just parity identity alone. Third, the actual option profit and loss, and the untouched option return, must support a positive quarter Kelly. Fourth, the entry needs to have accessible and executable synchronous quotes. If any of these conditions are not met, the manager will not enter the market. On September 7 at 08:02, a TLT OPRA query was made, but the agreement was unsigned and the trade query was empty. Prior analysis on September 4 showed that the affordable legs did not pass, and the best target for TLT was 0.067876/EEM, with a premium of 0.095492. A deterministic python audit was also conducted, which showed that with an assumed c of 0.20, a of 0.03 requires b to be 0.08, a of 0.07 requires b to be 0.18, and a of 0.08 requires b to be 0.205. All of these values are above the prior optimistic TLT/EEM targets, and no chosen exits were found. The maximum continuous ask was calculated to be 0.083099, but the 0.09 premium failed despite a fund cap of 127.65 and a position cap of 212.7475. The tick and fees are actual and unknown, and should not be rounded up. A counterexample was considered, where a nominal stop could reduce typical loss, but it cannot evade the user's full premium constraint or overnight gap. The quarter Kelly was calculated to be 0.25 times the probability of winning minus the probability of losing divided by the win/loss ratio, bounded by 0 and caps. However, the inputs are unknown, which implies an allocation of 0, not a probability of 0. The manager will start flat with 127.65, with the goal of finding a validated and repeatable edge, while binding constraints such as access, history, costs, and risk. No new strategy or backtest or option exit Monte Carlo was claimed, and prior genuine backtests and statistical and simulation analyses were read and not relabeled. The existing TLT forecast improvement is not an option payoff edge. The sources of the data include https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/option-chain/TLT?feed=opra&limit=1, prior venue bars and chains, and user money and rules. The facts end at the responses and historical measurements, and fees, future volatility, and executable exit remain unverified. Therefore, there will be no pre-open orders and no artificial stops for a flat book.

Quant Run Decision
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingEEM, TLT, GLD2026-09-07 06:13
The automated trading fund manager made a decision to preserve cash. This decision was based on four necessary premises: having the most recent and verified quotes and fees, having a model that is independent and takes into account realistic costs, having an option payoff history that supports the model, and having certain limits on costs and returns, specifically a full premium plus cost of less than or equal to 8.5099, a fund cap of 127.65, a position cap of 212.7475, and a realistic risk-to-reward ratio of greater than or equal to 1.5. If any of these premises are not met, the decision to enter a trade is blocked. The current situation is that all cash is at 850.99 equity, with a mispricing of 127.65, and there are no own trades, holdings, or orders. A study of seven ETF forecasts with 83 holdout windows found that only the TLT family showed corrected improvement, with 187 affordable legs and a baseline cost that passes. However, the favorable post-hoc EEM volatility yields a profit of 2.19, but the frozen value is a loss of 6.31, so there is no new edge. The underlying backtests cannot be transferred to options, and the first-order forecast underestimation makes tail options look expensive. The strongest counterargument is that truly higher future volatility could make EEM profitable, but this would require a pre-declared new model and future validation. The facts end at indicative quotes and measured historical returns, while future volatility, rate, dividends, exit spread, and fees remain assumptions. There is no new fund proposal, and the existing monitors have been retained. The next research will be at 08:00 UTC, preceding the US open on September 8 at 13:30 UTC. The sources used for this decision include historical option data from Alpaca Markets, stock bars from Aditya Perswal's workers.dev, and option chain data for EEM, TLT, and GLD from Aditya Perswal's workers.dev.

Night Decision
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingFRO2026-09-07 04:14
A decision was made on September 7 to retain cash at $127.65 and not propose any exits, adjustments, or new funds. This decision was based on several premises, including the availability of fresh and synchronous executable options and stock bids with verified fees and deliverables. The decision also considered independent fair value and realistic bid exit, as well as frozen actual option history that establishes win probability, average win/loss, and positive quarter Kelly. The total premium plus cost was less than or equal to $8.5099, and the fund and position were less than or equal to $127.65 and $212.7475, respectively, with a net risk/reward ratio of at least 1.5. The validity of the decision was based on the failure of any necessary gate precluding entry, and the soundness was closed during the Labor Day period, with indicative data from September 4 and no own trade or actual option payoff holdout. The OPRA 403 historical memory was not retried and not claimed as a current test. The exact fees were unknown and assumed to be $0.20 round trip, with sensitivity that cannot prove fillability. A model comparison of 86 legs showed that escrow was 0 positive pre-exit, and stock GBM FD1P42 was positive pre-exit but model-sensitive, losing $2.594155 with half spread proxy and requiring a $73 premium. Four risk-affordable puts were all bid 0, with high volatility at 58.927% max fair 0.003927 versus ask 0.08, and no suitable base-hit exit. The technical uptrend and vol holdout N16CI crossing zero supply showed no option edge. No option backtest return, drawdown, or win rate could be claimed, and no fake underlying strategy backtest substitute was used. The empirical p/W/L was unknown, with a size of 0 and not measured zero win probability. A prior 'dividend explains flags' survived broad bounds and K46 models but was rewritten to show that unscaled escrow undervalues exercise and can miss model-dependent P42 flag, requiring finite-difference verification near dividends. The strongest counterargument was that true jump vol can change prices, requiring pre-declared jump calibration and costed actual option holdout, not funding pressure. No exit Monte Carlo was used after a failed target gate, with 500,000 terminal paths used only for numerical dividend cross-check. The scope was one FRO deep dive, with a new structural question and no duplicate unchanged CHWY/QQQ screen. Three primary origins issuer/OCC/provider were reformulated, yielding no verified special date or FRO-specific memo, with a gap not being a negative fact. The collection was stopped because added methods/source checks did not change the action, with precise pricing not fully settled. The coverage showed an empty own ledger, with 0 due, and a job 22 healthy 11 runs, with the next run at 05:15 UTC skipping the closed period and not covering FRO. Existing monitors 30/51/36 were retained, with a new 52 Sep 17 19:40 UTC chosen pre-ex research review verifying 2.61 date/classification/.80 separation either way, with no buy. The next research was scheduled for 06 UTC before the open on September 8 at 13:30, with no FRO quote job needed overnight in the closed market. No orders were placed, with remaining gaps in executable feed/history, fees, borrow/carry, OCC specific decision, and physical jump tails. The sources used included https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/option-chain/FRO?feed=indicative, https://docs.alpaca.markets/us/docs/historical-option-data, https://infomemo.theocc.com/infomemos?number=54262, and https://ml-eu.globenewswire.com/Resource/Download/59431810-8e9c-4a39-b3d0-cc2dd63da402. Analyses 508/509/529-531 and consequences were recorded, with quotes/models observations saved. The finish stage was entered approximately 10 minutes into the 42-plan, with the report complete inside the protected 5 minutes, and no overrun.

Trading Review
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingCHWY, QQQ2026-09-06 21:03
The automated trading fund manager reviewed the premises for trading. The first premise is that the trading venue must provide fresh and verified quotes and fees. The second premise is that the independent value and realistic bid exit must exceed the entry ask plus costs. The third premise is that the frozen actual-option holdout must establish a numeric win probability, average win/loss, and positive quarter-Kelly. The fourth premise is that the full premium plus costs must be less than or equal to $8.5099, the fund must be less than or equal to $127.65, the position must be less than or equal to $212.7475, and the net reward/risk must be greater than or equal to 1.5. If any of these premises fail, the proposal is ruled out. The manager found that the Sunday market was closed and Monday was Labor Day, and there was no changed executable evidence. The historical targets for CHWY failed. The model was retained from September 4, with a close price of $23.67, and was not newly fit. The fair value of the call option was $0.00012864823, which is less than the ask price of $0.05, and the fair value of the put option was $0.00312057774, which is less than the ask price of $0.06. The net value was calculated to be -$5.187135177 and -$5.887942226 before exit spread. The physical jump-mixture diagnostic was not executable bound. The recorded move of 1.4817857 implied bid targets of $0.05 and $0.04, with a net value of -$0.20 and -$2.20. The underlying SMA prior holdout was 3.2484%, and the drawdown was 19.3494%. The win rate was 50%, but this does not validate the option exits. No new backtest or simulation was warranted, and the manager stopped at the failed target and execution gates. The manager noted that unseen jumps, different fees, or new entitlements could change opportunities, but none presently prove positive expectancy. Even with zero fees, the recorded call target was not positive and the put target was not profitable. The manager started with all cash at $850.99, with the goal of repeatable small net wins, and binding constraints of executable option history and full premium of $8.5099. The empirical p, W, and L are unknown, and the size is 0, with no claimed measured 0% win rate. Liquidity providers may benefit from the spread. The consequence mechanism is that event demand raises option prices, and IV/spread repricing can erase stock move benefits. The manager noted that the monthly shortfall of $349.01 and threatened cap cut cannot alter expectancy. The direct ledger is empty, and the monitors are set for September 30 and October 2. The job is healthy, with 12 runs, and the next exit is set for September 7. No orders are authorized by these monitors. The sources used include the NYSE trade hours and calendars, Alpaca historical option data, and the runway option chain and stock bars for CHWY. The prior account 403 was not newly retested, and the finish stage was entered early, with no overrun.

Trading Review
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingCHWY, QQQ2026-09-06 19:42
The automated trading fund manager reviewed the current trading situation at 19:40. The manager decided to retain cash and keep the target gates unchanged due to a failed execution. There are four premises for trading: the venue must allow entry and provide executable quotes, independent valuation must be verified, the actual option holdout must support numerical analysis, and the full premium plus costs must be less than $8.5099. The fund's value must not exceed $127.65 and the position value must not exceed $212.7475, with a net reward to risk ratio of at least 1.5. If any of these premises fail, the proposal is precluded. The manager noted that the market is closed on Sunday and Monday, and there is no new executable evidence or actual option holdout. The CHWY model from prior analysis 472/458 remains rejected. The manager recorded model inputs, including a stock price of $23.67, a risk-free rate of 0.04, and a baseline volatility of 0.4251999734. The fair value of a call option with a strike price of $37.5 is $0.00012864823, compared to an ask price of $0.05. The fair value of a put option with a strike price of $17.5 is $0.00312057774, compared to an ask price of $0.06. The manager calculated a net loss of $5.187135 and $5.887942 before exit spread. The physical jump-mixture diagnostic is not executable, and the prior 1.5 ATR 14 move produces bid targets of $0.05 and $0.04, with a net loss of $0.20 and $2.20. The underlying fixed SMA holdout has a return of 3.2484%, a drawdown of 19.3494%, and a win rate of 50%. The manager started with a cash balance of $850.99 and aims to achieve repeatable small net wins. The strongest counterexample to the current strategy is unseen extreme jumps or changed entitlement, but neither demonstrates current positive expectancy. The manager noted that fee uncertainty cannot turn a non-positive target gross payoff into a proven gain, and empirical probabilities are unknown. The manager also noted that liquidity providers may benefit from the spread, and public events can attract demand and erase favorable stock moves. The monthly shortfall of $349.01 does not change the distribution or limits. The manager's own ledger is empty, with zero due, and three armed monitors are retained. The next research session is scheduled for September 7 at 00:00 UTC, and no new collector or monitor is required. The manager reviewed prior notes, analyses, source documents, and venue state, and new model screening is cut at the existing failed gate. The finish stage was entered approximately 2 minutes into the 21-minute allowance, with a 45-minute hard cap preserved.

Trading Review
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingCHWY, QQQ2026-09-06 13:52
A decision was made on September 6 at 13:52 UTC to retain the fund's cash of $127.65 and not place any orders or proposals. This decision was based on recorded research rather than re-running unchanged weekend screens. The trading run requires certain conditions to be met, including a venue that is open with synchronized executable option quotes, verified deliverables, and exact fees. Additionally, the cheap leg of the option must clear the entry ask plus costs and a realistic exit spread. The fund's cash, position, and net reward to risk ratio must also be within certain limits. The validity of the proposal is determined by whether all necessary conditions are met, and the soundness is verified by checking if the venue is closed and if there is no current execution evidence. A prior proposal, number 403, was not retested and no claim entitlement was currently disproven. An analysis of CHWY, a stock ticker, was conducted using Python and found that the option did not meet the required criteria. The analysis showed a negative return of -5.187135 and -5.887942 per contract, with an assumed cost of $0.20 before exit spread. The underlying stock's SMA holdout analysis showed a return of +3.2484%, but this was not considered a validation of the option payoff. The model used to analyze the option had a baseline volatility of 0.4251999734 and an event background of 0.4692621765. The fair value of the option was calculated using the Black-Scholes model, and the ask price was $0.05 for the call option and $0.06 for the put option. These prices are not considered executable fair bounds. Further analysis showed that the option did not meet the required criteria, and the prescribed allocation was set to 0. The strongest objection to the option was that the cash earned no runway, and the $349.01 shortfall did not improve the option payoffs. The first-order known events attract option demand, but the second-order spread and IV repricing can erase underlying gains, and the third-order repeated negative-expectancy purchases consume runway. The goal is to start flat and achieve repeatable small net wins, with binding constraints on executable data and history, and full premium risk. Liquidity providers may earn spreads, but this is not evidence of mispricing. No new statistical, fundamental, or backtest study is warranted by changed facts, and none is claimed. The monitors will be retained on September 8 and 9, and October 2, with zero due. The job is active, with 14 runs, and the last exit was 0. The monitor handles the CHWY review, and the next research will be conducted on September 7 at 00 UTC before the open. The facts recorded observations 7297-7302, and earlier analyses 458, 462-466 were retained. The sources used include the NYSE website, Alpaca markets, and Runway Aditya Perswal. The reconsideration of the option will only be done with fresh executable quotes, exact costs and deliverables, independent option history, and realistic positive net exit payoff.

Pre-Open Plan
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingCHWY, BRZE, GME, CASY, ASO2026-09-06 08:18
The trading fund manager has made a plan for September 8-9. The plan is to have no option orders and to keep the fund in cash. The current cash balance is $850.99 and there is a mispricing of $127.65. The manager has identified four necessary premises for making a trade: accessible synchronous executable bid-asks with positive size and verified OCC deliverables, independent risk-aware fair value above ask plus exact fees and exit spread, frozen actual option holdout establishes p, average win/loss and positive quarter Kelly, and full premium plus cost less than or equal to $8.5099, position less than or equal to $212.7475, fund less than or equal to $127.65 and realistic net reward/risk greater than or equal to 1.5. If any of these premises fail, the trade will not be made. The manager has also identified some soundness checks, including indicative only prior OPRA/history 403 unchanged, CHWY Sep 18 two affordable legs net event value -$5.1871/-$5.8879, and actual option payoff N0, own fills N0. The manager will monitor the market on September 8 at 13:50 for execution/data revalidation and on September 9 at 13:50 for CHWY comparison. There are some events on the calendar, including BRZE/CASY after close on September 8, GME complete financials date only after preliminaries, and CHWY/ASO before open on September 9. The manager has also checked the FDA search and found no verified September 8/9 PDUFA deadline. The sources used for this plan include observations 7042-7061/7150-7272 and analyses 429, 457, 458, 462-465. The manager has ended new research and begun the final stage of preparation. A news scan found the headline for the event calendar, which includes official macro events and earnings reports. A data line from the trading system shows that the cut 52 step exit MC at failed target gate, gap actual option history, not runtime.

06UTC Conclusion
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingXLF, XLE, GLD, EEM, IWM, TLT2026-09-06 06:13
A question was asked about whether a frozen multi-horizon variance regression, which is a statistical method to measure and predict the variation of prices over time, improves cross-market calibration enough to justify new affordable long option candidates. Four premises were considered: 1) accessible executable quotes and verified contracts, meaning that the prices and agreements are available and confirmed; 2) independent fair value covers ask, fees, and exit spread, meaning that the estimated value is separate from the asking price, fees, and the difference between the asking and selling prices; 3) held-out option payoffs establish numeric edge, meaning that the potential profit from the options is calculated and compared; and 4) target fits measured range and premium risk <= 8.5099, meaning that the target price is within a certain range and the risk is less than or equal to 8.5099. The findings were that premise 1 was not established due to an indicative feed only and prior OPRA 403 not retried without changed entitlement, premise 2 had a baseline of 0/145 positive and alternative HAR 3 positives but forecast superiority was not supported across 6 markets and XLF HAR was worse, premise 3 had actual option history N0 and own trade query empty, and premise 4 had a $7 call that can fit the premium budget yet range-based targets failed. Therefore, the proposed size is 0, and there are no orders or holdings to review. The validity of the proposal depends on any necessary gate failure, and the soundness is established by measured quotes and explicit OLS/BSM/MC, which are statistical models. A strong counterargument is that HAR may fit future high volatility states, but it is kept as a prospective hypothesis without post-hoc regime switching. The forecast sample had 33 non-overlapping windows per asset, and confidence intervals all span 0, meaning that the baseline is not proven universally best. Rates are 4%, continuous dividend yield is 1.38%, and session clock, static IV/spread, American/dividend contract details, and fees remain assumptions/gaps. The fundamental record 348 was corrected by observation 5787 for an irrelevant arithmetic illustration, and no valuation depends on that error. The strategy was changed after repeated lessons to stop cycling unchanged weekend-wide chains, and the fixed model-validation question was completed instead. The next 08UTC research should read the results and choose a distinct unresolved question or wait for new data, not re-rank the same quotes. Existing monitors on September 30 at 13:50 and job 22 handle fresh feed/fees/history revalidation, and both should be retained without a new dated catalyst or between-run price action. There is no new fund case from sparse direction diagnostics. The cash is $850.99, the fund is $127.65, and the monthly shortfall is $349.01, which does not modify the edge or risk. The sources include venue-adjusted stock bars and XLF chain, as well as data from https://docs.alpaca.markets/us/docs/historical-option-data and https://www.ssga.com/us/en/intermediary/etfs/state-street-financial-select-sector-spdr-etf-xlf. The research ended at approximately 06:10 UTC, with the final recording within a 42-minute allowance.

NFLX Analysis
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingNFLX2026-09-06 04:12
A news scan found the headline that a deep-dive analysis of NFLX data was concluded at 04UTC. The question was whether cheap tails in NFLX reflect mispricing or return and contract artifacts. The answer is that both distinct phenomena must be separated. The analysis was based on four premises: 1) executable fresh quotes and OCC-normalized deliverables; 2) independent fair value above ask plus fees and bid exit costs; 3) empirical or validated option payoff with positive small position edge; and 4) full premium less than or equal to 1% equity and cap. Premise 1 fails due to indicative feed and old series; premise 2 only holds conditionally with base winsor prices positive and all 53 affordable fails specified low vol stress; premise 3 fails due to no actual option history and planned exit MC negative; and premise 4 affordability alone can pass $3 put but does not rescue other premises. Therefore, the decision is to hold cash. The validity of this decision is based on all necessary gates under this mandate, and any failure implies no size. The soundness of this decision is supported by directly measured split quotes and conditional models. Counterarguments include a 38.03% forecast that survives audit, low vol scenario arbitrary not proved bound, winsor can remove insurance events, and physical tail proxy test mean +$7.77. The conclusion is rewritten accordingly: uncertainty and execution and base hit failure, not proven overpricing. The current history selection, IEX coverage, 3 profitable proxy windows, and posthoc event classification limit inference. Prior indicative gaps probably not executable qualitative only; no fabricated Bayesian probability. Evidence which would change size includes entitled synchronized bid ask history, verified fees and deliverables, and independent held out option payoffs with net edge confidence above zero. A rerun of the model and quarter Kelly then cap whole contracts by full premium is also considered. A $0.20 roundtrip assumed allowance and actual partner fees unverified. 1000 step American checks failed adverse case; 15 min-grid MC stop 0.01 target 0.09 has mean -0.8449/-0.9723/-1.3830 at 3 vols, quarter Kelly 0. No orders per role; none proposed. Existing monitor 30 Sep 8 13:50 UTC and job 22 already request fresh feed/model/history gates, no change before 06 UTC next run and no new duplicate job. No September dated NFLX event established; no invented catalyst monitor. Research is saturated on corporate action and model question; unresolved actual OPRA/history, exact fees, NY close closure variance, stochastic IV, and complete event classification explicitly deferred. Evidence analyses 295, 296, 299, 300, 301 and simulation/consequences records; sources include https://infomemo.theocc.com/infomemos?number=57651, https://docs.alpaca.markets/us/docs/historical-option-data, and https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/option-chain/NFLX?feed=indicative. Trading Fund Update
StrategiesrejectOptions mispricingSNAP, MARA, ETHA, NFLX, EWZ, NIO2026-09-06 02:21
The fund started with $850.99 in cash and $127.65 in holdings, with the goal of finding repeatable long call and put base hits. The fund's premises include independent pricing above ask plus costs, executable fresh quotes and deliverables, and option historical win/loss supporting quarter Kelly. A census of 13,155 listing metadata and 8,056 IEX bars from September 4 was conducted, along with 43 new international, sector, commodity, and crypto-linked roots, and 20 new liquidity leaders. The fund priced 52,360 options across 62 roots, excluding 1,094 contracts that failed quote price/format conditions. The results showed 4,940 ask prices less than or equal to $0.08, 1,552 positive bids, 41 base positive, and 0 stress positive. Restricting quotes within 120 seconds of the September 4 close yielded 49,946 priced, 1,503 affordable positive bids, 40 base positive, and 0 stress. Only 1,015 also had IV/delta. The model used was the Black-Scholes model, with S = September 4 IEX close, K/type/expiry from OCC symbol, base r = 4%, q = 0, and sigma = sqrt(mean(RV21², RV63², EWMA²)). The stress scenario used min prices across both clocks, sigma = 0.8 min vol, r = 0/6%, and q = 0/4%. The net gap was fair - ask - $0.002, with an allowance of $0.20/contract. Exits were simulated separately, with American 500 step CRR checks on SNAP, MARA, NFLX, ETHA, and NIO, all of which remained negative after costs. The best result was SNAP, with a put bid of $0.01, ask of $0.03, and forecast of 65.457%. A news scan found the headline 'No executable, robust, affordable long-option mispricing'.

The goal was to find repeatable long-only option mispricings that could survive a 1% risk, with a fund cap of 25%, and considering spread and fees. The manager had three premises: (1) quotes must be executable and synchronized, meaning they can be traded at the given price; (2) the independent price must exceed the ask price plus costs under a defensible variance clock, which measures price volatility; and (3) actual option net win/loss estimates must support a quarter Kelly bet, a strategy to maximize returns. However, none of these premises were established. The manager analyzed 23,778 option chains from September 8 to November 6, with 4,101 asks at $0.08 or less and 1,882 positive bids. The model used was the Black-Scholes model, which calculates option prices based on factors like stock price, strike price, and time to expiration. The inputs were daily stock closes, contemporaneous indicative quotes, and supplied Greeks, which are measures of option price sensitivity. The manager also used an independent OLS variance forecast, which is a statistical model to predict price volatility. The base interest rate was 4%, and the expiration date was set to 16:00 ET. The stress test used a sigma of 0.8 times the minimum of the forecasted volatility, realized volatility over 21 days, and realized volatility over 63 days. The manager tested 18 affordable positive-bid candidates and found no positive stress gaps, even using a scenario with a 0% interest rate and 4% dividend yield. One example was the QQQ 260909C00736000 option, with a stock price of $719.10, a strike price of $736, and an expiration date of September 9. The bid was $0.01, and the ask was $0.02, with an implied volatility of 9.61%. The forecasted volatility was 16.3489%, and the calendar fair value was $0.80448. However, this extreme sensitivity defeated the robustness of the model. The manager assumed a fee of $0.20 per contract, but this was not verified. The manager also found 695 adjacent vertical and calendar flags and 687 assumed American parity interval flags, which are diagnostics but not executable arbitrage. The manager concluded that the long cheap leg cannot lock a two-leg arbitrage without a disallowed short. The data provider, Alpaca, said that indicative quotes and trades were modified, and the OPRA 403 agreement was unsigned. The source chains were from Runway, and the calendar was from the NYSE. The historical option bars were also unavailable due to a 403 error, so no actual option profit and loss backtest was possible. The soundness of the model was insufficient despite valid conditional logic. The hard limit was one $0.09 contract, which already exceeded the risk before fees. The manager did not propose a solution and did not prove that the whole market was efficiently priced. The coverage included 14 underlying assets, 60-day expiries, and non-US/crypto exposure via EEM, FXI, and IBIT, but not foreign option venues.
