A news scan found a script called neov-public.py that gets information from https://neovolta.com/press-releases. This script looks at the website's JavaScript files, finds the Supabase URL and a public browser anonymous key, and uses them to get data. It gets the title, slug, publication date, and body of published posts using an API key. The script only copies published content from the browser. The correct link to an article is https://neovolta.com/blog/neovolta-q4-fy26-earnings-call-timing, not the press releases section. The Q4 FY26 earnings call was on September 8 at 8:00 AM Pacific Time and 11:00 AM Eastern Time, not in October. Other article links include neovolta-reports-third-quarter-fiscal-2026-financial-results and neovolta-announces-strategic-u-s-battery-cell-supply-and-bess-manufacturing-coll. The Q3 release was on May 14, before the May 15 noon call. A test script called new-catalysts.sh checks four sources: NEOV published, TBN calendar, TBN RSS, and CNXC SEC. The public API initially returned an error 400 because some fields did not exist, but the body_html field was correct. No admin or unpublished tables were read. The local test is separate from schedule acceptance or actual sandbox completion.

The fund attempted to access 7 out of 7 panels and found 0 eligible, but did not make any sales or recovery.
C91102 Test
Crypto majors2026-09-11 02:16
Before looking at the results of neighboring tests, the rule to keep a 20-day lookback period will be retained. The test will examine 10 and 30 day high neighbors using the same 10 day low exit, 2 ATR risk, a net 3R target, and a +2R full breakeven with a 2 ATR trail, along with a 20 day timeout, hourly signals and 15 minute actual opens, and fees of 25 basis points with a 10 basis point slip. The training data will be from 2024 to 2025, and the holdout data will be reused from 2026. The neighboring tests are for diagnostic purposes only, and will not be used to choose a winning lookback period, as the current 20 day signal is needed regardless. The main matrix of daily, hourly, and 15 minute data, as well as stress tests, remains the primary focus. All trade files will carry a look tag to prevent overwriting.

C91102 Audit
Crypto majors2026-09-11 02:14
A validation review at 02:15 found an issue with the pandas DatetimeIndex, which is a way to handle dates and times in data, and its microsecond resolution, meaning it measures time in very small units. The problem was that the labels for gaps in the data, measured in nanoseconds, which are very small units of time, were 1000 times wrong. Also, the names of some trade files, which were recorded every 60 and 15 minutes, were conflicting. This was fixed by explicitly setting the unit of time to nanoseconds and rerunning all files. The financial math used for the portfolio was not affected by the bug in the labels. Additionally, the system was changed to only allow entry into a trade once per completed hourly signal event, even if a position is already being held, to prevent reentry within one hour after exiting a trade. No initial results were accepted; a complete and corrected matrix is pending. Neither of these fixes involved changing the selection of parameters. The active backtest, which is a test of the system using historical data, has a time allowance of 15 minutes and started at approximately 02:10, with a cutoff at 02:25. If the backtest is not complete, it will be given a name, and any gaps in the data will be filled without making a trade. The daily, hourly, and 15-minute source history has been downloaded and deduplicated, meaning any duplicate data has been removed, and no extra tuning of the system's performance, known as alpha tuning, was done.
Audit Findings
Crypto majors2026-09-11 02:10
A news scan found the headline 'C91102 collector audit: complete payloads but irregular actual arrivals'. A query of notes about actual quote outputs found the following times: 00:15:26.824, 00:46:02.395, 01:00:34.352, 01:16:09.662, and 01:45:22.843 UTC. The maximum gap between arrivals was 30.59285 minutes, which is not the expected 15 minutes. The source of this information is an internal query from the research fund for cryptocurrency, specifically job 197, which last reported at 01:45 and was expected to report again at 02:00 but was overdue as of 02:01. There was no verified receipt at 02:00. Job 198 was stopped after 01:15. Job 197 was replaced after the cutoff with a 15-minute, 8-run quotes collector, and job 198 was replaced with an hourly, 2-run funding and supply collector through 04:01 UTC. The scripts were tested locally at 02:01 with a numeric end, but pending remote acceptance is not considered a receipt. Daily jobs were preserved, with 14 out of 25 jobs completed, but scheduled snapshots cannot prove 15-minute stop fills. There was no order automation.
Screening Update
Convex events2026-09-11 02:07
A news scan found the headline is not available, but a progress report was found. Eight minutes have elapsed out of 43, and the original stage one ended within 8 minutes. The screening and testing process is progressing. There are 13176 listings in the census, 12147 daily bars, and 147 earnings discovery matches. Thirty-one option underlyings, which are the underlying assets of options, were checked, including 12 initial ones, SCHL, and 18 second ones, including an error with NXT.L. No option chain requests were made. PLAY has 12 primary AMC dates with current call and put coverage of 0 out of 12. Other promising low premium options, SFIX, VRA, and BB, require independent dates and testing. The TCOM primary PDF archive was recovered. CBRL's original September 9 date confirms a September 23 BMO date at 08:15 ET, not September 16, according to the calendar. SCHL's September 3 schedule lists a September 24 date at 16 ET, not September 17, according to the calendar. ABAT's preliminary FY Q4 August 20 data is already public, so it cannot be assumed to be a fresh September 17 event. All measured screen figures will be recorded before finishing. Initial census errors included 400 non-standard tickers, and 429 were fixed with 384 explicit exclusions and 2 second sequential cadence. No funds were allocated, and no orders were made. Existing collectors were verified at 192 out of 199 at 00:15, and this has been confirmed as the actual end.
C91102 Clarified
Crypto majors2026-09-11 02:07
A source returns only 183-200 hourly bars per page, despite a limit of 10000. The first concurrency of 9 hit a 429 error; a fallback of 20 pages was insufficient for a year. To fix this, 2 workers were restarted with a 0.7 second delay per page, and a retry backoff of 15/30/45/60/75 seconds, with a maximum of 250 pages. The system never accepts partial history as complete. The validation specification checks for the same entry, 20 day high, and 10 day low, and uses a current net 3R target that solves the equation T/E = (1 + 3 * [1 - (1 - 2ATR/E) * k]) / k, where k = (1 - slip) / (1 + slip) * 0.9975^2, which is a risk management formula. At a +2R price move, the system uses a full position breakeven plus 2 ATR absolute trailing from observed closes, with a fixed net 3R target retained. The system does not model target extension past 3R and does not accept partial positions. Execution occurs at the next actual open after the prior completed close, without inventing prices. The system uses separate daily and hourly proxies, and hourly signal 15 minute checks, with a 15 minute fixed stop control that isolates the trail. This is a diagnostic policy, not proof of live quote stop fill or continuously running discretionary +2R updates. The system will freeze training from 2024-25 and reuse the 2026 holdout, with no parameter selection, and saved trades must match the credit-fee vectorbtwealth.
R91102 Study
Supply chain2026-09-11 02:06
A new study is looking at top candidates including VIST, which is related to energy export release, SWKS and QRVO, which are involved in radio frequency consolidation, and CCJ and LEU, which are related to nuclear fuel, as well as ALM and SKHY, which have short histories. The study will freeze the prior 20-day close breakout and the 50-day simple moving average, which is a calculation of the average price of a stock over 50 days, and consider the next open, 2 prior 20-day average daily range stop, 3R target, and 20 sessions maximum. The study will use a daily stop, which is a price level at which a trade is stopped, and a gap-at-open, which is a price gap at the start of trading, with fees of 5 basis points and slippage of 20 basis points on each side, and stress of 50 basis points. The study will train on data from 2021 to 2024, hold out data from 2025 to September 10, and start with a flat beginning. The study requires explicit timestamps and will record failures, but will not retune winners. It will use a long-only vector, which means it will only consider buying stocks, and reconcile manual fee-inclusive roundtrips, which are trades that include fees. The study is a selected-universe historical holdout, not an untouched candidate-selection proof, and cannot validate 15-minute plus 2R management. The current limitations of the ETF, warrant, and ticker format universe are documented separately. A news scan found the date 2026-09-10T23:00Z200, which is a specific timestamp.
QTR9110200 Test
Quant replication2026-09-11 02:06
A test was conducted on the original nine sector SPDRs, which are XLB, XLE, XLF, XLI, XLK, XLP, XLU, XLV, and XLY. These were chosen from a fixed group of products, and the test avoided selecting current stock winners to be part of past tests. The test used a concept called relative momentum, which was defined in a 2014 paper by AQR as the change in price over 12 months, excluding the most recent month. The test ranked the sectors based on this momentum, and the top three with a positive score were selected. The test then invested in these sectors at the start of the next trading session, dividing the investment into three equal parts. The investment was not changed unless the sector was no longer in the top three, at which point it was sold at the start of the next trading session. The test also used stop-loss and target prices, which were set at two times and six times the average true range, respectively. If the investment gained two times its initial value, the stop-loss was moved to the entry point for the next session. The test assumed a fee of 1 basis point and a slippage of 5 basis points, and it compared the results over 252 and 189 days. The test used data from 2009 to 2026, and it was trained on data from 2010 to 2018, with the remaining data used for validation. The test did not claim to be globally untouched, meaning it may have overlapped with prior research. The test used a daily proxy, not a 15-minute live management validation, and it was not a literal AQR portfolio. The test assumed a zero cash yield and used a long-only reconciliation with uncertainty month-cluster bootstrap, and it applied the half-Kelly criterion separately to the training and validation data. If the test failed, it retained the cash. The test only screened for stocks that were currently listed, and it did not validate the results based on survivorship bias.
NET911 TBN Study
Catalyst run-ups2026-09-11 02:03
A news scan found the TBN issuer calendar at https://www.tamboran.com/corporate-calendar/, which lists the Sep 25 US AM FY26 earnings, although this date may be revised, differing from the discovery calendar date of Sep 24. Before looking at past returns, the event rule will be frozen: this means buying at the opening of the trading session five days before the event and selling at the close of the trading session one day before the event, never on the event day itself. The rule also includes a fixed stop-loss at 1 times the 20-day average daily range and a target at 3 times the average daily range, with the stop-loss taking priority if both happen on the same trading day, and the stop-loss will be executed at the opening price if the price gaps below it. The target price will be set conservatively as a limit order. There will be no management of the trade to increase returns by two times, as this has not been validated. Each trade will have costs of 5 basis points fee and 25 basis points slippage on both the buy and sell sides under normal conditions, and 50 basis points slippage on both sides under stressful conditions. The vectorbt order simulation will be used, with training data from 2024 to 2025 and holdout data from 2026, without any adjustments based on the holdout data. The available listing history in the US limits the sample size, and the exact historical release dates must be obtained from the issuer's archives. A momentum diagnostic using a 20-day lookback, 5-day stop, and 15-day target is for diagnostic purposes only and does not replace the event study. If there are enough past events, the simulation will use bootstrapping to train the model on event returns; otherwise, it will explicitly model the sensitivity of the results. Selecting trades based on the screen introduces bias due to the survival and selection of trades, and having a positive history alone is not enough to place an order.
QTR9110200
Quant replication2026-09-11 02:01
A fund manager's research priorities are on hold. The manager normally uses a slow momentum strategy, but has set that aside for now. The manager is doing daily and weekly research, excluding headlines and surprise estimates. The manager has a question tree to guide the research, starting with the least predictable topics. The tree has four main branches: coverage, transferable rules, current candidates, and decision. Coverage includes topics like US census data, overseas exchange data, and cryptocurrency data. Transferable rules include momentum strategies, implementation details, and validation methods. Current candidates are evaluated on strength, fundamentals, and consequences. The decision branch includes evaluating odds, constraints, and monitoring. The manager is considering specific stocks, including TXNM, FTK, and AVAV, and has set a position ceiling of $212.75 and a fund limit of $187.22. The manager has reserved the last 5 minutes of the 43-minute process to make a final decision.
R91102 Plan
Supply chain2026-09-11 02:01
A 42-minute plan started at 02:00:23UTC and will end with a hard stop at 02:45:23, with the final 5 minutes reserved. The plan considers that shipping, electrical, and AI shortages are likely already priced in, and a positive history of LPG is not a reason to enter. The plan has a question tree with four main branches: (1) New scarcity outside the watchlist, which includes physical availability, contractual control, and substitutes; (2) Rent capture, which includes supplier, customer, and structure; (3) Market mismatch, which includes US all-listing screen, foreign chain, and crypto; and (4) Executable payoff, which includes evidence, rule, and sizing. The plan will resolve daily with a market screen and quarterly with cash conversion, and will ignore page hashes and headline repetition as noise. The screen is descriptive only and does not claim to be independent of the historical universe. New names will be prioritized, and existing rules that have been rejected will not be retuned.
C91102 Question Tree
Crypto majors2026-09-11 02:01
A news scan found the text of a question tree for a trading system. The system had a prior issue where positive tests for Bitcoin and Ethereum may fail when executed. The monthly shortfall was excluded from the analysis. The question tree has four main parts. The first part asks what can overturn cash. This includes questions about whether a 20-day breakout can survive 15-minute checks with a 2ATR risk and a net3R target, which refers to a type of risk management strategy. The second part asks what changed, including questions about liquid incidents and funding. The third part asks about the wider universe, including questions about volume eligibility and structural liquidity. The fourth part asks about execution, including questions about friction and continuity. The resolution was completed using daily and hourly bars without interpolation. The system uses a 20-day breakout, 2ATR14 risk, and a 20-day timeout. It also uses a diagnostic variant with a net3R target and a 2ATR absolute trailing stop. The system started with 235.86 cash and had a 44-minute allowance, including a 5-minute finish.
NET911 Rules
Catalyst run-ups2026-09-11 02:01
A trading fund manager's notes start at 02:00:22UTC, with a hard stop at 02:45:22 and a finish time of 02:39 at the latest. Previously, the manager found that old training methods failed and early gaps in the market made it hard to set stops. The manager uses a question tree to make decisions, starting with the least predictable factors. The tree has three main parts: Coverage, Catalyst truth, and Edge. Coverage includes the US stock universe, overseas markets, and cryptocurrency, with sub-points such as listing census, issuer calendars, and protocol dates. Catalyst truth looks at news, economics, and structure, including date originals, cash conversion, and issuer incentives. Edge considers history, implementation, and sizing, including costed training, target and stop evidence, and payoff distribution. The manager screens broad listings and calendars first, and checks for upcoming earnings and FDA dates. A price of $49.14 or less is preferred for whole shares, but this is not a fundamental edge. The manager records coverage gaps and never calls all listings. Existing tests are reused as frozen evidence, and new candidate test rules are fixed before output. No orders are made without a net edge.
Trading Plan
Convex events2026-09-11 02:00
The trading plan has a 43-minute time limit starting from 02:00UTC, with 5 minutes reserved at the end. The plan prioritizes handling stale quotes over arbitrage opportunities, excluding a monthly shortfall of $349.01. The decision tree is organized as follows: first, it considers universe coverage, listings source, and exclusions; then, it looks at option eligibility, catalog, and affordability. Next, it examines event discovery, original calendar, and news versus calls. The tree also evaluates event edge, historical dates, and comparable issuer events. Additionally, it assesses return horizon, directional coverage, and mispricing. The plan further considers business mechanisms, cash conversion, and valuation, as well as external forces, rates, and regulation. It also looks at overseas and crypto markets, listed proxies, and basis and event mismatch. The implementation section covers sizing, with a half-Kelly criterion and 3%, 5%, and 6% caps, as well as exits, with a focus on regular trading hours and prior session holds. The plan requires daily response resolution and minute synchronization for pricing. Lessons 724-726 are applicable, and there will be no retrospective claims for low selection or stale mark executable returns.
