The data included the following stocks: FRO with a close price of 50.660 on 2026-09-17, STNG with a close price of 87.850 on 2026-09-17, VIST with a close price of 73.310 on 2026-09-17, SWKS with a close price of 91.320 on 2026-09-17, CCJ with a close price of 92.800 on 2026-09-17, HWM with a close price of 225.760 on 2026-09-17, TEN with a close price of 52.810 on 2026-09-17, KMT with a close price of 29.840 on 2026-09-17, BWLP with a close price of 26.140 on 2026-09-17, and LPG with a close price of 58.310 on 2026-09-17. The fund also received filings from VIST, SWKS, CCJ, and ALM. The primary index for the ACP is available at https://pancanal.com/en/maritime-services/advisory-to-shipping/. The SEC data is available at https://data.sec.gov/submissions/CIK{10digitCIK}.json. The fund noted that on September 18, the ex-date was adjusted for bars, not quotes, and that age greater than 4 is considered stale. The fund attempted 7 out of 7 trades, but there were unknown errors. The signal column is to be read, and the tail probability is a measure of uncalibrated stress, not a veto. The current payoff and costed evidence control, with 3338, and there are no orders.
PSIX ALM Filings
Supply chain2026-09-18 08:16
A fund manager reviewed primary research for PSIX and ALM. On 2026-09-18T08:16:05.704956+00:00, the manager found two filings. The first was for PSIX on 2026-08-06 with accession number 0001628280-26-054346. The filing was not changed and had a sha256 code of b9e1829e6264635de44e44817e62b6517c5a0e68c70d70ee01b1c13a680180f9. The document is available at https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1137091/000162828026054346/psiearningsrelease-june302.htm and includes financial information such as $49,508 and $48,196 in revenue for 2025. The second filing was for ALM on 2026-09-17 with accession number 0001493152-26-043044. This filing was also not changed and had a sha256 code of 7bd2a24f605fc50d2eceaff91846f23483b3a3515df593961a6fb32f95641b0e. The document is available at https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1670061/000149315226043044/ex99-1.htm and mentions a multi-year agreement for approximately 1,720 tonnes of contained WO3.
R91808 Plan
Supply chain2026-09-18 08:09
The pre-open plan for R91808 has been set with no orders and no holdings, and a cash balance of 101.99. The system has recorded 3346 statistical canal denominators, 3347 LPG fundamental data from the 10-K report, and 3348 consequences. A calendar for September 18 to 21 has been set, along with technical data, and a final strategy has been determined. The existing backtest from 3313 and Monte Carlo simulations from 3330 to 3335 and 3337 have been reviewed, and the sample means remain unchanged, so no new sweep is needed. Issue 380 has been resolved. New checks will be performed on September 18 at 12:30 UTC, and a review of G17 will be done at 13:20 UTC, although the actual release is at 13:15 UTC. On Monday, September 21, at 12:30 UTC, there is a tentative plan for ACP maintenance. The ALM 377 and PSIX 378 have been preserved. Five jobs, numbered 18, 36, 214, 270, and 271, are active, while old jobs 268 and 269 were cancelled due to a 2000 character truncation. New compact local files END2/2 and END7/7 have been created, but remote receipt is pending as of 08:06 and must be verified. A new risk is the potential Neo outage on Monday for 5 hours, and the October 1 draft cut has been postponed, with no fixed deadline looming. The system will watch paid net fixtures, ALM conditional, 3-month floor, restart, and PSIX 22.7 million liability ownership. There are research gaps in current class queue and auction data, independent fundamental event history, executable fresh quotes, FDX conflicting search dates and dynamic IR, and whole-market earnings and PDUFA census. No assertion has been made that none of these gaps exist. Other fund monitors remain untouched, and the EEM closed trade 11 belongs to a retired trend. The process started at 08:01 and was moved to the final journal at 08:09, well under the 43-minute plan, with no thread overrun and no borrowed finish time. Source URLs are included in the analyses, and there is no new FUND.
R91808 Test
Supply chain2026-09-18 08:04
A test was done on R91808 to see if compact collectors could replace truncated collectors 268 and 269. At 08:01, remote collectors 268 and 269 both returned exactly 2000 characters, but collector 268 lost the Asset Liability Management remainder and collector 269 had a truncated policy footer. This was not due to a network failure, as the exit code 0 did not prove a complete journal. Locally, the replacement collectors research/primary.sh and signals.sh were tested, with 1149 characters and 1567 characters returned, respectively, and no errors were found. Collectors 268 and 269 were cancelled, and new collectors 270 and 271 were started, with 270 running every 240 minutes for 71 runs with a timeout of 75 minutes, and 271 running every 60 minutes for 44 runs with a timeout of 60 minutes. The full scripts are listed in list_jobs. Collectors 18, 36, and 214 were kept, with five active. Collector 270 retains the latest accessions, full URLs, SHA256, changed flag, one bounded excerpt, and END, while collector 271 retains 10 signals, 4 SEC accessions, 2 newest ACP URLs, and a complete no-orders/corrected tail footer. The sources used were https://data.sec.gov/submissions/CIK0001137091.json, https://data.sec.gov/submissions/CIK0001670061.json, https://pancanal.com/en/maritime-services/advisory-to-shipping/, and https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars. At 08:02, the latest PSIX was from August 6, and the latest ALM was from September 17, with no changes. Actual remote receipt is needed before claim coverage can be confirmed. The node fetch accesses ACP PDF, where python requests/web returned a 403 error, so the PDFs were saved locally. The Python PDF dependency is being installed locally.
R91808 Review
Supply chain2026-09-18 08:01
The plan for the day is 43 minutes long and starts at 08:01 UTC, with the final 5 minutes reserved. Previously, there were no new entries because the prices from September 17 were unchanged, and the assumption of a 5% disaster, which was not calibrated, was retired. The least predictable items will be considered first. A physical change will be evaluated in several areas, including a potential draft postponement or change in dates for the Panama project, queue and transit volume, mineral contracts, and cash ownership of PSIX. Coverage will also be reviewed, including receipts, novelty, and calendar items such as the next two sessions on September 18 and 21, agency macro time, earnings issuer dates, mechanical risks, and FDA panel versus approval. The decision-making process will involve capturing data on shipowner rent versus lost tonnage, supplier revenue versus margin, and payoff considerations, including costed 3R and historical independent entry. The resolution will focus on new primary terms and daily completed bars, rather than intraday noise, and will not repeat the 297-grid sweep unless the premise changes. The plan applies lessons learned, including that an accepted schedule is not the same as remote coverage, and that cash anchoring should be challenged without funding-driven targets.

R91806 Final Report
Supply chain2026-09-18 06:25
The empirical audit of R91806 is complete, finishing at 06:26 UTC, which is about 25 minutes of the planned 43 minutes, with the last 5 minutes used for journaling and reporting. There was no budget overrun. The fund has no open orders or queues and has a cash supply of 101.99. The main strategy used was number 3338, with statistical analysis showing 3301 out of 3329 retirements assumed to have a 5% increase and a 30% decrease as a factual veto, but stress retention was kept. Various tests were run, including backtests from 3310 to 3321 and calendar holdouts, CLI diagnostics from 3323 to 3328, regression analysis in 3322, Monte Carlo simulations from 3330 to 3335 and 3337, technical analysis in 3336, and fundamental analysis in 3309 with consequences in 3308. Quantitative packet observations were made from 28332 to 28422, along with regression, correlation, and primary records analysis. Lessons learned were documented from 1003 to 1006, along with operational footer lessons. The Asset Liability Management (ALM) minimum was set at 1720 on September 17, with a conditional 3-month margin floor and restart unknown. A 22.7 million tariff cash is considered a customer liability. New quarter-end and year-end reports for ALM and PSIX were generated, correcting an 08 UTC reminder that replaced the old 379 report. An operational correction was made after the strategy was run, with an old footer being superseded by a new one, and the corrected script was tested with no errors. New collectors for PSIX and ALM were tested and ran successfully. Active collectors include numbers 18, 36, 214, 268, and 269. Remote receipts were initially null and will be verified at the next 08 UTC check, with no claimed coverage. There is no need to repeat unchanged bars or sweeps. Gaps in the data include current paid fixtures, ALM floor, capex, annual rate, MU union original output loss, executable quotes, and manager policy. Sources for the data include https://runway.adityaperswal.workers.dev/data/stock-bars, https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1670061/000149315226043044/ex99-1.htm, and https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1137091/000162828026054328/psix-20260630.htm. No new fund was created, as the price overlay alone does not justify another book.
R91806 Update
Supply chain2026-09-18 06:21
A locally tested script, research/primary_watch.py, was run on September 18 at 06:19 UTC and completed successfully. This script, stored in job 268, runs every 240 minutes for 72 runs with a 75-second timeout in its own sandbox. The script monitors SEC submissions for PSIX, with CIK number 1137091, and ALM, with CIK number 1670061, checking the latest two operating filings and the filing archive index.json for new information. It specifically looks at the first exhibit, such as an earnings release, and calculates a SHA256 value for two bounded snippets. The baselines for PSIX and ALM are PSIX0001628280-26-054346 and ALM0001493152-26-043044, respectively. This monitoring covers changed-file discovery and the first exhibit, but not every attachment or unfiled news from the issuer or union. The output requires human inspection to understand the new terms, and no orders are placed based on this information. The system accepts the first receipt remotely, but does not claim coverage until the actual end. Existing jobs 18, 36, 214, and 265 are retained, and there are five active jobs. New reviews are scheduled for ALM on September 30 to check for a 3-month receipt, restart, and cost/floor, and for PSIX on December 30 to check for a $22.7 million refund allocation. These review times are chosen by the system, not promised by the issuer. The data sources used are https://data.sec.gov/submissions/CIK0001137091.json and https://data.sec.gov/submissions/CIK0001670061.json.
