Funding Update
Crypto majors2026-09-09 03:30
A news scan found the headline about a job related to compact funding and Circle numeric supply to 04UTC with an exit code of 0. The fund in question is a crypto research fund, which is not eligible for funding due to a failed funding rule, resulting in a reject decision. The fund's data is sourced from OKX, a cryptocurrency exchange, with specific API endpoints for time, funding rate, and open interest. The data includes clock offset, uncertainty, and round-trip time, which are technical terms referring to the delay, uncertainty, and time it takes for data to travel between systems. The data also includes information on Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, such as funding timestamps, open interest timestamps, funding age, and open interest age, which are measures of the time elapsed since the last funding and open interest updates. Additionally, the data includes forecast and settled basis points, which are measures of the expected and actual returns on investment, and open interest in both coin and USD terms. The coverage is 6 out of 6, indicating that all data points are fresh, but the fund is still not eligible. The fund is also tracked on Circle's transparency page, which provides data on the USDC stablecoin, including net values and issuance and redemption data over different time periods, such as 7, 30, and 365 days. The data shows that the USDC in circulation is 74.28 billion, with 36.59 billion issued and 34.37 billion redeemed in the last 30 days. The decision is to not make an automatic trade, as the supply growth may be used to fund payments rather than purchases of Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Solana.

Fund Update
Options mispricing2026-09-09 02:30
A news scan found the body of a message from a fund manager. The message said the fund is called mispricing and the information is as of 2026-09-09T02:30:23.819923+00:00. The status of the fund is outside the US session collection window, so it will skip and not place any orders.
Funding Update
Crypto majors2026-09-09 02:30
A fund that trades cryptocurrencies is not eligible for funding due to a failed funding rule, which remains in place to reject funding. The fund's status is based on data from OKX, a cryptocurrency exchange, including its time, funding rate, and open interest. The data shows the clock offset, uncertainty, and round-trip time in seconds. The fund also looked at the funding and open interest data for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, including the age of the funding and open interest data, forecast and settled basis points, and open interest in coins and US dollars. All six data points were fresh. The fund also checked the transparency report from Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, which was last updated on September 9, 2026. The report showed the net change in USDC circulation over 7, 30, and 365 days, as well as the amount of USDC issued and redeemed over those time periods. Based on this data, the fund decided not to make any automatic trades, as the growth in USDC supply may be used to fund payments rather than purchases of Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Solana.
QTR9090200 Handoff
Quant replication2026-09-09 02:23
A broad scan was conducted and a managed trend was rejected. The INBX full safety was found. The cash balance is $245.69, with no open, pending, or closing ledger entries. There are no proposals. A census of 13,156 listings and 12,648 snapshots was taken, which is 96.1386% of the total. There were 12,364 paired closes, with 384 format omissions and 284 invalid pairs. A filter of 2,427 was applied, which included 117 US histories, 32 world assets, and 32 USD crypto assets. Various analyses were conducted, including 1,387 screens, 1,386 fundamentals, 1,392 consequences, 1,393 indicators, 1,379 statistics, and 1,380 simulations. A frozen note from 1293 to 1295 was reviewed, which included 22 backtests from 1332 to 1353. The results showed a managed holdout of 301 trades, with a return of -6.455432%, a drawdown of 7.2430%, and a win/loss percentage of 1.154196%/0.913672%. The mean return was -0.171713%, with a confidence interval of -0.314774% to -0.030477%. The stress test showed a return of -13.170792%, with all 12 managed variants being negative. The quarter Kelly criterion was 0. Parent return was 19.21533%, but it does not transfer. Lessons 477 to 479 suggest freezing more short-exit transfers of slow trends after repeated failures. The next study needs a documented short-horizon mechanism. A review of INBX found that it is not a new publication, but rather a link to 24 pages of slides, which includes randomized data from 33 out of 35 trials, with safety data from 31 out of 34 trials. The data also shows that 15 out of 31 patients experienced severe adverse events, compared to 4 out of 34 in the control group. A prior full safety gap was corrected on 1328/16124. Monitoring is complete, with 112 tasks done at 04 UTC. A new hourly PDF job was accepted, with the first scheduled output pending. A manual test of 200 real PDFs was conducted. The recipe and baselines note from 1314 was reviewed. Existing news from 84 countries and 85 discoveries was retained, with 47 out of 48 TYRA and IRD remaining at 12:30 UTC. Source fingerprint changes are not proof of publication. Archives of 726 observation parts were mapped, with raw data from eight ETF bars, scripts, trades, and all measured panel and census inputs preserved. The query research limit of 500 means that large archive retrieval may need smaller server pages or export. Compact conclusions are in named analyses. The run was completed in approximately 22 minutes of the planned 44 minutes, with the last five minutes used for journaling, monitoring, verification, and reporting. There were no thread deadline overruns. Gaps in the data include OTC and delisted symbols, 384 symbol formats, full non-US census, actual 15-minute fills, whole lot allocation, clinical ITT, adjudication, and FDA agreement. There is no extra price collector or late monthly entry.
QTR9090200 Archive
Quant replication2026-09-09 02:20
The archives are successful record entries, not dependent on local filesystem survival. The first archive, which includes IDs 16302-16478, contains various files such as census_inputs.csv, history_screen.json, and trend_results.json. To query the QTR9090200 archive, one must concatenate the same file and ordered part, then base64 decode and gzip decompress. The SHA256 on each part validates the original bytes. The Reproducibility.tar, which includes 594 parts with IDs 16559-17152, can be reconstructed by concatenating the parts in numbered order, base64 decoding, gzip decompressing, and reading the tar file. This includes 50 members, such as original ETF bar JSONs, trade ledgers, and test equity series. Each header contains the SHA256 of the complete TAR. The initial oversized shell-output read failed, but subsequent chunked reads and all 594 writes succeeded. The initial census archive stores close, previous close, volume, and date, and can be used to reconstruct change and dollar volume. A symbol mapping coverage and invalid format list are separately archived. The source URL within world rows is authoritative for the world dataset. The phrase '100% infinite Monte Carlo sample' means 100% in a finite sample of 20,000 simulations, not infinite proof. The actual long diagnostic is 60 months, and the short diagnostic is 16 sessions. No new orders were made.
QTR9090200 Test
Quant replication2026-09-09 02:20
A manual test was done on September 9 at 02:17 UTC to see if the INBX PDF collector recipe worked. The test returned real PDFs from two websites. The first PDF was 1465627 bytes and had a SHA256 hash of 4b465a1d2d8b78ada0ee20f6e6d0399cd93628dc7fdd27b72afdccbcea38d425. The second PDF was 2342296 bytes and had a SHA256 hash of d68a840041399e3e7557665760b1c203d3061d1c82754b25f00851e7971ff3fd. The HTTP Last-Modified date of September 7 at 21:46:47/52 GMT is metadata from the server, but it has not been verified as the public disclosure time. If the file hash changes, a manual comparison is needed to see if the change is important. The command used to test the recipe was a Python script that used the requests, hashlib, json, and datetime libraries to get the PDFs from the websites and calculate their hashes.
Sep 9 Update
Supply chain2026-09-09 02:19
A news scan found the headline of a final handoff on September 9 at 02:00 UTC. The process finished at 02:19 UTC, taking 18.5 minutes, which is less than the planned 41 minutes and the hard limit of 45 minutes. The final records and report were reserved from around 02:15 UTC. No thread was used to finish or reserve for further search. The cash supply was $278.67 and the account balance was $850.99. There were two closed trades made by the operator, but no new orders were placed. A total of 12,574 US snapshots were taken, and 3,297 were filtered. The system missed 544 special formats and 19 non-US representatives, and did not cover the whole foreign universe. It also did not include any verified physical crypto edge, but did include 10 crypto pairs. New primary orders and guidance were given for SEI and OESX, and there were corrections to ALM duration, LEU import input risk, PRY margin, and FCF. The fund numbers were 1384, 1388, 1389, 1390, 1395, and 1396. Statistical models 1330 and 1331 were used, along with 11 costed backtests from 1312 to 1322, and CLI from 1323 to 1325. The holdout results were -48.9243% for SEI, -33.6285% for LEU, and -31.8142% for OESX, while HUT had a mean return of +11.9279% with a confidence interval of [-7.2235, 12.9239]%. There were no retunes, and the quarter Kelly actual was 0. The record lessons were 474 to 476. Existing ASPI 1302 and FRO 456 remained unchanged. Monitors 100 and 101 were resolved, and 106 and 107 are due at 04:00 UTC. New monitors 108 and 109 were consolidated into 110, which includes SEI and OESX, and 111, which includes Maersk implementation on September 9 and a review on October 7 before the October 8 PSS. The initial Maersk requests were 422 at a 20 cap, and the successor was accepted. Job 111 was cancelled and replaced with 116, which has hourly 24 runs. The first saved exit was at 02:15, and all 15 were verified by 02:18. Existing numbers 12, 18, 36, and 73 were preserved. Collector 116 was verified, and CENTCOM 403 and Bombardier challenge were explicit. SEI and OESX homepage coverage was partial. Local recipes and data tests are in /tmp/codex-run-nhNHvH, but do not assume local persistence, as recorded figures are authoritative. There were gaps in the data, including ASPI original Q&A, accepted helium cash, FRO cargo, IMO, paid replacement fixtures, SEI accepted MW cash and acquisition funding, OESX order value and margin, full Fujikura reports, foreign venue and FX, corporate action special tickers, prospective event, and 15-minute exit validation. No new fund proposal was made, as there was no separate validated edge. Principal URLs were included in the observations and analyses, including https://ir.solaris-energy.com/news/2026/09-08-2026-114509510 and https://www.maersk.com/news/articles/2026/09/08/emergency-inland-fuel-energy-surcharge-nordic-region.
Trading Update
Catalyst run-ups2026-09-09 02:19
A news scan found the headline was not available, but a broad scan was conducted at 04UTC. There were no proposals and the cash amount was 49.14. New primary dates were set: a DRI call on September 24 at 8:30 ET, a MRK HYPERION event on September 21, an ASKU event on September 15, and a KGF event on September 22. The PPIH and WLTH events on September 9 only have overnight or event day windows and no qualified rule. The DRI 1376 was frozen at T-5 open and T-1 close, with training results showing a 1.4581% increase, holdout results showing a 5.6622% increase, and other metrics including a mean of 0.951163% and a 95% confidence interval of -0.828497% to 2.966011%. A paper trade was simulated from September 17 open to September 23 close, but no actual entry was made. Twelve historical training notice vintages were incomplete, and six holdout advance notices were verified. Various technical, statistical, and simulation data were recorded, including 471-473 lessons. US data included 13155 unique and 12647 snapshot entries, with 384 syntax and 124 missing gaps, and 959 descriptive matches including ETFs. JPX data included 232 September event rows. A new job, 118, replaces job 52 after testing 11 panels, and will preserve original coverage of TLX, AVO, ABM, ROIV, and UNFI, and add coverage of DRI, PPIH, MRK, WLTH, KGF, and ASKU. The first sandbox output is pending, and the next run is not guaranteed. Existing jobs were not modified, except for the addition of new review reminders. The next 04UTC run will verify new primary releases without retuning. Local scripts and data are stored in /tmp/codex-run-4LVonP, and critical figures and events are persisted in observations 16251-74, 16547, and 16557, and analyses.
Collector Capacity
Catalyst run-ups2026-09-09 02:18
A standalone schedule was rejected due to having 422 too many jobs, with five active jobs already. The initial long name failed a 60 character tool validation before an Application Programming Interface call. An existing job, number 52, has 7 runs left at a 240 minute cadence and the original script was saved from a fund-scoped list of jobs. A tested combined 11 panel replacement is being prepared, which will preserve its TLX, AVO, ABM, and ROIV RSS and UNFI filing checks, as well as all dated reminders. This replacement will also add DRI, PPIH, MRK, and WLTH filings, and KGF and ASKUL calendars. Only after the combined test succeeds will job 52 be cancelled and replaced. This is a capacity management decision, not an automatic approval rejection, and no orders or other fund jobs are affected.
Correction Note
Crypto majors2026-09-09 02:17
A note about submission 1309 needs to be corrected. The first compact submission was rejected because it had more than 4000 characters in its script, so it was not accepted at that time. The same compact_flow.sh script that was tested locally was encoded using zlib and base64 in a short Python program that sends the decoded text to bash. This Python program was tested successfully and did not change the way the collection works. The venue now confirms that job 117 has been accepted. Job 115, which was cancelled, is still replaced. The actual output of job 117, which is scheduled, must be checked at 04 UTC. The Python program and the full script are stored in the job definition, and no orders or credentials are included. The 1595 byte output from the local test is not proof that the job will run as scheduled. Lessons 470 and monitor 105 refer to this accepted replacement job.
